Big Store with lot of collections.

This is a large store in the Fairview shopping center. Large easy parking lot. They have everything you need for your bed, bath, kitchen etc. Easy returns and helpful customer service. If you sign up on line you can get coupons for 20% off.

Home goods super store. Always well stocked with all the latest styles. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well organized.

Few customers at a time now, workers helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable. Check out lines clearly marked to remain 6 ft apart. Clean store, aisles pretty spacious.

Presently there are a few good sales still going on. My new mattress topper was half off. The staff is also always polite and helpful.

This place has everything for decorating the house. They sell from bed comfortable, bedsheets, curtains and even deodorant for poop.

Phone call...Got a young guy who didnt know the answers to any of my questions. He didnt make an effort to ask anyone. Finally, I asked him to look it up on his stock sheet. He told me they would be in stock the next week. I went in the next day. I found the item I was asking about in stock.

Wow this store is great.. its an everything home store. Not so much in furniture but amenities.. flat ware utensils pots pans blankets sheets towels throw rugs all kinds of fun stuff...

We visited this store, primarily to stock up with some bedding items. Our requirements were slightly complicated but we were given excellent help by Brenda. She helped us to locate everything we wanted except one item, which she went ahead and ordered to be delivered to our home. Without her help we would have struggled to find what we wanted. She even went on to give us good advice on where to lunch locally. This is what we call very good service!

Customer service is great! But, I went in B&B to buy some cereal bowls, and dessert /salad plates. All they had were entire boxed sets, which I didnt need; and, single, white, VERY plain dessert/ salad plates, with the cheapest being 4$- 7$. Shouldve gone to Alpha; lots of variety there! : )

A very nice location with good customer service. I came here to purchase some items for my room as well as a second time to return an online order. I was frustrated that they make you call customer service to cancel an online order (no cancelation button) which I did not realize. By the time I found out, it was too late to cancel the item as it had already shipped. They did slow me to return the item in the store and refunded me. That being said I have experienced good service here most of the time and will likely return.

Went to return a Dyson v6 that my dad got me because the battery would only last 5 minutes on max setting, but didnt have a receipt. The associates were very kind and helpful and were able to credit me back 80% of my purchase. Great customer service!

Went looking for some throw rugs, they didnt have any . That whole part of the store didnt exist anymore . Also very short on bath mats.

The items that Bed, Bath and Beyond sell isnt the problem with this store. It is the customer check out system. You never know from day to day if you are to line up in one line and funnel to registers, if you are to line up behind customers at check out stands or if customer service will help you check out. SO ANNOYING! I really wish BBB would get their act together on this. Personally, I think one line would be the best option as often I (or other customers) get stuck behind someone with a basket load of items or there are problems at the check out stands. Much more functional and efficient to have one line with a sign stating wait here for next checker.

Awful service, and equally awful customers. Avoid this location at all costs. I’ve been shopping at BBB for over a decade at the San Francisco - SOMA location, and have always had great customer service with seemingly normal customers who are polite.BBB - Goleta, you need help. I just moved to SB, and went to BBB twice in one week, getting last minute items for the house. Both experiences were bad. First visit was on a Saturday mid-day, it wasn’t crowded. I ask a store clerk for help, who asks me to “hold-on” while she speaks to her co-worker. The co-worker interrupts her and asks how he might help me.Second visit was on a Monday mid-day, again, it wasn’t crowded. Again, asking a store clerk for help, this time it started off well, however when I repeat my question since her response seemed off, she repeated herself with intensity and attitude. The customers are also pushy, snotty, and rude - as if this is something to be proud of?No, thanks. Will shop somewhere else.

We are losing to many needed stores in Goleta. Its a shame!

Christmas and only 3 people working that I saw. 2 stocking shelves and ONE person working a Cash Register... the wait to check out SURE seemed rediculous as was the General Layout of the Store. Thankfully they had everything I needed. Wonderful products... mediocre Customer Service in my opinion.

Pretty good selection and helpful workers. Its a fairly small store from what youd typically see. Sometimes the lines can get a little long.

Usually people are so friendly at BBB--but in the Goleta store 5/6/2018 Ryan was not friendly or helpful at all! I asked him where a particular coffee gadget would be, he offhandedly said, with the coffee stuff. Then It wasnt with coffee machines so I looked back with the actual coffees, asking for help. Instead he just said excuse me to get by me without helping! no bueno! Luckily a nice young lady came to help and I was able to find and purchase the item.

This is a typical Bed Bath & Beyond. Good inventory and pricing. They constantly send out 20% off coupons so watch for that in the mail or see if you can get a coupon on-line. Staff are ok.
