Ive used Woodards Automotive for many years for the vehicle repairs I cant handle at home. The shops work is excellent, and their prices are extremely fair. They only charge whats needed to repair your vehicle, and the repairs are done well. Joe manages the front desk and is super nice. Hes never tried to talk me into anything my vehicles havent needed, and has always provided an estimate before any work begins. I desperately wish I could leave a no star review.I brought my 2000 bmw 323i in to be repaired, they replaced 1600$ worth of things onto my car.1600$, after bringing my car in 3 times in one month because each time I came to pick it up, it was worse off.They didn’t put my intake boots on, they were loose and hardly on there.They removed my valve cover to replace my cam shaft sensor, and instead of replacing the gasket they put a cheap sealant on it causing my car to spray oil everywhere. I am in disbelief.They would call me, tell me my check engine is off and it’s all fixed, I came to pick it up & it was still on- they claimed I had to drive it 100 miles and bring it back and each time I did, it was worse off.I would never take another vehicle here, as it was a literal waste of money.Horrible, horrible business.They may be good with Honda’s or another car brand but if you have a bmw save your money.

Took my F250 in for an air conditioner problem involving a blending door buried in the dash. He quoted me a price and I agreed. When I picked it up the price was half the amount he had quoted. He explained that sometimes the rate book is wrong and instead of 9 hours it only took 4. What honesty and integrity. He has my business for life.
