Bad experience first after they told us the price of our bed and we paid for it, than they said oh we are sorry you still owe us $80. Than they forgot to put our bed on the truck and we had to wait 2 more weeks before they would get it and deliver it. This bed was supposed to be very firm. than after sleeping on it for 9 months the pillow top turned into a squishy marshmallow and you could feel the springs coming through. we told them and all they could tell us was that they will not warranty the bed if there are any stains on it. I feel that the construction of the bed should be warrantied separately of the cosmetic angle.the fromherz family.
