I never ever post reviews on anything cause I never felt the need but I have to say it. I LOVE this place, they have amazing customer service and they do not discriminate at all like some places do. I will forever be coming to this place, it’s by far my favorite place to go to. AND they are also SO affordable while keeping good quality. if you’re feeling iffy, you should go and check it out.

This place is amazing! First time customer and I felt so welcome! The customer service is amazing here and I can’t wait to come back for more things. If your looking for a beauty supply store with lots of wig options THIS is the place you should go.

The girls in there were incredible! They were super knowledgeable. I had came 2 weeks ago and bought 3 Beautiful wigs and two ponytails and had to come back for two more wigs because they were SO AMAZING! Can’t beat the price or customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

Due to recent illness my bride of 50 years is shopping for a wig. The woman who assisted her was very knowledgeable and helpful.

They obviously require masks and the employees have decided to act as though they are the managers of all things mask related. I will be taking my $300 a month business elsewhere and I expect that anyone that doesn’t want a finger in their face, do the same. I know 10 women who will do the same. They did after Sally’s decided that they didn’t need curly hair business. Think about $3000 a month leaving your stores when your profit is $500k a year.

I showed up at 7:40pm trying to get a pack of hair after I just spent like $80 dollars earlier in the day. The girl says they close at 7:45pm. Then the girl says the registers are closed so she still cant help. The sign says 8:00pm. I get wanting to leave work early, but thats not how you should run a business.

My visit was great! The customer service was awesome! She was friendly and knowledgeable. I like the way I look in my wig and have received many completements. Im a happy customer.

My wife shops here all the time. My children are mixed and spacial hair products are helpful, especially for my girls. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable... which is a good thing as I am a bald, so hair isnt exactly my tbing.

Today when I called, I spoke with a sales Consulting by the name of Kaya. Who is very articulate and answer all my questions. She even waited for a moment while I brought up the address to make sure that I had the correct store she was very very patient. Bright new store and 3 miles closer to my house! Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

The location at 13778 W McDowell had worst service ever experienced. I had stopped by this location a few months ago with my daughter, and remembered seeing a beard styling comb. From my visit this time around I could tell the store went through some remodeling. The beard styling comb wasn’t in the same place as previous visit. When I asked the two young ladies on duty, young Hispanic lady, and young lady in dreadlocks both shrugged their shoulders stating the item must have been discontinued, no longer in stock. I’ve decided to take it upon myself giving it one more look and soon found what I was looking for. When I brought it to their attention unwilling assistance and a little help from either of them would have been appreciated. They both thought it was funny, started laughing away and the girl in dreadlocks said it be that way sometime. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional way of doing business.

Service is great, selection is awesome. And the manager there, Shawn, couldnt be any nicer or more helpful.

Most girls that work there are sweet. I think there is only one rude girl..... helpful but not knowledgeable, which I understand... I visit and buy at least once per month... would be more if they had up-to-date styles like the one on bell.

I will say they say hi when you walk in. However following up with you after youve been in the store for 5 minutes waiting at the wall to try on wigs is not their strong point. I refuse to ask for help in this store because the Dunlap location, Bell Rd location always ask me if I need help or need to see anything with five minutes looking at wigs. I waited a totally of 15 minutes before I was asked if I was okay and did I need help. I said no I wasnt okay Ive been waiting a while to see some wigs, the worker said I could of asked for help. I told her nicely, its her job to ask me especially when there is no one in the store but me. And yes For the record they were not busy at all. I hate that this location is the closest to me. Ill be going to the other locations to get good customer service. All I ask for is good customer service like I get at the other locations, nothing more, nothing less. Im not there to waste their time or mine, I go in and always get 1-2 wigs if they got what Im looking for. Never leave empty handed.

Very rude customer service. I was in the store for about 25 minutes and noone came to ask if I needed help, at the time I was the only one in the store. After another lady came in to buy a wig I tried to get there attention and then they say that the wig counter of the store was closed. Right as the other lady just paid. I asked for a supervisor and they gave me attitude, and didnt apologize or anything. And whats even worse the lady told me that she was a supervisor. From the looks at the reviews on here, Im not the first person that this has happened to. They need to hire new employees because these employees are very rude and are going to lose money for the company.

Please have your customer service people check their attitude before they start their shift. If you dont like youre job then maybe you shouldnt be working a customer service position just saying.
