Love it there the only ones I know of that sales egs drinks

They wont take bills over 20 dollars after 6pm.. Im was getting fuel on my suv.. Not cool for over marked fuel.. Today is 10/31/19 8:26pm . i would understand if i wanted cash back, i just wanted fuel.

Attendants were nice and prices were fair.

It’s great convenience but lately a new girl at the front desk has been nit picking which rockstar energy we can pick up for the deal they’ve always had. She keeps saying it’s only “this color and this color” even though we’ve never had that issue there before nor does any other gas station do that. So now we will just wait to go to QT on the way to errands instead.

In the morning is the worst customer service. She said restrooms are not open in the mornings. Customer bought open a drink did not know bottle had been open. Brought it back to tell her she told him hes being ridiculous and those are the new bottles. He went back grabbed a new one with plastic on the seal. She said I dont know whats wrong with you theres nothing wrong with the other bottle. Great customer service.

Service is great

Most customers are awesome. Others think that any malfunction is personal but really its just their bad timing.

Now that the pumps our updated and open nights awesome, the employees are very polite and easy on the eyes !

Worst Customer Service in the Valley!! I rather drive a few more miles to another gas station where I get treated with respect and politeness.

This is the 5th time since I moved to Estrella Mountain Ranch that I have gone to this Shell Gas Station and have had to leave without fuel! When I select the grade 91 (V-Power Nitro Premium gas) the pump displays select another grade. Each time I have gone inside and explained the dilemma to the clerk, I am told they will tell the technician to fix it. I have gone to several pumps and the same problem occurs each time. I was an independent business owner for 35 years and always true to support businesses in my area. However, you must be accountable to those who express a problem and a solution to the problem is reasonable. I am going to give them 2 weeks, if the problem persists, I am done. Period.

I love the employees, place is always clean only thing is that its alil pricey there

In the actual market they are helpful but the pump is always more costly than other fairly close gas stations and THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR NOT PAYING CASH, which really sucks.

Gas price here are very expensive. They charge almost twice as much as other gas station!
