We want to thank Tim Robbins for his awesome help. He showed us a vehicle we were interested in via our phone camera, as we are just over 2 hours away from the dealership. He got our paperwork filed out over the phone and Jamie finished it up with us, to include a bumper to bumper warranty. I went to Berlin city auto group last week in need of a truck(new, used didn’t matter) and in the process was working with salesman John mackillop. Unfortunately my credit isn’t the greatest so it was pretty tough to get an approval from a bank but with the help of John trying every possibility for about 4-5 days he was able to pull through and get me the truck I loved. Beware of bait-and-switch. I bought a Ridgeline through Trucar. The day before I picked it up they told me they were not honoring the deal and raised the price $500. My old vehicle was gone so I was over a barrel with a truck that wasnt otherwise available, so I paid it and complained to Trucar, who immediately refunded the $500.

I am now taking my 2016 Durango R/T there for servicing.I am very happy with their staff and the quality of their repair work.I had taken my 2016 Durango R/T to another Dealership and they couldn’t GET THE JOB DONE.I took my Durango to Berlin City and they fixed all my problems at a reasonable price.I just had them do an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. My experience was fairly good for the most part. I was looking to lease a new vehicle and was going back and forth with 3 dealerships. I was being told that the end of the month was fast approaching and the number of vehicles were dwindling down. I finally made my decision on the dealership I would work with. Everything was setting up just nicely until I was informed just a couple days before I had the jeep delivered that the vehicle was a demo vehicle with 4,000 miles on it. I felt I didnt have time to process the information until after everything was said and done. When I had the vehicle delivered, The vehicle was not the brand new vehicle I was hoping to get. 4,000 miles on the tires. the oil was at 45%, the car had not been thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed. There were bottle caps under the seats as well as crumbs of food. The seat belt smelled strongly of perfume. I know some of this isnt a big deal, but going into this to lease a brand new vehicle and not getting a new vehicle was extremely disappointing considering they had brand new vehicles on the lot. On top of that, there is a very annoying rattle I hear when my driver side window is down, that now I have to take to get looked at.

The dealership knew I had a time sensitive situation because I was traveling from 4 hours away. They were ready for me when I arrived, and carried out the buying process very quickly. They also made sure to provide me with all the proper information during the process.

Worst experience I’ve ever had . I was lied to, misled and sold a bad car deliberately. Then they get me to sign with Citizen One Banksters group. Now after I spent almost 3 grand to fix the bad car during this Covid crisis Citizen one steals my car in the middle of the night and repossess it. I’m 72 years old still having to work . Covid made it difficult to find work . But that didn’t stop the dishonest car dealership and citizens one bank from stealing my car !!!!

I picked up the phone call Gorham NH Berlin City Auto Group, expressed to Jeff the sales man what I was looking for and what I could afford. He said let me runs some numbers. Talked again a couple days later and drove down to see what he had to offer. The truck that I was looking at was out front, went for a test drive, came back talked to my wife and signed the papers. Was EASY!!! They never tried to up sell or sell me a vehicle that was on the lot to just move it. I have been to other dealer and many times they want to just move a vehicle and it is not in the best interest of the client. Berlin City looks out for you as the consumer which you dont really hear of much anymore. Thanks Jeff and everyone that worked with me. Their selection is enormous, but the process felt like small home town process, and that is what Im used to and come from. Not being passed on from one person to the next, just to tell your story again and again. I want through Jeff, then the finance man took my card number and out the door! Now waiting a week to have Lori get back to me from Service, trying to get an engine knock fixed in my 2016 Pilot, they tried back in August but that didnt work. Now they think that the knock is caused by a cracked engine mount. Have called repeatedly and even if youre lucky enough to talk to a human, they dont know anything and say theyll call back but it doesnt happen. Driving to FL tomorrow pulling a boat, hope there wont be a problem. On the positive, will take to my FL dealer who I have much more confidence in.

Visit was for my daughter to look at a Rav 4. It was a Saturday so numbers couldnt be done till Monday. She received numerous calls on Monday but wanted to go through her credit union. Waited for paperwork for a couple of days, when paperwork arrived at credit union numbers were incorrect. Requested correct numbers and next day still nothing. Finally a week later credit union had what they needed but wouldnt finance because it was more than the vehicle was worth. Berlin city said couldnt give discounts unless financed through them. Needless to say, waste of time. Not worth the trip from Maine to New Hampshire for sure. Ive purchased many cars in my day and if a dealer wants to sell you a vehicle, they will make it happen.

