This team was awesome and were able to get us a new tire immediately where another Firestones in the area couldnt help for days. We were on a family vacation and they helped us on our way. Made us feel at home. Thank you!

I was really nervous going to a corporate place with out of state plates because I know they like to take advantage of people, but that was FAR from the case here. These are good, honest people. Customer service here is a priority and Im not just saying that, I had a great experience with this location. As I was talking to the man at the front desk he told me I was told to take great care of you and they really did. They gave me the best price I couldve gotten. Plus, My power steering fluid was brown they changed all of my fluids and I had no idea until I got into my car and turned the wheel it was like butter. Yall are awesome, you gained my trust, I will be back!!!

Made appt for a simple tire patch. When i got there the appt time was not honored. Chris told me he was only one on phone and that NO ONE else was answering the phone that morning. Said i probably called Madison. So i left driving on a spare. When i got home i checked the computer phone i had used to call and there it is right on my phone log that it was the Rivergate location and it was at 9:29 am that morning, someone else DID answer that phone and tell me they would get me in at 1: He SWORE he was the ONLY ONE on the phone and that NO ONE ELSE wouldve answered the phone. Its right on my log! Ill stick w Discount Tire, they are very much more accommodating. Firestone owes me an apology for calling me a liar (several times, bc i called back w said info and a second employee kept swearing the same thing), and a free tire repair. Except i wouldnt take the repair bc now i dont trust them.

Customer service is great at this location! Clean store and very helpful/friendly staff. I highly recommend this location.My wife called into this location and asked for an appointment and oil change price.We dropped off our vehicle and picked it up. The price was different for the oil change than quoted on the phone.When I asked about it, they gave me the quoted price no question.Thank you very much for giving the quoted price. It means a lot!

My car battery died at the McDonalds across the street. I walked over to Firestone hoping they could jump my battery and they were more than happy to. Unusual circumstance, and they willing to help out someone in need.

All the employees that I encountered from 7:30 am- 6 pm the was professional and courteous. I have made that particular Firestone my Firestone. Even though its out of the way I will make that drive because of the high-quality service I received

I was an out of towner. No knowledge of tires and in desperate need as my tire had a bubble in it. Speaking with the nice men, who did not make me feel stupid or inferior for not knowing what to do, was so helpful and if I ever get stuck again I know where to go! They are the kindest to their customers and the wait time was about 45 minutes which was wonderful compared to 2 hours!

June 9, 2021If I could a rating of less than 1 star I would cause they don;t even deserve a 1 star. I will never reccomend or deal with the Firestone Store located at Rivergate Mall in Goodlettsville TN ever again. I had my vehicle towed there for an anaylis on March 4 or 5th and 3 months later I still didnt have answer or reccomendation as to what to do next. Ive been the one to make all calls to check the status and as of yesterday June 8 2021, I still didnt have an answer. I told them that I would give they til 12 noon today to have an answer & at 1:51pm I still had not recieved a call. I called the store to speak to the manager Todd Anderson & he was out to lunch til 2 or 2:30pm. I called back at 2:35 & spoke with Todd for a minute before he put the technician on the phone & was given an I think answer. I didnt bring my vehicle to them to get an I think answer. I knew they were behind & it would be probably 2 weeks before they could even look at it, again that was 3 months ago. I understand being backed up & that things happen that can cause delays, but have the common courtesy to call the customer without the customer having to call & being left on the dark. Not only the above happened, but at some time after being brought to them, the battery was stolen I went to get some things out of my vehicle I found the car was left unlocked. This car should have been checked when left with them to make sure it was locked & secure as much as possibe. So now I have to buy a battery. Im now having to have the vehicle picked up & towed again & taken somewhere else where I can actually get an answer as to what is actually going on & not an I think answer. This is so crazy. IM NOT HAPPY WITH THEM!!! Ive done business for years with different Firesone stores & never had any problems, but I will never deal with the Rivergate store ever again. If they continue to treat the customers this way with terrible service & according to reviews Ive since read they do, this store needs to be looked at & maybe have a house cleaning. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in all the years that I have done business with Firestone. I dont know if its the management or what but they need to be seriously looked at. Forgive my rant but Im extremely dissappointed with this Firestone store.

