Better clothing than used to be. I Love it

Just had the most ghetto experience at a store. Went with my elderly grandmother and my daughter. Almost had a physical altercation with an alleged manager about how rude she was to my grandmother. Apparently a customer is not to bother an employee in the back of the store eating hot fries to assist in product location. She then came to behind the counter eating hot fries with no mask! Unprofessional and belligerent in front of customers. Will not be returning

Your store in my area provides me with everything that Im looking for. Theyre kind, polite, and put customers first. I enjoy going to your store because it provides immediately items on the shelves for your needs. Thats staff is well manage and all are team players. I look for this when I enter any store. Found everything I needed quickly. The chair was friendly and helpful. I hit something and opened a cut on my finger, she gave me a bandaid.

Crowded aisles, poorly stocked but employees very friendly and helpful

I went to family dollar and I was going to buy something but I forgot my wallet at home and I put it back and the worker called me a brat if I was the manager I will fire her

Only 1 cashier working the register and she was busy doing coupons for a customer. The line was getting longer. And instead of the other employee stop doing price check /change and opening another register, she just keep doing the price checking. It was like she refused to even look our way to see what the situation was or to see if the other cashier needed help. Dont understand managerial principles at that Family Dollat store. I was hoping I was not going to be late for my doctors appointment.

Beautiful, clean and easy to find what Youre looking for. I did notice there wasnt anyone to greet me with a hello. Really felt great just tobe shopping in there. Im praying that they will remodel the other Family Dollars the same way

When I receive the $5 coupon in the mail i like to go and purchase supplies for the needy and homeless.On this day m daughter and I went myself and they had a sale and we purchase toiletries and stuff for her apartment.Keep the coupons coming.

Nice and personal service

The service wasnt good, due to the fact that the staff was having loud conversations about the customers. The clerk that assist me with my purchases clothing was unbuttoned, and she was talking to other employees while assisting meI will not patron that store.

Since the remodel this store is clean. It looks great.