Do not buy a car from these people. My son tried buying a car and I was going to help him. He got an email copy of the total price and I withdrew money from my 401k . I had to pay $1000 in tax on the withdrawal. As he is driving back from the bank to deposit money, the dealer calls and says Im sorry I gave you the WRONG total. The car is actually another $2000 for taxes, accessories and admin fees. Needless to say he isnt getting the car.

Worst dealer I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Service staff is rude as can be. My buddy’s clutch blew out while we were on vacation, we took it there since they were a certified Honda dealer. They fix it 2 days later which was fine. BUT when we got the car back we noticed the mechanic used ZIP TIES to hold together two wire brackets, are you kidding me? You’re gonna charge him 115$ an hour and replace brackets WITH ZIP TIES. Unbelievable. Also, a motor mount was either broken or not tightened all the way when he picked it up. So like anyone with 2 brain cells, we took it back and demanded for it to be fixed PROPERLY. They did that, then when my buddy went to talk to someone in charge to get some sort of refund, what do you know, ‘no manager is here’. We both have tried reaching out to the GENERAL MANAGER AND THE SERVICE MANAGER. Both have ignored us, so here we are. Also, once we got the car back we were headed for dinner and witnessed an accident by the Chevrolet dealer so we naturally pulled the car off to the side of the road to help those involved. The next day when my buddy went in, the service lady really had the audacity to question him and thinking that we got into an accident. Overall, if I could rate this dealer at negative 5 stars, I would. My 3 eat old nephew could run a better business. Pitiful.

I had a guy work on my car, I don’t remember his namee, I remember him saying he just moved back here from Maine, he flirted with me the whole time making gross comments and made me very uncomfortable. I will never step foot in Berlin city ever again because how uncomfortable he made me feel.

Jeremy was quite literally the best salesperson I have ever dealt with over my 30 years of purchasing ANYTHING!! He worked with me for 6 hours on Saturday to finalize my purchase of my 2014 CR-V. We did everything over the phone and he delivered my car to me later that evening and picked up my 2011 CR-V trade.Jeremy was friendly and non-abrupt. I was in last week with myNissan Rogue Sport with a loud squealing noise in the engine. Couldnt find problem, seems to only happen when cold. Have to bring in to leave over night on this Thursday. A young gentleman, Triston, helped me to get out of there so I could get to a doctors appointment by 1 PM. I will dealing with him in the future. Dont buy anything used from this place. The mechanics dont thoroughly check the vehicles for problems. Sold me a horrible extended warranty to find out it only covers very limited amount of things. They have no loaner vehicles and the enterprise rental car place is out of rentals as well. Buyer beware and take your money elsewhere honestly. Luckily the fixed my brakes which were bare metal on metal the day I bought the car had to bring back after hellacious noise a few months later. I feel like they dont care about safety at all. I bought the gap and extended warranty so that I didnt have to deal with problems later down the road not recently 7 months later.

Historically Ive felt hosed getting service done at a dealer, but twice now Ive had very good experiences with Ram truck service on an out of warranty truck, so Ill keep going. Nice waiting area with snacks and coffee.

Horrible customer service! Purchased a 2017 GMC Acadia Denali assumed the DVD players in headrests were gm which once they stopped working and I brought to local gmc dealer to have fixed found out that they were aftermarket nothing like buying a upgraded package to find out you paid for upgrades and got aftermarket. When contacted they get very argumentative and don’t return calls salesman and managers never last long there so you never get to deal with the people who made original sale. Frustrating to say the least. Typical bate and switch sales, shady very shady. Would not do business with them again there is nothing EASY about them.

I just bought a dodge ram from Berlin City. This was the worst car buying expriance I have ever had and i have bought alot of trucks. Every question i asked they didnt know the answer to. They told me the vehicle would be washed and detailed and kept in the shop overnight until the delivered it the next day. It obviously wasnt kept inside because when the vehicle arrived at my residence it still had a foot plus of snow in the bed. There was an excuse for everything like the furnace just died in the shop last month and still hasnt been fixed. And the blue chalk marks from the factory that were still all over the paint was just residue from when they waxed it. Seems funny that the identical marks are marked on components under the hood and undecarrage as well. Also they had to send someone out the day after because they did the paperwork incorrectly and said that we didnt do it correctly but when the guy got here it was all the dealers fault. Just an overall bad experience.
