Big Lots was a much better as it was when it first opened up. Now its pretty much like every other department store back when it first opened and you can find the most unique Oddities it was fabulous now its just blah and boring like every other place

Its getting to be Christmas again, and Big Lots is ready.

Some times you can find a good bargain, some times you cant. And sometimes they move everything around and you cant find anything. Not my favorite retail store, but its not bad, just a little out of my way for frequent shopping. The staff is friendly.

Lots of furniture takes up a lot of space. Prices are higher than I expected. It is clean and tidy. Its a maze getting to the register and the young girl working it was very slow. I think she may have been fairly new. Disappointed over all.

I mean... Its Big Lots. Its what youd expect. Lotsa tough folka refusing to wear masks 🙄 lame & putting the workers at unnecessary risk. But yeah. We dig it.

The store was nice and clean and organized but the shelves are too close together. The shopping carts barely go and 2 elder ladies with walkers were really struggling. Staff was nice and friendly .

There has been a upgrade of merchandise in the entire store. More updated items for the decorating of a few rooms

They carry our coffee pods there its called Victor Allens if you love coffee... The Italian roast is the best... Strong and bold... And best cheap paper plates around... Lots of cool odds and ends.

Store Very clean, organized, neat, also clean restrooms compared to past years. But amount of assorted reasonanly priced products has declined. Furniture lacks durability. Associates friendly.

My wife and I went here looking for cheap curtains to put in a small room upstairs in our house that’s just used for her art work. She indeed found a really good deal on some curtains. While she was looking for that I wandered around and they had some pretty neat stuff. I picked up a couple of cheap dog toys and dental bones. They also have a pretty decent food section. The lawn furniture was impressive. An associate came up and offered to get me a cart, and she did. That’s nearly unheard of now days, that a store employee actually proactively helped me. I believe her name was Pamela. Our experience was better than I expected. We will be back.

They have everything from food, to home decor to furniture and toys. Some prices Re good. Others are a bit overpriced. This is your typical Big Lots store. The employees were not very friendly. Their Christmas stuff was still 50% off when most other stores are at 75% off. They didnt have the one thing I went in today for.

Did some shopping there tonight. The first thing I notice is an item in a clearance bin. It was originally marked $15, but was on clearance for $15.99. Say what???I ended up finding a few things and went to check out. The cashier was rude to the gentleman in front of me and never even made eye contact with him. She just looked through a binder she had at her register. His debit chip wasnt working properly and she became annoyed. She took it from him and tried jamming it in the chip reader and then swiped 5 or 6 times till it worked. When my turn came, she continued to browse the binder. She scanned the first 2 items I had and then told me that I needed to move the other 2 items forward. They were easily in her reach. She just wasnt going to put forth any effort or stop looking at that binder to do it. This is not good customer service. Very disappointed.

Wonderful prices, quality and variety, was proving to my daughter about your great deals, etc. Too bad she had to use the bathroom, ( I was confident it would be as nice as ours in Ocala FL,, but instead it was like a third world country latrine, no paper, no towels, no soap and a plunger stuck in toilet covered in flies. As a frequent, thrifty shopper, my daughter will probably not return. Its my first stop before Ollies, Aldis and Publix for all of my shopping needs for great bargains. Too bad

Big Lots Goldsboro...have had three encounters now with a cashier there. Very rude, rolls her eyes, and gives BIG sighs like you’re bothering her. Last encounter was at around 6pm on Friday, 6 Dec. I also actually have a couple people I know that have had the same problem with that person come to find out. Hmmmm.....smile it’s Christmas. Be kind. Maybe she shouldn’t be working in that position.

Love this Big Lots store. I found some beautiful stoneware bowls at a steal! They have a variety of merchandise from furniture to bedding, dishes etc. Just about anything you are looking for.

Management is horribly rude and can’t be bothered to answer any questions. Store was a mess and impossible to find anything when sections are scattered anywhere.

I love shopping here, as you never know what new items youre going to find.

I looked up Biglots up in Goldsboro NC on Berkley Blvd to see if they had tshirts and it did say they had tshirts we were at a birthday party right around the corner from us and my friends son needed another tshirt bc he was sweaty from skating so we went there walked in and asked the two ladies who worked there and jst sitting down not working and they jst shook their heads no. And one said that maybe they do online. I told her i nedded one right then!

Very poor handicap equipment. Wheelchair has no foot rests, impossible self propelling, and impossible for handicap person to remove purchases and no brake handle covers. Needs to be replaced with a proper equipment!! Handicapped cannot shop there and no one seems to care!
