Clean. Decent selection of product in stock. Mostly friendly staff. Supply chain issues are felt here, too.
The reason I visit this store is it the closest to my residence for home improvements and other essentials. The more I visit the easier it is to find what Im looking for. So now I discover that if I look up the items Im looking for online before I leave home they will say how many are in stock and what isle and bin they are located. The only reason for the 4 star is the price for items when I comparison shop
The workers here at the Grafton Home Depot deserve a 5 star rating because I always experience excellent help at this location. I believe that essential workers have been invaluable during this challenge facing businesses. I appreciate all of you who assist in my shopping experience when a project requires employee help or lifting, etc. Home Depot offers excellent plants and trees or shrubs as well, its fun to browse.
Rented a van to move a piece of furniture. No complaints. Friendly employees.
Always a better experience than Menards.They didnt have what we needed but the worker at the store did his best to help.
Very excited to not shop there any more. Bought a $3,300 zero turn, but it wouldnt start 7 weeks later. I call in, they tell me to syphon the fuel and bring it in for an exchange (awesome!) . We do that, load it on a trailer and bounce around a bit between people at Home Depot till we can get someone that knows whats going on. They are about to exchange it and find out they are out of stock and tell us to go to West Bend. On our way to West Bend we call ahead and the manager at West Bend called the manager in Grafton. A few hours later they tell me there is nothing they can do and they cant even find a phone number to call or tell me how to repair this thing. A wasted evening, a whole lot of work and running around, and in the end I am told to pound sand.I will be taking my personal and commercial business to the new Farm and Fleet.

This is what Im talking about! They have everything you just might need. Their prices are very fair, and their customer service is excellent. I have been shopping their since they opened, and have only had positive experiences. Recently I had to return s fairly expensive item that I had used and did not perform the I had hoped, they accepted the return with a smile and kind word!One more thing I love about This place is the children craft workshops that they host! Coolest thing ever! My kids love the Chanukah Menorah Workshop.

Nice store but, the management is lacking. Chris the night manager is unjustly accusatory when making a legitimate return. Ill admit my temper was hot also, but for a Manager Very rude .

Me and my partner are regulars at the Grafton Home Depot. The staff has always been extremely helpful and willing to aid. Andy is our favorite employee there. Not only has he helped us multiple times, he also found and returned my partner’s wallet!!! Give this guy a raise!!!!!
Curbside pickup does not exist at this store. So park your car go inside stand in line take your stuff out to car wheel cart to cart pick up. Not real friendly if your handicapped.
Very helpful staff .. things are sometimes hard to find in a large store .. but employees at this store assist you all the way .. some helpful young men actually escorted us to the right locations!

The staff and store were great as our family just visited tonight March 27th, 2021. However, we came home and read that so far Home depot, which is based out of Georgia, is not (so far) standing up against the voter suppression which is occurring in Georgia. Until we read that Home Depot is against voter suppression, for democracy and law/order, we will choose to travel the further distance to Menards in W. Bend, WI and receive their ubiquitous 11% rebates.
If you need anything from home depot, you will find it. Like this place.

For anyone who knows The Home Depot...one thing can be said....it is a large store indeed. It can be exhausting to walk from one side of the store building to the next in search of your item. It is fortunate for me in my experience that I was assisted by an extremely helpful, patient & very knowledgeable employee that was able to find what I came to purchase. This store is vast but I found the staff to be there to assist & go above & beyond to meet anyones needs.
Theres a female that works in the electrical department and is a great resource. She knows code and asks the right questions to make sure you get what you need and do it right.

If you have any issues, avoid speaking with Asst. Mgr John. He is unable o help and cannot think critically to resolve issues. Hell just tell you he cant do it. Tried returning unopened flooring, which HD Online said was acceptable, and there is nothing in the return policy saying you cant. Go to Amazon, Lowes, Menards, basically anywhere but Grafton Home Depot.
I had to do an awkward return and Meredith was absolutely amazing; she exhausted every avenue trying to find a way to process the return for me. Eventually - after much effort and time on her part - she found a way. She was patient, courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable, and mindful of Covid restrictions. Fantastic service, she should be highly commended. Since Im leaving a review I just have to give a shout-out to Jill, Maria, Chelsea and Crystal - who I see a lot at Grafton HD. They are lovely ladies who and are simply marvelous at helping people. Im at HD at least 2-3 times a week and they always brighten my day.

Lori in appliances was great. We bought a dryer there previously and it broke down not even after 6 months of working. Mark helped us over the phone, when the manufacturer wasnt helpful at all. We now can say we bought a new dryer, and itll be here next week! Thanks Mark and Lori.

Nice store with everything you need for your DIY projects. However, immunocompromised beware. Several of the employees I have seen were not wearing masks properly. There are signs everywhere when you walk in showing proper mask usage and even masks being provided. This didnt stop a customer from walking around without a mask or being let in.He spoke with one of the employees and has been helped, but was not told to put on a mask.I dont believe this store is trying to protect its employees or customers. Please go at your own risk.
Delivery team should be fired. I would not order appliances from here again. Lied to me three times about switching the door from left to right side on my dryer, so that they could deliver it and not have to take out a screwdriver. Additionally, they were very unhelpful about the dryer vent that did not fit in my space.