Very pleased with the service provided here. I needed new tires on my Jetta. I was in and out in a few hours. They had the tires I wanted in stock at a great price. Lifetime alignment is a great value.

We were driving back home to Kentucky through Tennessee when we got a nail in our tire. It was a saturday night and every other auto shop was closed or closing. We called Chris at firestone, and was already closed but said we could drive right over and he fixed our tire immediately and also let our 3 dogs hang out in the lobby with us while we waited. We were back on the road within an hour! We were so grateful for their help and could not recommend them enough!! Thank you!!

Took my care here due to a humming noise when running my Heat and deforst, they called me and said my water pump came apart and they would need to change that and the thermostat and quoted me $1,300 of which $116 was for diagnosis. I decided to go elsewhere and it was recommended by Firestone to not drive it for fear of possibly running it hot and locking up the engine...mind you,, my car never ran hot it only made a humming noise but at their recommendation I had it towed to another shop who stated that my waterpump was in tact, no error codes were indicated and after driving my car 25 miles and letting it run for 3 hour, there was no issues other than needing front brakes and rotors. I have since been driving with no issues. So I can only assume someone at Firestone was looking for extra Christmas commission. I will not be doing any further business with Firestone!

Amazing service. Had an unexpected urgent issue an hour before they were closing. They got me in and were fast, efficient and took care of everything really fast. Amazing service all around!

I trust these guys completely. They do great, timely work, and the staff is always so friendly and patient.

Went to Firestone for a new set of tires for our truck. They advised that we also needed rear brakes. When we got home the brakes were smoking and smelled horrible. We called and were told it was simply the chemicals from the new breaks burning off and to come back in a month if the smell didnt go away. Next time we drove the truck (2 days later) they again smoked badly and smelled worse. Took it back to Firestone and they gave some double talk about what was wrong. Long and short of it, $600 additional cost to fix what they messed up. Of course, they insist it was nothing they did. All I know is we had no problem with our brakes until Firestone replaced them. Very disappointed and will never go back.

Have been going to this location for years and every timer turn around I have to pull money out of my pocket. The auto part they replaced was the same/Similar replacement work in the past. Very unsatisfied customer🤔

Generally good service here over several tire purchases for my Ford Ranger.

If I could give Chris and his staff a10, I would. We were traveling through Tennessee and started having issues with car pulling to the right.Chris quickly worked us in to see what was happening. He found the belts separated. Put on two new tires and rotated the others. All at no charge thanks to the plan I choose when I bought my set of new tires a couple of years ago.I cannot thank Firestone enough for their great service over the years.

I. Am almost 70 and was in need of getting a flat fixed. And i called and ask for location an the lady was very nice and professional .so i went there and they were very busy and efficient. Reasonable and got me on the road in less than a hour .A great crew of employees and very innovated and informative. I will be back for other needs .they are located behind Mc Donals. On Rivergate Mall side . I give them a 5 star. And a. A +

I cant say enough how Manager Todd treated us as people, as customers and as a business, and how he went out of his way to ensure his staff treated us the same way. I cant recommend every Firestone but I can recommend Rivergate Firestone in Nashville, TN.

I went into Firestone for a oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid exchange which are typical run of the mill services. The day before I went, i was making a turn and scuffed one of my rims on a curb pretty badly. Big John was my technician and he performed all my services perfectly AND he surprised me with buffing out my scratched rim. He went above and beyond taking care of my vehicle so I highly recommend him for all future services. Thanks BIG JOHN!!

I was not a Firestone person. It was not my brand of choice. However, I began using them for a family members vehicle. After several visits to the Rivergate location for various reasons they have gained my trust. Todd (manager) and Rick (service associate) are personable, professional, and in my experience work hard to earn customer trust. My usual shop had closed, these guys didnt hesitate to take care of me as if I had always been their customer.In visiting their shop I see the same faces in the garage. This is a good thing! Low turnover at this store and apparently happy service techs speaks to good leadership and leads to good customer service. I watched them look over my vehicle, they are thorough and methodical.I have read some of the reviews, people make mistakes when dealing with complex systems that vehicles have these days. But, I am confident that this place will stand by their work and make it right. This place may not be the cheapest, but when you get to know the manager and the other service associates I think you will be happy with the services.Keep up the good work.

