T is super rude I had an issue with my product I bought that wasn’t working. I was trying to get an exchange and she told me I have to be patient and not just walk up in there guns blazing. I was more calm then I could ever be after purchasing a 100 dollar product in a weeks time only to be told I have to go through the manufacture myself. Then they said they needed to get a hold of the own but the entire time the owner was in the back. When I mentioned leaving a review all of a sudden the owner was there. I ended up leaving and going to Happy Cats for a new vape. This is my second time coming in this store the first time I bought raw cones and they were all ripped up. I waited six months before trying out this store again and this is what I get. Chris was nice and polite. I would not recommend.

Awesome place. Even though they were busy, I was greeted by several employees as I came in the door. I was helped by a young man named Chris. He is a great guy. He is very knowledgeable about the stores products and extremely helpful.

Needed a new emergency piece for my wife after an accident left her last useable piece, well... useless, and with a pretty gnarly hand wound. Anyhow, on a whim while I was in the neighborhood I popped in to surprise my wife with a new piece (also coincidentally on our anniversary).I was pleasantly surprised they had a pretty decent selection of glass and I was able to get in and out fairly quickly.Unfortunately when I got home we noticed some issues with what was in the bag. I called the shop and T. answered the phone advising to stop on by. When I got back to the shop, sure enough T was there and more than helpful. She was friendly and made quick work of my issues. She even help match out a perfect bowl for my wifes new piece which my wife completely loved.We came to a solution we both could be happy with and the service was great.... because of that, theyve earned my repeat business should I ever find myself in need again.

I think the highlight of my experience was the customer service representative Chloe. She met and exceeded all of my needs with a warm friendly smile. Please don’t come here. The friendly staff is way too accommodating and helpful. I bought the last of my favorite cigar, and they put it on order. Seriously though, amazing staff, nice little walk-in humidor with a good selection, and a bunch of glass, and vape products.

Edit: Disappointed on 2nd visit. I sent my wife in, and she spoke with a wonderful Lady there, but then Sam was unpleasant.Sam took 40 mins before to explain to me about CBD oil, the different kinds etc... He explained that the company he recommended provided lab details and information - clearly with something like this transparency from the producing company is a massive plus.Sam then recommended a couple different pens and I bought the Smoke brand pen.I wound up buying the brand of oil he recommended as well.This was all for my wife, and she has had trouble coughing when vaping the oil. A lot of trouble.She has been on youtube, and talking to people and done tons of research.So she went into the store, because they were super helpful for me. She first spoke with a lady who was very helpful.Then Mario and Sam came in. Mario went to the back and Sam helped my wife. Sam was grouchy and borderline rude and he was very insistent that that was the wrong pen and that he would never have sold that pen.My wife explained that I purchased the oil and the pen there and he was very grouchy in claiming he would never have sold that pen to vape oil.However Sam did sell me that exact pen and the oil. Now perhaps he has had new information since then on what works better, perhaps he tried it and realized it was the wrong pen. I dont know, but thats the pen I purchased.Im 100% certain because I went to several vape shops prior and I bought everything from Sam and Mario.I was even so impressed on the first visit I would consider it a 6 star experience. I asked Marios permission to take photos of the shop and post on my review and we talked for a good while and 1 of the photos I took is the main photo you see on google for this shop.At any rate this experience was unfortunately a 3 star visit. Maybe Sam was having a bad day, it happens, but it still doesnt make for a good experience.My wife did leave with the correct pen and for the first time she can vape without choking and coughing.Now she was talking about buying a 2nd pen and more stuff... but here is the kicker. Now she might go online. After her experience she has no interest in going back to the store.Thats the thing, you can lose a customer to online in a single visit to the store.At the end of the day they sell good products and my wife ultimately got what she needed. For the first time now just today she has got rid of her migraine, and she was never able to do that before with the big pen.I genuinely had a 6 star experience the first time I went in with the lady, Sam and Mario. I have been coming here since I moved out here in 2018. The staff here are always welcoming, they make you feel like family. I frequent Goodyear Smoke Shop several times a week. A family owned business with unparalleled customer service! I have never had a bad experience and would like to give special praise to Chloe and Sam. Prices are more than fair (often comparable or lower than competitors), however the true benefit is knowing you’re getting a great deal and it is all going to support a locally owned business and their family.

