Enjoyed the new smells, staff was very friendly. Took advantage of some coupons. Check your receipt when you leave to be sure all discounts are applied. I didnt...called their customer care line and a nice lady named Kayla fixed everything. Dont be afraid to ask for help if youreconcerned. Kayla was amazing!

I am always amazed at the service here. All of the workers are so sweet and give such great suggestions. I am grateful to these employees for theyre knowledge of the store products and how awesome they are about letting me know about deals. This is one of my absolute favorite places to go!

I havent been to B&BW in years. They have really expanded. I went to check out the candle selection and I was not disappointed.

I really like this location in Goodyear. They have good quality of products that I really like. I really do love their sales so much. I do love their products too. The employees are very friendly there. Its my favorite go to place once in a while, everytime I go shopping in Goodyear.

Id give it 5 stars if I wasnt allergic to Fall scents & I could still buy the scents Im not allergic to. But this store is clean & helpful. Ill be back in the Spring!

I absolutely LOVE this Bath and Body Works!!! Great location, right off the highway. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!! I have had ZERO problems at this location! I just got back home from this location...I bought 10 Fine Fragrance Mists. LoL. 😜

Sadly, not only was this my home store! I was hired as a part time associate! I figured why not ? I’m a collector and beyond have the products down, but know the staff!! So I was excited went out spent money on a newer work wardrobe ( white shirts ) 🤢Okay, went in ( wasn’t paid either for about 30 minutes) where Anna and another manager tried to correct my name that was spelled wrongThen I follow up with HR ( got my part taken care of ASAP). Days and Days went by, something told me to call HR since i hadn’t received a updated offer letterWell Octavia a manager I spoke to never called HR to reset my hire date ( per hr ) and I got termed!Not only was it upsetting. I was pretty let down and confused to why ? To sum everything up I called the store and Anna was off she stated and told me she’d call HR . But didn’t sound fun, and exciting as usual and well it’s been over a week with no callIt’s incredibly rude, distasteful and super sad to be treated so bad!

They were closing, and I had like 8 minutes. I said its ok, I know exactly what I want! I zoomed and grabbed my stuff. The girls in the store were laughing, and we just joked about retail. It was a great experience, plus I scored my hand soaps!

I just dread going into the store when you have 3 or 4 employees on the floor following you around.Just let me shop!!!!! I understand that they have you do that but its pretty annoying when you just want to shop alone.

Greeted upon entry and whisked to the area I was looking for. The young lady went to the aid of others and returmed to see if I was in need of any more assitance or answer to any question i might have. Which I did have a question or two. She had those answers as soon as I asked and offered a possible item that was very close.Check out was fast as well.

I love all different fragrance, the scents they combine are wonderful an the candles do smell like the oils when theyre burning 🔥I just wish theyd bring back the Fresh Linen!

The associates are very helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing. It is also nice to have a B&BW on the west side without having to travel to Phoenix or down the 101. This store is large and is plenty stocked with items. I am a candle addict and the sales are great, especially if you utilize your coupons just right.

I had a pleasant experience. However I visited the store in Oceanside New York and I felt as if I was a bother to her. That was mid afternoon on the 30th of April

Dont shop here. Their hours are until 8pm on Tuesdays, but they wouldnt let anyone inside after 745, claiming they were at full capacity, yet customers were walking out of the store when the store associate repeatedly said she was cutting the line off to allow everyone time to shop. If the store is open until 8pm, you should be able to go inside the store until 8pm. She was terribly apathetic and obviously wanted to go home early.

Long lines due to social distancing and amount of stores that are open. Bath & Body works doing their part to keep us safe.

I went in to stock up on hand sanitizer and car scents, and I had just shopped at the store next-door so I had a bag with me. When I walked in, I watched the two workers at the front exchange a look and very clearly tell each other to watch me. It wasnt until I got over to the hand sanitizers that one of them greeted me and looked down at my bag, so I offered to leave it at the counter. Now Ive worked retail, so I completely understand why they reacted that way. I just think it could have been done much more discreetly, because it was kind of offensive, like they expected me to steal because of how I look. However, I still got excellent service after that, and I purposely did not put any names or genders in this complaint because I dont want to force blame. I just want to offer a suggestion, because I could see someone with less patience getting offended by a situation like this. 💖

I saw that twilight woods is back in stock at bath and body works! When I found out it was going to be discontinued I stocked up. I think it was discontinued like 10 years ago and I ran out in the last year or so. I always got compliments on it and missed it so so much. So of course when I found out I ran right to the nearest store I didnt even know there was a store at that location. I bought it and I have to say I am impressed with it. It isnt exactly the same as the original and they only have travel sizes, but Im ready to test it out.

First they have great customer service! They are very well stocked in soaps for todays sale and they are social distancing but all lines are moving quickly. They have done a great job by having a great plan for the large crowd.

Came here around Christmas time and the place smelt great and was heavily decorated.

I did not even want to give this place a star! I have been here 3 times and every time they never want to seem to honor the coupons they send me in the mail. I read them carefully and I have even ask the ladies on the floor working to what I could use the coupons on but after I get up to the register it’s a different story! I also had a free In store or online body care item coupon I picked from the items the lady said I could use it on for the value of the coupon but of course at the register they said oh no can’t use it on that! It didn’t make any sense!

The employees were very helpful and the store was set up perfectly with the CDC guidelines. Today was a most pleasant experience.

The store and employees were amazing! I needed the pocket hand sanitizers and they had plenty in stock. The only reason for 3 stars vs 5 isnt their fault, I have the Bath and Body Works app on my phone and have 2 offers available for in store and online, but when I got to the register I was told that they couldnt honor either of my offers and that I could only use them online. Well, Im not paying $7 for shipping and handling for $8 worth of hand sanitizer! Ridiculous!!!!

I have always enjoyed Bath and Body Works. Its a Great place to get Great gifts for the ladies in the family. But today I came across items for men. Good smelling body wash and shampoo. Im usually not one for getting things from Bath and Body Works for myself, but Im giving serious thought to maybe, maybe getting some body wash for myself. Still thinking about it.

I visited right before Thanksgiving. Very busy! But every time I have gone to any if their stores the employees great you and check on you throughout your shopping time and checkout was easy even though there were lines.

We waited almost an hour to get in to the semi-annual sale, only to find a VERY limited selection of sale items. If Id known, I would have just ordered what I wanted online and not wasted time.

Just had my worst experience ever at Bath and Body works! I picked out my items and got in line in less than 15 minutes. I didnt even browse because it was so packed. The cashier Miranda charged me but forgot to take off 10 off 30 coupon. So I asked for my 10 off she said she would have to return everything and recharge me I said fine. She took about 15 min couldnt figure it out. So a Melissa came over to help she took another 15 min to tell me I owed another $7 I said no you owe me 10. Then a Lyndsay came over and I said Ive been here 30 min waiting for 10 dollars now I just want to leave. Well I finally got my 10 back after another 15 minutes I walked out with my items but I will never go back to that location. Talk about inept people.
