I stg these people dont know what flavor is. Ive tried twice now from there and my coffees always be tasting like water with a hint of flavor.
All my interactions here have always been pleasant and efficient! Not sure what people are expecting with DT only or limited hours... its 2021, its everywhere and its definitely not these Starbucks workers fault. My favorite thing about this location: Ive been drinking my specific, trickier drink from Starbucks for five years now, and Grafton Starbucks has never made it wrong.
This is by far the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to and it always seems like their drive through is never working. At least the workers are nice.
Cordial, attentive server. Good variety of baked goods. Plenty of parking. Easy access to highway.
My very first time coming to this Starbucks. Very nice..
Theyre out of mystery ingredients but what they do have left they make a good cup of coffee with
Easy good quick fix of caffeine and hunger on the road.
It’s Starbucks not much more to add here. This particular store I feel like sometimes does half pumps so you have to watch. Your drink may not have the amount of flavor you expect but they are always friendly
Coffee shop close for inside seating because of a lack of staffing. Coffee as good as ever
Was great as always.. sets the bar
Nice treat for myself..ordered iced white mocha latte with 3 shots toffee nut all topped with whip. Always friendly even during stressful times.
Missing my favorite drink due to what sounded like lack of syrup/distribution issues..service is always great really upbeat personalities
Best drink depends on the barista.
Fast, friendly and had what I wanted!
These 5 stars are specifically for Jude; they are an awesome drive through barista and we had a genuine and fun conversation while waiting for our drinks. Thanks Jude!
Fast accurate and friendly.
I asked for a red cup because I ordered a holiday drink and the girls explained my drink was all year round. I said no, its on the list for holiday drinks so the girls gave me a cup. I got to the car and realized I was wrong. Thanks gals for putting up with customers who think they know when they dont! You were kind and didnt hesitate to give me what I thought I deserved. Youre great!!
We always stop in Grafton at this Starbucks. Good service and the times they have made an error they are very quick to correct. Very nice staff.
Love starbucks
All 5 drinks wer perfectly done !☃️☕❄
Their coffee always tastes burnt. But I was in need of a cup of coffee.
Chai latte for me and a Punk Drink for my bride.
They got rid of the comfy chairs. Seems more like a classroom setting now. I really only frequent when I have a gift card. Otherwise I can have a meal for the price of a fancy coffee and would rather that. If I frequent a coffee shop I rather a one of a kind brick and mortar than a chain store.
Fast, understanding, and polite!
Ive frequented this Starbucks multiple times as it is the closest to me...yet it consistently takes 3x longer than others even with mobile orders. I have never seen so many workers (almost 8-9) behind the counter and yet received the least satisfactory customer service. 2 actually working, 6-7 gossiping and chatting behind the bar, all ignoring customers who have to wait to be handed mobile pickups given current covid guidelines. Even eye contact and waving has a 50% chance or receiving a response just to grab a drink or ask for a straw. If your establishment is going to encourage mobile ordering and pick-up AND employ that many workers at once, I would recommend training in customer service. Id prefer not to deal with High School all over again. Thanks
Very good hot chocolate.
Great service. The drive thru is always super long and a tad bit slow.
Drive through is a bit of a pain. Good service as always
Friendly staff. Drive thru went faster than I expected.
Everytime I go there my drink tastes different. Today I left and regretted not going back and having it remade. The staff look very unprofessional and complain about having to work so much.
Drive thru was very very busy and walk in the store and quick service and a smile
I go here way more than I should. The staff is pleasant and, during the weekdays, the orders are often quick if you order from the app. Be aware that on the weekends the wait, either in the drive thru or inside, will put you back at least 10-15 minutes.
Fast in and out. No more straws but oh well.
This is the worst Starbucks in the area! They are extremely slow! Be prepared to wait in the drive thru for over 20 minutes or to not have your mobile order ready when it should be!
We ordered light ice and walked out with our cup loaded with ice! Empty cups and trash laying around in the outdoor area!
I go here almost every day and everyone is always so nice and they never make you wait. Best Starbucks in Grafton
Always enjoy Starbucks. Very consistent in drinks and customer service.
My first time at this location. The staff was very personable and accommodating when I tried a new product. He said hed change it if I didnt like it, and after a few sips, I couldnt stomach the flavor. He changed it with no problem. Good people there that day.
Always friendly and always get the order correct no matter how complex. Venti soy 2.5 pump pumpkin spice latte no whip. Fantastic service.
Parking lot is small and drive thru is tight
Nice Starbucks, you can pick up grounds here for your garden or compost
Love the app. Order ahead pay ahead drive through grab and go.
The convenience of being able to walk in and simply say Ill have a drink please, cant be underestimated. Its convenient because you dont have to tell them WHICH drink you want, because whatever you order will undoubtedly NOT be what you receive anyways. For example, today I ordered a non-fat white chocolate mocha, and received a full-fat regular mocha. Last week I ordered a vanilla latte, and got a latte. I also wanted to buy a coffee grinder, and asked the employee, do you have a burr grinder? She looked at me like I asked her to do calculus. A barista who doesnt know what a burr grinder is? I cant even begin to recall the number of times Ive been to this particular Starbucks...and Ive been watching the service decline steadily over all that time. The employee turnover is very high, so perhaps theyre all new. They certainly arent the customer service oriented Starbucks employees of yesteryear. Very sad.
