The guy at the counter was amazingly helpful with my guitar and replacing the string for me. I am a beginner and he also let me know that I need to check the warranty on my guitar bc the bridge is raising.I had no clue what that meant and he explained it to me...I will be buying me a brand new guitar at Redphish really soon!

Great experience! They installed some new tuners on my acoustic and I am pretty particular/picky about things being right, but they did a perfect job. A day faster than estimated and a good bit less expensive than other places that quoted me. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Couldnt ask for it to be better.

Great place, I took 2 guitars in both to get restrung and one needed a ground wire repaired underneath the Jack and they knocked it out in like an hour for I think 30 bucks. They did quality work to and very nice people!

Great Staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. All their employees are musicians. They focus is on making you happy and giving good advice and not just on selling you selling you an instrument or other accessories. They have a good layaway plan if need it. Their selection it good, but it could be better. However they more than make up for it in every other aspect. If they carried Martin guitars their selection would be almost perfect.

Always super helpful whenever I have questions regarding gear, different set ups and any miscellabeous questions I have. If they dont have something you need, theyll gladly ship it in from another location, which will beat online ordering 9 times outta 10. Always fast and great with repairs. Been going here for years and dont plan to stop.

Went in to get a repair part for a guitar, Gary was very helpful, took his time to help me with what I needed. Tried to get a trade in for a new one, but we couldnt come to price I could deal with, but thats business. Still bought the new one straight out.

The courteous and knowledgeable staff are extremely helpful. They have a good selection of quality gear, their prices are pretty competitive, and if they dont have it they can probably get it for you. Ive never had a bad experience shopping at this store, and Im glad to support the local business.

Heres my “2 min”. Staff apathetic and uncaring. Prime example of why shops like this are closing down. Way better to just go online! save money and wont waste their 2 min cause thats how the staff here views its business. Again just order online.

Bought a Fender Telecaster from them.( My mistake, because I thought it was an American Pro Series ) since they charged me $1400 . Turnes out that it is a Standard and could be bought anywhere else for $999.At one point I considered selling it. I took it there and was offered an insulting offer and told they could get them new for $600. This is what prompted me to investigate by researching the serial numbers.Very dissapointed with Redphish.Very dissapointed with myself for assuming.

Dont buy an instrument from these people without seeing it. When you confirm the instrument isnt in the condition as promised, and when you ask for your money back, you pay a restocking fee. A loser of 40 bucks based on their bait and switch scheme! Thanks for taking my hard-earned money from me being a single mother of 3. Gotta love phishy customer servic. .. darn losers!