Consistently excellent service. For example: as all the bays were full, I waited behind another car in queue, outside. So I was shocked to hear young man say we were good to go. (He had brought the air hose out and filled the tires, without my noticing.) Discount coupons online. I went ahead and got the credit card, for additional savings. And these tires last a lot longer than what I bought at Walmart!

The manager Tod took outstanding care of me after another shop down the street did incorrect and dangerous repair work to the front end of my vehicle. Because of Tod and his team including Eddie I will be coming back here moving forward as well as referring them to everyone I know. I personally have 3 vehicle and another 7 with close family that lives in town that will coming here too. I hope corporate reads these reviews and sees how genuine this shop is. Good job guys!! 👍👍

Normal wait time for an Oil Change.. During my wait, I have to say I was VERY IMPRESSED with the dude named Cody working there.. A customer was being very argumentative and he continued to try and help the customer the best he could. He kept himself calm and stayed friendly despite the gentlemen continuing to fight with him. He handled the situation VERY PROFESSIONALLY, cant say I would have been as nice as he was. Kudos to Cody 👍

Was told wrong information from a associate. Didnt purchase any tires here. Instead went back to Discount Tires and received the service and tires I wanted.

So far very helpful and friendly. No complaints. Rick is a cool guy! Least expensive estimate Ive gotten in the area so far other than the self employed mechanics who may or may not know exactly what theyre doing.

Went for an oil change. Had a couple online coupons. Told them about a noise issue I was having. They located the issue and fixed it with no problems. They were fast, friendly, and courtesy. From what I can tell they did everything right. I would totally go back with no hesitation if I need to.

2 hours and 30 mins for 3 tires. Had one replaced 2 days ago for a flat and came to get the other 3. I had an appointment. 2.5 hours is way too long to sit here for 3 tires. It takes 15 mins to mount and balance a tire.

I made an appointment for 11am today. It’s 11:39am and my car is still sitting outside. These guys do good work and are always very friendly and courteous but why make an appointment for a wheel alignment if the store can’t honor it. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait long after my appointment time.

Was really pleased by the service I received from these guys, and the towing person. They were fast and called me with an estimate and my car was done in 1 day. Highly recommend these folks.

Tried to book something at Discount Tire. They didnt even have my size 235 50 17 really???? Tryed Pep Boys and their least expensive tire was $199. Really?????. Called Firestone and they got me 4 tires on my Cadillac at a good price. Excellent staff very polite very professional.. theyve been doing this a while and it shows. Plus theyre open till 10 p.m. during the week who does this??...hahaha.. very satisfied Im just going to come here from now on. If you need tires and repair these are the guys.

Service writers are very helpful and very nice, but I took my truck to get a brake inspection. I knew I had problem with them because they were making a noise. Front brakes and rotors where changed and brake fluid exchanged was done. The down side was that before I took my truck in for service my brake paddle was nice and stiff. Now the peddle is loose and makes squeaking noise. So I took it in again to see if they can try to fix it, but seems they couldnt. The truck does stop I will give then that, but the fact that my brake paddle isnt better than what it went in isnt so satisfying. I will not be taking any of my cars back to this store again. Not a good place to get brakes done but a good place to get a simple oil change. Theyre good at that atleast.

Brought my car in for a tire replacement. Katie said that her system does not show where I purchased all of my tires from Firestone. I went to another location, had all of my records printed off and returned. She questioned the validity of them, went outside, and said that the papers do not match up with the numbers on the tires. Really lady? Conversation with another rep discloses that I am not the only customer who has issues with her.

Blow out. Got is right in and new tire change. Free coffee was good. I had just bought an identical tire at a different Firestone the week before and paid $40 less. Price goudgeing.

