Never been inside a shop as nice as gravitate. Not to mention the service was incredible. Taylor the manager was very professional and kind. Anita was there and made sure everything was nice and neat and stocked up. Bro and Snoop was keeping guard by the entrance making me feel all safe. Overall a great shop and great staff.

I went to the lake with some friends and pulled my Newport torch lighter out to light a cigarette. 2 days prior I had purchased the lighter from gravitate and they made up some excuse that unfortunately after 1 day I can’t have it fixed or replaced. Mind you the lighter was 20$. It was a fake excuse I was never told about when buying the item and would go there consistently. Fair warning people. If your stuff malfunctions, it’s your loss don’t expect some help.

I love coming to this shop, good prices on everything. Not always open on time though.

Not the place for me. Nothing wrong with the store. They didnt know what a pipe lighter was. I guess Im too old, but just dont expect knowledge on the simpler things. They carry lots of stuff if you vape and they dont seem to care about masks, so thats a plus.

I been going to this smoke shop for a while now and I love it! Everyone there is super friendly and is very helpful although the last time I went in I was helped by a younger while guy and he was very rude and wasn’t helpful with the questions I was asking. He didn’t seem like he always is when I go in there. Either way you should still treat your guests with kindness. Great smoke shop but the last experience I had was not pleasant with the younger white guy very rude and had a bad attitude

When walking into Gravitate smoke shops for the fist time last week, I was amazed in seeing all the different variety of products they carry. The way they set up this store is amazing to look at. I was helped by a worker who treated me very kindly. He wasnt in a rush to sell me something I didnt want like most smoke shops I walk into in Goodyear. He was very knowledgeable when answering all my questions. I felt very comfortable asking him any questions I had. I highly recommend this smoke shop to anyone who lives Goodyear!!

When you first walk in you’re greeted by very energetic employees. The custom glass wall that holds the water pipes is one of a kind!! The prices are very well and they also NEGOTIATE! Highly recommend

I use to go here a lot because its so close and the people are usually pretty nice but I got tired of the inconsistencies every time Id go in the prices are different they just put whatever they think is good one day its $2 the next day $4 I rather just go the extra to the smoke shop up the street at least they keep all the employees on the same page

I have to share my experience with this business. I have been a loyal customer of theirs since I found out about their opening. But recently, I had purchased a tank from them for my vape. It immediately started leaking and continued to leak for the next week. I went in to see if they could maybe help fix it. Daniel immediately offered to exchange the tank for a brand new one, of a different brand. He said just bring in the box for the one that leaks. He proceeded to show me a tank he suggested for me. I said thank you and was about to walk out. He then said just take the new tank with you, and bring back the box for the old one when you have a chance. I was shocked! The customer service level of Daniel and Gravitate is 100% on point. I brought back the old box the next day. My new tank works perfect. Other vape shops would not even consider allowing an exchange, so to do it immediately without question, is almost unheard of. They are always friendly, happy to help, and very kind. Dont go anywhere else for your vape needs.

The very first time I went into the shop, I was immediately greeted and immediately in love with the shop. I was actually going to a store next door but decided to stop in. I didnt buy anything that day but knew I wanted to come back. Fast forward about a week...there was a be back in ten minutes sign up. I thought alright cool, Ill wait. I waited for 40 minutes. Other customers left. A young man was running the store and gave me the worst experience Ive ever had while shopping for a piece. Unfortunately, I didnt catch his name. He seems very overwhelmed and managed to make me feel completely stupid. Everything really rubbed me the wrong way. If the guy that originally greeted me my first trip in was helping me, Im sure it would have been a different experience.

Always have a great experience here, such a wide variety of glassware, wraps, ecigs, vapes, n such. anything you need for your sesh you will find here or at least i have with the help of daniel. not to mention prices are pretty decent & im always helped with defects or malfunctions of some of the products i’ve bought. this shop is definitely my go to when i’m looking to clap these lungs.

Great smoke shop, excellent cigarette prices, knowledgeable employees, good selection of smoking supplies, vape supplies and CBD products. The store is clean and airy, a very pleasant environment. I highly recommend visiting this shop and becoming a regular customer. I have recommended this store to many people looking to purchase CBD products who thought they needed a medical marijuana card and had to visit a dispensary to obtain good CBD products and felt intimidated about entering a smoke shop to ask questions. Thank god they opened one up in goodyear! I go to the other loactions in Scosttdale. They have the best prices in the valley. They have a humidor with a huge number of cigars. They were super busy when I walked in today, but I was still treated as a priority! 5 stars
