After reaching out to almost every dealership in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire, and having absolutely no luck finding a vehicle that worked for me, I stumbled upon Berlin City, and a 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer. His sense of humor and lighthearted personality made the searching and buying process not just easy, but fun! We also worked with Joseph Spearin from finance and he was wonderful! He was also very down to earth, explained things well and made sure we understood what we were signing. He did an excellent job explaining all of the warranty options to us, which was something that was important to us. Over all, we had a great experience buying with Berlin City and will continue to purchase from them in the future!

We bought a truck in 2020 for my husband amidst COVID 19. Our title was lost trying to register by mail with DMV. After almost a year we contact the GM who gave us a rental car until the paperwork was straightened out. This loaner turned into the easiest purchase of a used vehicle for myself. We were on vacation in NH where we felt a hesitation in our Yukon going up hills. We took it to a local mechanic who looked at it and said it was the Torque converter and told us to take it to a GM dealer since it was under warranty. Called them as soon as we found out. Brad told us to bring it up right away. It was a 40 min trip for us and he had everything ready for us. Including a loaner. They diagnosed the same thing and had it replaced and the Yukon was back to us in less than 48 hours. What a relief! And it was under warranty. Thank You Berlin City!

I have to say, the staff at Berlin City Chevrolet are great to work with. I have done previous business with the Auto Body department and because of them decided to shop for a new truck there. He found what that fit, and sent personalized video showing truck and features.Before negotiations even started they knocked off about 10% off from msrp, then figured what rebates I qualified for.Best part was that I am 200 miles from dealership and they brought truck to my door and drove my trade back.They gave me more personal attention than my local dealer would. My local dealer wouldn’t budge on leftover 2018, got a 2019 from Berlin. Appreciate their time, and questions answered. Lindsey is awesome to deal with for registering vehicle. Love the new drive through service dept.Up here in the north country you never know what kind of weather youll get, from snow to ice rain. With the new drive through, you drive right in the garage, walk into the new waiting room and have a fresh cup of coffee while you watch CNN, and you never get your shoes wet.They really made it friendly & Easy, Im coming back.

Berlin City GMCs service department is far and away the best dealership service department I have ever dealt with. They are competent, honest, and friendly. My only complaint is that Im pretty sure they dont charge enough, but dont tell them I said so.

I came in the day after Christmas and bought a used SHO. It is a big, beautiful, beast of a car. Unfortunately, Berlin City forgot to do some body work, and there was some exposed metal that quickly rusted in the door. I called them to ask about it, and they paid to have a local body shop (I live in Vermont) do the repair at a significantly higher price than just fudging it themselves. They stood by their sale, and did the right thing. Four stars instead of five for the oversight, but 4 stars instead of 2 for doing the right thing!

Had no appointment but did have a flat tire. Car was taken right in, tire plugged and replaced the doughnut, spare returned to trunk and with system reset for inflation status, I was back on the road within half hour. Friendly, helpful staff and superior service, cant ask for more.
