This location is quite small. I always feel like everything and everyone is on top of each other. The products are still good but if other customers are in the store, conversations seem to blend together making me feel overwhelmed
What’s the point of making an appointment when they won’t honor the appointment? How many times do I need to make an appointment to then wait for an hour our longer? 🤷🏻♂️ I never had this problem with Sprint.The employees as how little remorse or empathy. No apologies. Nothing said or shared about how they are sorry for any delays or lateness.
T mobile employees must receive little to no training at all. The 2 employees that were working on Sept 5 sold me a phone that I was buying as a gift for my nephew. I paid for the phone completely so that it would not cost extra on his monthly bill. When I asked for a case and a screen protector I was told that they didnt have them yet because the phone was so new. Now Im no Einstein but I couldnt really wrap my head around why you would sell a phone with no protection, so of course I asked them if they were going to replace the phone when it got broken, because I can assure you it will. They responded, well yes I guess so. Needles to say the phone screen did get shattered and, yep, you guessed it. They would not replace or even repair the phone. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They say one thing and never do anything! They have always been this way and Im just shocked that they are allowed to continue in their poor business practice. Its companies like this that make America look absolutely ridiculous. They are an embarrassment
The franchise store by the jimi johns is absolute garbage. Never work there, never go inside the store, avoid doing business there at all costs.

If zero stars were an option theyd definitely get it, switched over 3 lines to t-mobile, the lady did our transactions fed us a line of bull saying how great the service was and it works everywhere, didnt go over service areas with us at all, needless to say where me and my wife travel to a few times a week (only one city over) they dont work at all, no text, no call, no data, nothing, and on top of that, she never paid off our lines from our other provider, luckily the customer service let us out of our phone contracts because we were lied to and misled, will never deal with t-mobile again and definitely the lady at this store, worse business ever!

Had great customer service to GET OUT of my contract with t mobile. The goshen center completely misled us on info... How our phones would work and we would have coverage! Lie! How our phones with Verizon would be paid off! Lie! Not to mention the goshen location NEVER answers their phone. I am SO PISSED that we are now stuck with a 500$ phone bill from Verizon that was suppose to be paid! Alicia NEVER informed us of this! Beyond pissed off and would like my bill paid for!
