Called to verify an exchange for product that was causing harm to my skin and make sure it was exchangable. Verified everything about my original purchase and the exchange I wanted to make could be made. Went to make the exchange and the associate was caddy, rude and claimed that the cream was more than 75% used and couldn’t make the exchange. When I referenced the jars don’t come full to the top which she knew and the jar I had is well over 75% full. It was clear from the conversation she had with the previous customer who left upset also that this associate was only interested in ruining other peoples day. I took her attitude and behavior for what it was worth and just left. I shopped here for select high dollar items but I won’t see the need to upset my energy for a business who accepts employees treating their customers like dirt.

The staff is so wonderful, today was my first day going in there and this woman was the most helpful person in the store. It was so nice and she mad everything so absolutely positive. She recommended this red Nyx lipstick and I love love love it. Transfer proof for sure. Best customer service I’ve ever had!

Manager was rude. Was looking for specific products and she said they didnt carry them, I showed her receipts of buying there before. She seemed annoyed to even help customers. Revised: I edited my review because I appreciate your response and the sincerity of your response. I have been been to other Ultas and had no issues. Maybe it was a bad day and I get that- just know specific products you carry or have carried so it was a shock to be told that you didnt. There were a couple other workers that were happy to help and answer questions. I will definitely be returning to the store hoping my next visit is better. Shout out to Luci who had to deal with me coming in and being like i dont know what I want in the way of cut or color just something different but not dramatic. She worked with my indecisive self and did a wonderful job. Shes also super friendly and awesome to talk to, it never felt awkward. My hair feels healthy but still is super long and the color is perfect for the fall. I would definitely go back and request her again!

You cant even check out the displays because of coronaviris. So I bought a mascara a girl recommended. Got home opened it. Seen the brush and instantly knew this wasnt for me. They had absolutely no issue with me returning the product and exchanging it for the mascara I originally wanted. 🙌 yay for ulta! This is such a good place to buy your beauty products! The ladies there are always inviting and always ask if there is anything they can help with. Never an issue. And they are all up to date on the products they sell. Ive never encountered an Idk or I cant help you with that. If they didnt have the answer for me, they do what they have to do to get an answer. Amazing 👏. I will ALWAYS be an Ulta Beauty shopper! Ive only visited Ulta Beauty a few times, but have never had a bad experience. The employees were always nice and helpful. The store was very clean and tidy. Product selection was massive and saw products Id never seen or heard of before.

My sales lady was very helpful in helping me pick out a primer, foundation and powder. She was non judgemental and truly helpful.

I went in here to use a gift card I got for Christmas. Not being big into makeup at all, I knew I wanted to try a contour palette but I wanted some help making a selection. I scoured the store for an associate, there were none. I went up to the checkout bar and asked for help. One woman said she would come right over. I thanked her and waited. And waited. And waited. After 20 minutes of her not showing I just decided to grab a couple other things I wanted and not worry about the palette right yet. I went to the checkout bar again and the cashier was talking with her co worker the entire time, didnt ask me if I found everything ok, (which I didnt) didnt tell me about any reward program like she did many others, she didnt even tell me my total, she just looked at me like I was supposed to guess and pay.. Im pretty sure this store does not want occasional make up wearers in their store. Seems to me like they thought I wouldnt be buying enough stuff to be worth their time.. extremely disappointed.

I went in this store looking for a specific type of shampoo and conditioner. I was pleased that the help staff could take me to the specific location where I could find my items. I normally find these stores VERY frustrating in finding specific items so the help was very welcome and appreciated.

The employees are so rude. I walked into this store and asked if I can make returns were the employee was standing she then said no you have to go to the back were we have a special place for returns. I though she was being serious so I proceeded to walk away and she starts laughing and says IM JOKING. I do my return another employee comes to the register and the two start to talk about how dumb it would be if they had a place for returns in the back and how silly I looked when I believed it. Really. Rude. I asked to speak to a manager and all she could said was oh it was a joke its harmless. I am a Diamond member and spend a lot of money at ulta but never will I spend at penny at this store.

Spend $180 on my wifes hair just for them to do it half assed and not even have enough hair dye. Then I gave them the benefit of the doubt and spent $80 on my hair to be turned silver and its completely blonde. No color no refund no discount just pure horrible garbage here

Ulta Beauty is AMAZING!!!! The employees are so polite,very nice,friendly,welcoming and helpful to any questions you have,patient for example we were alredy at check out and we took about 10 minutes to get what we wanted and make sure it was right. The place is huge and just like a dream come true my eyes light up..Ive never left the store unhappy or not treated nicely. They have everything u need and they treat you as if u r everything in the world!! Loveeeeee this place and Cant wait to be back!!!

I actually love the make up part of this store. Which is why I thought I would love the salon..... not so much spent 130 for a full highlight and it is horrible. The highlights do not even go to the root of my head. They fall short about 1inch I told the girl I wanted to go to a lighter blonde it’s several different shades of blonde part of it being white... the first time ever I got my hair done and literally got negative comments when I went to work about it. That’s with me not even saying anything... manger argues with me when I’mVoicing my concerns. She just kept saying I like it.... I see lots of highlights.... how many wasn’t the problem the quality of them is the problem all different colors not complete highlights after 20 mins said I can do a service correction called yesterday to make the appointment was told they would call back of course they didn’t 😒😒😒😒😒
