If youre a big gamer of course this is the place to go. We just went to get or daughter a Robucks card. The guy working there was very knowledgeable but TALKED MY HEAD OFF. It was too much 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️😤. He had a story or explanation for everything we looked at or touched, it was too much. I was so ready to get that card paid for and GO 🚶‍♀️ 😩 (Goldsboro, Berkley Mall)

Love this place but the employees didnt even acknowledge me being there.

People that work there are usually nice but my favorite guy is Mike he is always so helpful and explains things to me bc im not a gamer just a buyer.

Nice workers. Michael is always fantastic. The location is good. They know how to price games. Most of the time its clean as well.

My son went here and picked out three games with glee in his eye. We waited in line that moved at a almost standstill point as the manager continuously messed up customers totals trying to overcharge them. Finally, after what seemed like eternity to my kid we reach the counter. My son placed the games down like a royal flush on the counter grinning ear to ear. The employee then informed him that they were out of the games he picked. Apparently some jack leg decided to stock the shelfs with blank cases to attract customers. Also, the buy 2 get one free deal didnt apply to the games despite being hung on the shelf a in front of the games. My son was defeated momentarily untill he discovered FaceBook Market place, and how it will save him money. This company, employees, and work practices deserve the bankruptcy and store closes it faces.

I usually really like this location. However, I recently went up there and had a few complications. I picked out three preowned games off the shelf and went to go pay. All three were out of stock. While I understand gamestop employees can be busy. The two staff working were playing video games the entire time. I had to wait for them to pause the game to even pay. I was not offered any help or alternative for the out of stock games. Personally I felt like working on inventory should be more prioritized over playing videogames on a workshift. :/

Wish they had more of a selection of games, the guy was friendly other than having to answer the phone n kind of ignoring me after I handed him a purchase.

Every thing you need for your Video Gaming. That have a large selection, and I prefer buying the pre-owned games. They also sale any accessories for game systems. You can also get figures, shirts, and game related accessories. Store employees will try and help you figure out the best games base on your preferences. Stop buy and get your game on!

My top choice so far out of the many in the surrounding area. Great spot even to just look while out with the Family.

Doesnt have a big game collection

Im upset with game stop cause no calls was made for pre orders for ps5.

My oldest child loved it. Found out we can take games and sell them and trade them too. Shes already wanting to go back.

This place only accepts credit card and my son is crying because he didnt get what i promissed him

The people are really nice and helpful and they have alot of good games and accessorys.

Gamestop is close to shutting down. Just saying. With the new all digital systems coming out, its only a matter of time before a game store like this is obsolete. Buy a game for $70, take it back a week later and get a couple of bucks for it. Ridiculous.

The manager, plus employees are rude. If you are a Manager you should know your Job. I been in this store multiple times and every time I was treated with little respect. Wont be back!!

Good people with nice work ethics

This place always has a friendly staff but they are under staffed as this is the only gamestop for miles they are often very busy and have long lines