Usually great but bakery was average & out of spinach egg wrap☹Latte was hot..So good!
Really encompasses the Starbucks motto. Good coffee. Good food. Great customer service!
“Let’s get you a coffee and get you out of here then!” - Kristen ya the Starbucks in Grafton.I just want to say that the drive thru was broken supposedly. I had two cars ahead of me and there was no one in the line. She said it was something that could not control which is correct. But walking outside or putting a sign up so customers can choose another option so they can have good service or go somewhere else because of their time availability.Sad thing is though, is this is always how it is here at this location. I live here and I go to this local Starbucks almost 5 days a week. This isn’t new for a mess up or a line issue or drive thru issue. It’s constant.I’ll be back because I love Starbucks and the coffee they serve. But it’s sad that Kristen handled it with let’s get you out of here. Sad way to handle it.
I love coming over on my break, the people that work here always make my day :)
Always look forward to our Saturday morning coffee!! Love that I can order ahead online....
I come here every weekend and some of the baristas know me by face and they greet everyone that comes in the door. They are happy to make your drinks right every time.
The staff, the delicious coffee..All around top notch at Grafton!
I went to this Starbucks just passing though town and it was the worst experience Ive ever had at any coffee shop. The barista was extremely rude to me and he made my drink wrong twice. The second time he made it wrong I just left because I didnt want to cause more trouble. The service was extremely slow even though they werent busy. There were no other customers but the baristas were too busy talking to each other to help us. If youre looking for somewhere to stop and get coffee this is not the place to go. I would pay to not have to go to this Starbucks.
I love Starbucks, but this one has the worst drive-thru EVER. I live close by so I go a lot (too much to be honest) at it rarely takes less than 10 minutes in the drive-thru, with not very many cars! Today, I went @ 9:30am and it took 21 minutes with 6 cars in line, including me. And, to top it off, they messed up my drink which I didnt notice until I was out of the parking lot :(The only way good way to get coffee from this Starbucks is to order ahead on the app.
Not much to really say about this Starbucks over any other. Its Starbucks. Good coffee, usually overcrowded. Theres even less room to sit and work at this one than others Ive been to. They really need to select (or build) locations that incorporate more seating. I was in town on business and there was not a single seat to sit and work.
My family stops by this location often during our trips from the Chicago suburbs to Door County, WI (a semi-annual trip). The location is clean, staff is friendly, and the drive-thru is helpful when you have sleeping kids in the vehicle. It is also conveniently surrounded by gas stations, a Noodles & Company (as well as other eateries), and a Target.
If you like Starbucks coffee than youll be satisfied. Not impressed, but satisfied. The resteraunt is clean. Service was neither friendly nor rude, just there. Speed of service was sort if slow when I went.
Kj rocks!! She was quick to help out another teammate. Kj was so personable & professional. Her kindness was so appreciated.
The barista was quite rude to the older gentleman in front of me. I was quite taken back by his demeanor.
Great staff, quick and focused. Great seasonal products.
A lot of the staff are constantly singing - literally, just random lyrics, today it was Frozen - and shouting at each other. It makes it really hard to concentrate when trying to get work done, which many people come to this location to do. Ive been here several times in the last few months, and no matter who is working its always the same thing. I get trying to make work enjoyable, but please maintain professionalism with your customers. Line I just heard: Im farting all night long because Im lactose intolerant. Dont need to know this.
Sitting in drive through. Very slow service. I’m waiting at least 15 minutes. I hope my drink is good.
Five employees working and not one of them can call orders out loud when they are placed on the counter. An entire lobby waiting for their drinks. Like we are supposed to know which white cup placed there is ours. It doesnt matter how busy a place is. Do your job.
Great food and service, convenient location with drive-through service. Very crowded, even later in the afternoon. Pastries were warm and crisp, an ideal combination.
Service felt slow. I have been at Starbucks with greater crowds and got my latte faster. Then again, I dont frequent this location, so may be my experience is not the norm.
Since covid reopening the same marketing materials were strewn all over the store like some Chernobyl style disaster occurred and all of the people had to leave in a hurry, but, strangly theyre still there, working behind the counter.
Funny how one of your shift supervisors will come to another store and degrade and demean their employees and the store itself. Mention the Starbucks Experience and feel so entitled as to publicly ridicule them. Maybe you should have asked to speak with a manager to voice your concern to help that store grow, instead of being so dramatic.
Pretty good starbucks! Drinks are great and i have never had a problem with them!Pm hours can be a tad funky though. I have heard stories from other people that online hours said till 10 pm and they closed early. Today (Tuesday July 16th 2019) they closed at 8 and i was a little sad that i couldnt get a drink. Am hours are normally pretty good though.
Love this place. The people are awesome. I think it is overpriced but I enjoy playing the specials...