Had to go to Menomonee Falls Home Depot to buy Patio table (picked up same day) because Grafton Home Depot store manager would not sell me one of the 3 they had on stock. They were on the floor (but not in the computer to be sold yet??)Their loss.
Convenient source of home and garden needs (open later than Ace and True Value). Grafton Home Depot location seems to have more tech (smart home) goods than Menomonee Falls.Local Menards have a broader selection of lights and worrisome supplies, but not as extensive selection of shaft home goods. Lowes is farther away for me.Advice and specialty goods selection are often better at True Value or Ace.Neus in Germantown has extensive selection of contractor/specialty tools plus an enormous, excellent selection of kitchen and cabinet hardware.
The store was nice a clean. Team members were helpful. The prices seemed reasonable on plywood siding.
Menards is better
If youre high risk, immunocompromised, or just generally concerned about the pandemic, DO NOT GO HERE. During a quick pickup of an online order I was approached by 3 employees without masks on or under their nose, saw another with a mask off, and one of them even rubbed his nose with his hand before going back to working on a touchscreen computer. Called and the manager was dismissive as if it was below him to remind his team to properly wear masks.
Curbside pickup is pretty sloppy. Every time we go, there is at least one item wrong or forgotten. WiFi coverage at the curbside spots is lacking so it r can be difficult to contact the people inside. Still dont want to rush going inside tho, the pandemic is picking up here and people were streaming in constantly.

Most employees go out of their way to not help. I can think of 2 experiences where I was helped. Sometimes entire aisles are blocked off for no apparent reason. I had one employee in the flooring section be rude to me when I was just asking a question. Menards is better, but all the way in West Bend.
Need things to fix up the home? This is the perfect depot for the supplies.

Home Depot never fails to impress me with their customer service. Just placed an online $2,500 order and willing to ship it all for free.
Many employees not social distancing or wearing masks correctly. Struck out on finding post hole digger, folding lawn chairs, post hole quick cement, and coupe other small items. Bummer of a trip.

I was looking for a special item at the Grafton store even this after 20 min. Crystal told me you didnt have any left so we ended the call after I gave her my number just in case she keep looking for the item. She found one and called me back and I was able to take care of purchasing it. I thank her vary much to take the time with me

Home depot is my go to place for home improvement. I only go to the competition if I really need to.
I m surprised they allow staff to work there without wearing a mask. Its always hit or miss to also find an employee who really knows anything about hardware.

We had previously had trouble ordering a countertop at this store. We called and talked with John R., the Assistant Store Manager. When we came back later that evening, John stopped what he was doing and helped us complete the countertop order. He spent a lot of time with us and apologized for the experience we had had previously. After the order was placed, we again had trouble getting things scheduled with the installer. Again, we called John and he made it happen within 24 hours. Thank you, John, for your help and great customer service.
Atrocious post sale service. I asked that my fridge be delivered 11-6pm.Sales person said, no problem. They called the day before and said well deliver 8-6. I tried calling back. Couldnt get anyone. The delivery guys showed at 8am when I wasnt home- and left. They wouldnt answer their phone when I called them about 10am- and didnt come back. Ive been chasing this for a week trying to get rescheduled. Once they get yourmoney, there is no consideration!
Not normal for Grafton, checkout was rude and not concerned about social distancing.

Wow, we just left Home Depot in Grafton and they more helpful than any big box store Ive ever been in. Its the first time ive been there and unfortunately West Bend store where I normally shop is not that helpful, not even close! Hopefully someone with authority will read this!

I was greeted by a very kind young lady whom name I didnt catch. However, she handed me off to Brett who who was amazing. Excellent customer service through and through. Not only did he assist me in finding what I need he also took the time to ask about my move and made sure I had all I needed. He then took all my things up to the counter where he introduced me to Michelle at the check out. Michelle also displayed excellent CS and even Collin who packed my car. Overrall outstanding service!

Home Depot has mostly everything, and I buy my tools there, but fleet farm has more for welders.
Jeff is one of the best helpers in all of home depot. Always takes time to listen and explain. Jeff works in the evenings most of the time. Ask for Jeff in the hardware section, very knowledgeable man.
Sadly, their shelves were mostly empty and when I needed help, I couldnt locate anyone. Im sure this isnt the overall experience at this location.
Curbside pickup is a joke. Not sure the point..... will definitely stop using it. Not sure the point of saying order is ready then wait 15+ min at curbside to have it brought out?

I really like Home Depot for their well staffed, well informed, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have long ago stopped going to closer “home centers” because they don’t have staff and the ones you find after you look all over are not helpful. Today I found two things at Home Depot that I have been to 3 closer stores looking for and finally today went to Home Depot and found everything I needed in less than 30 minutes. Everyone I spoke with earned A++ on the interaction. I left saying to myself, why do I try to go to those other stores. I don’t think I have ever left Home Depot without what I came for. Usually with helpful advice, some assembly or instructions. I vowed to always go to Home Depot first.

Bought an assembled grill. Needed help getting it into the SUV. Very helpful staff assisted in taking off a part so that we could get it to fit. He spent at least 15 minutes helping. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty. We were very grateful.
Without HD my house would be a wreck. Just wish they carried a few pieces of vinyl siding.
