Checked out Fat Cat music in Goldsboro today. Cool place. Lots of great gear. Saw lots I would love to have. Found a good deal on used a highhat stand. Prices are set about the same as online and the cat inside was knowledgeable and pleasant. Ill be back. Well done.

I bought a Digital Piano from them, and their service was fantastic! My piano was pre-assembled by them, and all parts and wiring were in perfect condition. Not only did they help me load it into my vehicle, but they provided ample packing material and plastic so the piano wouldnt get scratched in the process. Id recommend them to anyone for instrument purchase (especially bulky instruments)!

This store is amazing! They have an amazing stock and variety of guitars, drums and speakers!

Staff was very helpful, i was out in a few minutes.

Its a small store. They mostly have drums, electric guitars, aucstic guitars, and some electric basses. The have different brand strings for guitars, and basses. Not much to choose from for banjo, mandolin, ukulele, or the violin. They didnt have any bows there at all for string instruments. They had accessories for wind insraments. A couple of key boards. And some sound equipment. If you are looking for something, they will call their other store in Wilson to see if they have it. If not, they will order it. I guess it depends on what kind if musician you are if you like the store. I wasnt impressed with it since I play violin and they only had one brand if cheep strings to choose from. My daughter and husband play the drums. The selection of accessories is ok. For them. They came out with 2 out of 3 things they needed. Its mostly a guitar and drum store.