Great place of business wonderful service who went to have my car checked for front end alignment was ready to say hey after I was finished getting it aligned but the young lady behind the counter came out and told me after I a couple of minutes that there was nothing wrong with my alignment everything was perfect I thought that perplexing but I accepted her explanation since she told me that it was no charge that it was no charge I thought that was so good to not be charged for just telling me that my car was okay thank you so much Firestone Raymond Thomas

Im very disappointed with this place, this the second time not impressed place for goverment (GSA)vehicles. FROM NOW ON! It will not be the third time. I try to give them a chance to show me that they improve, nothing changed. Ill give them a - negative rating. What it is is what it is. I think its just government vehicles that they doing this to.

Ok just watch them, they didnt put the shield back under the car right and it was ripped off.when I called he was not surprised at all like it has happened before..they replaced it at no charge.but the damage to the under side of car not so much as a sorry for your luck..

Very nice guys. They dont always completely get it right the first time but they are awesome and will make sure you are happy before you leave the shop. I have been taking my car there for 4 years all of my maintenance has been done there and they are a good bunch of guys. UPDATE! The service advisors and technicians are really good at this particular location. They dont try to sell me things I dont need. They are very trustworthy and thorough. If they do mess up something or something is not to my satisfaction they are always very apologetic and go over and above to rectify the problem

Very happy with their service. My car has some aftermarket suspension stuff and they handled it no problem. Also did the alignment to specs I asked for. They were very friendly too. I will be going here again for sure.

I just want to take the time out my day to thank the men at Firestone Complete Auto Care I was driving and my tire decided that today was the last day it would roll for me😑 although they were full and could not fit me in they still did it ❤️ understand that I arrived at pep boys Pep Boys Auto Parts & Service at 720 And he refused service. Not to mention the man had to look for the front desk clerk, who I did not know was the same guy sitting and laughing watching me wait for him 😑 as I drive away I was so upset but it’s almost 8:00 pm and my options were limited. My car would not go any further 😩 I saw a garage with working men and asked for help. He stopped what he was doing just to fix my car. With me being a woman this means allot he made sure I was safe and felt safe. I really appreciate the two gentlemen who helped me. Thank you all for having such a great team. I got new tires and an alignment ❤️ with a warranty if this isn’t great service then I don’t know what is ❤️ And pep boys may want to put a pep in their step when it comes to customer service these men at Firestone earned my business ❤️

Paid for an alignment but felt my car pulling to the right. Had to make another appointment and take time off work to get my car back in for them to correct the issue. However, upon arriving at my appointment time, they informed me that they wouldnt be able to get to my car that day and I would have to make, yet, another appointment.

Fast service on a Sunday. Wasnt prepared to buy a new, expensive, tire, though.

Made an appointment on Friday to come in on Sunday. Was told to download the coupon for buy one get one free off their website for an oil change. So come Sunday, I showed up with both vehicles(one appointment was for 9 the other vehicle was for 10) to a very rude counter girl telling me it was an hour and a half wait. I asked if that was for both vehicles and she looked at me like I had two heads. Then I said I had trouble finding the coupon the guy on the phone mentioned to which she said oh thats like the coupons kids sell in a card. So I said I was told it was on your website and that he was putting a note on my account to use it. She said unless you have the card you cant use it then proceeded to answer the phone. So my husband and I walked out. Ill NEVER use this place again.

This place is the biggest scam. They told me that they had tested it twice and were positive my head gasket was blown and Itll cost $4500 to replace it. Took it to a different mechanic and it cost $85.00 It was just a thermostat!What a shame.

Very poor service and deceptive pricing. Lost a tire shipment. Was quoted one price for alignment and then they tried to add an additional $30 shop fee. Was quoted one price for an install and then a $20 higher price at check in. They thoroughly fail to live up the Harvey Firestones quote about fundamental honesty posted above the check in counters.

I took my car in for an oil leak problem. The service mgr was real nice, as he assessed the problem, took care of it and didnt change me a dime.

Female sales person is giving out false information regarding the current February coupon. She kept saying that the savings were for tires only when the coupon clearly states that the savings cover repairs and service. I had to show her the coupon on my phone to prove that the savings were $40 off of $200, etc. I had to show the coupon to another sales person who took care of me after that. The female associate never apologized. She should know about all offers that the company has going.