Funny that you say that Kendall, if Im being honest with you I went in this afternoon to Happy Cat smoke shop to get help with my vape today and I remember you. Your customer service is way below what it should be. You were snarky and quite frankly that was the reason I left without purchasing anything. Then I walk across the street to this shop which is Goodyear Smoke Shop and I was greeted in turn with a completely different experience. The young woman that as working was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with the products in which she was showing. They clearly know what theyre doing over here. 12/10 rating by far. And with that being said I think its very low and childish for you to walk into the same shop you are clearly bashing online for no apparent reason, yet you walked in WHILE I WAS STILL THERE and tried to portray yourself as a customer... If you and the rest of Happy Cats employees have that much time on your hands then you might just want to take some of it and use it towards a customer service workshop or something. But once again THANK YOU GOODYEAR SMOKE SHOP for going above and beyond!!! Keep doing what you do! (:

Would not accept a coupon when I used one just days before. They also charge card fee. Not only that but the 2 young girls working there immediately judged me the second I walked in the door. Im very upset and would not recommend anyone going to this smoke shop, litterly 10 ft away is happy cats smoke shop and they are amazing!! Fun. Polite. Outgoing. Hands down my new go to smoke shop!

Wow was I impressed. Ive been smoking cigars for 3 years. Ive had plenty of times where Im like shoot I need a cigar. Dont want to drive all the way to a cigar shop. So I hit a smoke shop. Rarely do they have cigars i like. Maybe 1 cigar i might enjoy. This GoodYear Smoke Shop had about 4 cigars that caught my eye. Had a absolute great selection. I was torn when I left. The gentlemen that helped me was a young guy but was very respectful. Their shop was spotless. What a great job keep up the good work. And now I dont have to drive 20 miles one way to go get a cigar. They are 4 miles away!!

All I can say is WOW! beautiful store, clean staff and owner is very friendly and it is stocked with every thing you can think of. it has something for everyone. nice fresh cigars in the humidor, vape and vape juice and yes they carry more then one kinda juice. Store is ok but when i came in the employee offered free juice in exchange for leaving bad reviews about nearby competition. Very off-putting and unprofessional. and looking at the reviews and the owners responses to these reviews, you can see that this is just business as usual for this shop owner. There are better alternatives in the area.

While this is a wonderful shop for other products, the vaping selection is extremely limited and extremely overpriced compared to local competitors and it seems like negotiation to get a reasonable price for mods is off the table. at a point, they were the only shop to carry coils for my preferred tank so I was also stuck getting overpriced coils for a while. While It’s a nice looking shop, there are much better shops for vaping products locally and I would be happy to come back if I see improvement in the vapor selection and pricing.

This used to be my favorite vape shop in the area but then I started catching on that nobody ever even knows the prices nor is anything ever marked, they just charge whatever when you get to the register. I got 2 refillable pods and was charged 15 something. Researched online when I got home and found 2 for $4.95!!! Boy was I ripped off. Also I paid cash, not so sure it was even rung into the register and no receipt given.....hmmmm. needless to say I will be ordering online from now on!! Im not one to ever write bad reviews but in this case I felt it necessary. Buyer Beware.... Addendum: I think the owner missed the point in his response. The fact I was trying to drive home is that I was charged 15 dollars for something that should be only 5 dollars at best. I get that hes not an online store and needs to make a profit but thats just price gouging and taking advantage of customers. My advice....go online and by your products save yourself some $$$.P.S. this is not a fake review. LOL. He must be a trump supporter to reply to reviews with that statement.

Clean store, great selection, super friendly and helpful. The in-store juice is great and they can mix up just about any flavor you can think of and they carry nicsalt juices for pod systems.

I’ve been going here for a couple months now and it’s HANDS DOWN the best vape shop in Goodyear (and I’ve been to just about all of them)! My wife and I went in today and once again, Chloe’s customer service was bar none outstanding. I tried to recruit her to come work at my place of employment but (as expected) she loves her job and you can see it in the way she interacts with each customer and consistently promulgates the confidence she has in the very products they sell. My coil wasn’t working and she wouldn’t let us leave until our vape was rolling clouds. If you go anywhere else ... well ... you’re missing out. It’s just that simple! This vape shop’s value to me progressively increases for three reasons ... Chloe, their cleanliness, and Chloe!

When making a purchase they took a copy of my drivers license to “keep on file”. I didn’t complete my purchase because one: I’m not down with being in put in a database. Two: it’s an invasion of privacy. Three: who knows if this is a front company and I’m getting put on some hit list or something. And no this isn’t a fake account like everyone says when I leave a negative review, by my email you should know I own the bank associated with this account.