Love the new drink called Violet
Good staff. Consistent quality of coffee.
When being asked for a beverage stopper, the correct response from an employee is not Well, its a very busy time of year. Were out of them, you should expect that, its the holidaysAlso...the slowest Starbucks in existence. Be prepared to wait.
This is by far the best starbucks I have ever been to!!! Im willing to drove almost 20 miles just to be able to get my coffee here
Im consistently baffled at the sheer incompetence of the crew at the Grafton Starbucks - Ive stopped there 5+ times and keep my drinks VERY simple (hot coffee / iced coffee no sugar) and yet, miraculously, they keep finding new ways to fail to correctly make my drink. Even after verifying the order, Ive still received the coffee made incorrectly...Anyone considering stopping here should do themselves a favor and just go to the Colectivo up the street or the Starbucks in Mequon (its ten minutes away).
Always good service and made to order as requested.
Recently I have been stopping at this STB because I have appointments at the near by Hospital. Daily the drinks and quality of their products are different. the store seem to be in chaos and not clean! I am using a walker and there is absolutely no appropriate place for a person with a handicap to sit. the store had eight people working and only two customers. I had to stand for fifteen min. before my luke warm drink was made. Awful!
This would be 5 out of 5. Love coming here to study, nice people and atmosphere but they need to learn what heat is. Literally always freezing.
I’m upbeat and always looking for ways to market myself. I constantly am handing out business cards. I’m always polite. I say please and thank you. Yes ma’am no ma’am yes sir no sir, etc.I don’t fear failure, I don’t get embarrassed, well sometimes just a little bit, but I had a chance to think outside the box today and got slapped in the face.I went to Starbucks today to conduct this social experiment. More specifically I went to the Starbucks. I went inside and was greeted by this lovely young female named Rose. She asked for my order and when she asked for my name I said whoisvgt3. I wanted to take a picture of the cup and tag it with my logo and my handle. I also gave her a business card. I complimented her tattoos and grabbed my drink and sat down in the corner.I heard her read the back of my card out loud and she added to the end slash unemployed. A person that seemed so nice upfront and someone I thought I was building a customer relationship with went for the low blow. She must have thought I left because I stood up and asked what her name was again and she was in shock. I also told her I actually was employed. I own 1 UbreakiFix, and have 2 business deals under construction. She ran back to do damage control and got the manager. She asked if their was anything She could do. I said unfortunately the damage is already done.Only if she would have pulled out her phone and scanned the QR code, and read some of my content. Followed me on this page, or even Instagram, but instead she judged my weird wacky business card and made me feel worthless.Be kind, always. You never know who’s listening, and what if I was unemployed? I know many people who are unemployed are grinding to work for themselves. To anyone reading this whether you’re employed or unemployed! Continue your grind regardless of what people say. Be you, Be different, Be weird!!
Great drive through. Fast and efficient.
Just stopped at this Starbucks. Totally respect their attempt at diversity with unisex bathrooms but please keep them clean. Urine on the floor, toilet paper all over, dirty bathroom.... Employees friendly but they were totally unorganized, slow.... No napkins or coffee stirrers at the counter where Creamer was... Wont stop there again. Expect more from Starbucks.
Too busy and coffee didnt taste good. Not sure why I keep going back.
Typical Starbucks....but with friendly service.
Rude on at least two different occasions, no apologies for the long wait. Ill be caffinating locally from now on.
Always striving to make the customers 1st.
Good place to go when u need a coffee or sweet tooth fix
Gift card wasnt loaded correctly, but coffee was sublime
Let’s gooooo best coffee ever I live Starbucks
Very friendly. Love Starbucks. Only thing is we can go to everystarbucks in our area and order the exact same thing and it is a different price at all the places.
They always do a great job here
This is my neighborhood Starbucks, and it pains me to say it, but this is the worst Starbucks I have ever patronized. The service is embarrassingly slow on a consistent basis, and they regularly run out of basic items. The inside is cramped and uninviting. The drive-thru is seriously interminable at all times of day. The typical drink is as delicious as ever--dont get me wrong--but be prepared to wait for it.
Cute atmosphere good service with good soup and crepes
Starbucks is ok. I just think its WAY OVER RATED & WAY TOO HIGH PRICED.
I tried buying 1 pound of their espresso blend to grind and extract at home. They couldn’t tell me how old the beans were, and my fears were confirmed that they must be months old, because I couldn’t get any crema on the extraction at all. Instead, just a bitter over roasted flavor. I will continue buying from Colectivo instead. With those beans I get a very good extraction. They wouldn’t return the beans either, because the bag had been opened. How should I find out if the beans are any good, if I don’t open the bag? A very frustrating experience and money down the drain. These beans will end up in the garbage where they belong.
Peppermint mocha tasted bad. No whipcream 3/4 filled. Disappointed
Friendly staff. Clean. Quick service. Very helpful when undecided.
Always a great place for coffee but why are bananas $1.25 each. Thats crazy!
Staff is awesome. Location seems to be smaller, darker and more cramped than other locations Ive been to.
Fast and accurate.
