Always fast and friendly whenever Ive visited. Even when a line of 10 cars ahead of me Ive managed to get through in 10 minutes. I hope this stays. Located in a great spot among many shops, hospital, highway entrance/exit near by. Would recommend a stop if craving a drink.

I used the mobile app, thinking it would be easier to make customizations to my drink. I arrived in the drive thru at the time it said to .. the staff still seemed less that excited to help me. I understand times are rough, but if you’re working in customer service.. please try to give upbeat customer service. I’m not going to patronize a place that seems inconvenienced by my orders, so if I return to Starbucks, I’ll be using the one on Berkeley Blvd.

This is far the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Go inside place our order and it takes almost 30 minutes to get our order. They are more focused on their drive-thru and their internet orders. They were some people in there that have been in there even longer than I have and still havent got their order. They act like they were all brand new and this is their first day working

Hayden was really kind to us and even though they were super busy she tended to us and apologized for the wait although we were in no rush! She was very diligent and nice! 5 stars!

The drinks are good, but this Starbucks is always very slow at the drive thru and that is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

Loved it! Always a lovely greeting and they suggest options like cold foam or sugar just to make sure your getting what you like! I love there blond brew and the iced coffee so good! There lunch wraps are delicious as well!!

This spot is always good with drink flavors, buuuttt... Once you get into the line, because of how the drive-thru was built, youre stuck. Not the establishments fault. We had a rush situation the other day (two kids, back seat, thank goodness for seat covers and car washes) and leaving the line just wasnt possible hahah. The staff is SUPER friendly.

Need to get splenda in for the coffee ...they have been out for 2 weeks now

My only issue with this location is the wait times. The coffee is almost always spot on but if you hit the drive-thru between 0700 and 1000, youll more than likely have 10-15 vehicles in line (with several waiting on the side street to turn in) and the wait is typically 15-25 minutes. So if you need something *fast*, hit the Starbucks on Berkeley or the one in Smithfield.

Ive been here quite a few times recently around opening and Damaris has been an absolute joy to deal with. She has always been so sweet and chipper at 6 am, and it really allows me to have a better day, dealing with someone like that so early in the morning.

This was a pleasant surprise. The latte came out exactly the way I wanted it. Not too sweet and enough to actually taste the espresso. Awesome job ladies!

Always fast and always friendly. My only complaint would be that they charge for add ins but never add them in. I haven’t had a single order come out right ever and when your ordering a $13 drink you’d hope what ordered was correct. So besides not being able to give you what you pay for or never compensating for what you never got it’s a great store.

Disappointed, no more Pumpkin Spice. I’ll see them next year

Although they are expensive, I had a really great time in there, Although I only been in there a very small few times. The cashier helped me figure out what to get and have. It was a great experience.

Every single order I’ve done with Postmates comes out wrong from this Starbucks. EVERY single time. I have given you all a chance to correct it but apparently the baristas in here do what they want and the management lets them so I can’t keep ordering from here.

Very friendly! Its where everybody knows your name. It is a great place for my friends and me to hold our small weekly bible study either inside, or preferably outside on their great patio. The coffee is good too, of course. Well keep coming for sure.

Quality depends on the barista, but with good feedback they get it right. New interior seating makes it a great place to study or work. Often it is full of people doing just that and this can make it hard to find a spot to sit. The parking is not great, the lot is small, unless you park in the adjacent Mall parking lot and walk a little bit across. When you get to know the barista, then sky’s the limit, they will try to make what you want even if they have not heard of it before - they are not afraid to collaborate with customers on these unique fad mixes!!!

I cant eat lunch today. I asked to load $7 From a $20 for my beverage. The loaded all of it and I had no cash. Just $13 on starbucks card and now no lunch.

Just love the Doble bacon Cheddar sandwich & the Cheese Danish. My favorite drink is the Cinnamon Shortbread Frappuccino, since it is seasonal. I now enjoy the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino!

This is a great place to go and relax while drinking a nice Hot Cocoa or Tea. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is pleasant, and the location is great too. Only complaint is it needs to be bigger!

I came. I coffeed. I conquered (my thirst).This Starbucks was a recent lunch destination, and it gets my official seal of approval. Good service? Check. A safe, comfy environment? Check. An air-conned dining room on a muggy summer day? Ditto. Combine these with a back-friendly chair and a clean, functional toilet, and we have ourselves a winner. I spent over an hour here, just reading and munching and slurping coffee, and nothing could be finer (nor cheaper). Beautiful.Thanks, Goldsboro Starbucks staff, for making possible my treasured lunch outing. Good stuff :-)

They are always super polite and help me order drinks with my lactose restricted dietary needs. Love my Starbucks crew.

Off and on they get my orders wrong. Sometimes they’re exactly what I order, and other times not. As someone who cannot ingest a lot of sugar, I would appreciate it if they could try harder to actually input what I actually ordered so I don’t risk sugar highs!

I hate to give a bad review because I come here often and usually have excellent service but I wonder if either of the two young ladies who worked on my order this morning have any idea what was in the cup I was given? It wasnt a cappuccino. It tasted like a cup of foamy spoiled milk.Update: Im not sure this was the reason I got served what would pass as a joke drink, but the quality of the espresso drinks is way down. Im wondering if Starbucks has either started putting less espresso in their espresso drinks, using a poor quality coffee for espresso or the espresso machine needs service. Serve me a large cappuccino that tastes like a coffee drink and Ill add some stars to the review.

The customer service here is always on point and the drinks are always delicious. I dont know if theyre told not to give cup sleeves unless customers ask for them, but they seem quite stingy with the sleeves! And I got a steak and egg wrap yesterday which was super cold about halfway through, had a puddle of juice at the bottom of it and was burnt on the outside. If I were not starving and had to go to work, I would have definitely returned it. On the other hand, I have never been let down by their breakfast sandwiches. I guess I chose the wrong day to try something new, but a few hours later my stomach definitely hated me for finishing that terrible wrap. DO NOT GET THE STEAK WRAP! Other than that, its always a pleasure going there.

Let me start off by saying I am NOT a fan of Starbucks at all. I only went here because someone gave me a gift card.I didnt like the coffee or the somewhat snobbish staff. Every Starbucks I have ever been in the staff always seems as if they are doing you a favor by waiting on you.Way over priced.

Out of the two Starbucks locations in town, the baristas at the Wayne Memorial location make the better tasting coffee. Giving a 3 because Starbucks in the Eastern side of US are not as good as ones closer to their founding location of Seattle. In general, I like supporting local coffeeshops, but there are none in Goldsboro.

Always good and hot (or cold), and the staff is always willing to make sure youre satisfied before you leave.
