Horrible service. Paid $200 to get my husband screen replaced for them to not correctly put the screen on. A week later the phone is completely black and screen is falling off. We went back and they want us to pay $200 more to get it fixed. Don’t recommend don’t take your phone there better off going to Apple or somewhere else.

I’m editing my review. After having the phone for a bit I noticed that the screen wasn’t fully in place after having it replaced. The bottom corners popped in and out of the phone. I also bought a screen protector from here but I dropped my phone and now my screen is discolored and cracked even though the protector was on. In fact now that I look at it the screen protector is too small for my phone’s screen. Now I have to go somewhere else and get it fixed. AGAIN. I am very displeased.

They not only repair devices quickly but they also sell phones or can help you get a phone you are looking for with pretty great deals. I dropped my phone in my schools parking lot and shattered the screen, did a little research and found Wayne’s PC Tech. I am SO thankful I did. The kid fixes my cell phone screen and forgets to put the stylus pen back into the phone. I call to let him know and he apologises and said he takes full responsibility apparently he does not realize that full responsibility means not making me waste 40 minutes out of my day to come and retrieve it, is not taking full responsibility. Like most kids it was an empty apology. He also took 30 minutes longer to repair it then he said it would take, again wasting more of my time. If he took full responsibility he would have delivered it to me himself.

My phone was not connecting to the charger and he cleaned the phone at no charge and now it works great. Very professional and I highly recommend!

I went in and was expecting to need a new charger port for my iPhone. They gave it a thorough cleaning and it worked perfectly. They could have not even checked it or not told me and just replaced the port and charged me but they were honest and just cleaned it. It’s nice to know I can take my phone somewhere to someone who is honest.

I recently had my iPhone 7 plus repaired there. Repair was made within 30 minutes will I waited and the price was very reasonable.

Very good customer service and quick to help. He could have charged me for a speaker but was very honest and said it just needs cleaned. Then he didn’t charge me anything. He is a standup guy and i highly recommend his place of business for all your phone or pc repairs.

The manager is very Unprofessional and is constantly having to call the boss to ask the boss questions because he is a knowledgeable about the company. He was mad at Verizon for sending me to their location to give them business. They dont have a schedule set up so that There Im ploys can help people who have a job during the day. The manager continued to gloat about all the different types of phones hes had in the past and how hes never cracked the screen like I did in the 1st 2 months of having my cell phone. The manager also told me that he would call me with an update. He didnt even know my name or my phone number.

I cracked my phone screen pretty bad and needed someplace that would fix it fast. Wayne PC Tech fixed it in just a few hours and even put a new screen protector on! Great place with even greater service!

Friendly service, but I don’t think the guy knows what he is talking about. I took my laptop in to get repaired because one of my boys spilled juice on the keyboard and a few hours later after drying it would no longer charge. The guy asked where I bought it, my Dell G7 laptop, and he said I was ripped off by Best Buy. That Wal Mart sells the same laptop for $600, that is not true and I don’t even see why he would state his opinion when it isn’t relevant to why I went in to their store. After leaving it with him for a few hours he lets me know that I shouldn’t invest any money into the laptop because “it will not be like it was before and it will take him a few days to repair....” lol. I took it there to get repaired so I wouldn’t mind paying and waiting to get it fixed. They may know how to fix mobile phones but I definitely would not trust them with any other tech needs. I took my laptop over to MapleTronics Computers, although they don’t offer free diagnostic I am glad to be having my laptop repaired. I’m definitely not going with his advice to buy another $1300 laptop. Especially when mine still works fine it just wouldn’t hold the charge.
