Been trying to get Grafton CVS on phone hour its bone hour and a 1/2 no answer but listening to this stupid musi
Horrible pharmacist.Instead of helping you, they make it difficult to get simple meds.
The staff is generally very friendly and helpful whether youre looking for general merchandise or getting medications.
For the company that is supposed to be distributing the COVID vaccine (and earning money for doing so), they refuse to offer contactless pickup, will not deliver anything but meds through the pickup window, and dont care if you are a senior or have a health condition. Then, they do not have 6 feet distancing at the counter when you are forced to go in. Despicable.
Place is a joke
This pharmacy is a joke. I take the same prescriptions every month and my doctor calls them in a few months at a time. I always call to make sure my prescriptions are ready and I cant even count the number of times Ive been assured they were only to show up and be told the only prescriptions they have for me are expired and I need to call my doctor to refill them, WHICH IS WHY I CALLED IN THE FIRST PLACE. This has been going on for well over a year and, before Covid-19, it was a minor annoyance. But now it is becoming unacceptable, as I take care of my high risk mother and cant afford to get sick, so I try to limit my trips out. If there was another pharmacy that wasnt a CVS that wasnt at least 20 minutes out of my way I would go there in a heartbeat. As it is I very well may have to anyway because this place cant seem to get their act together. If you have any choice in the matter, I urge you, do not patronize this business.
Terrible service. Big line with one cashier until someone finally asked if there was someone else who could help. THEN he called someone to help. Photo machine wouldn’t work. No one could help us because of the line.
Small CVS in North Grafton. Not super exciting like most CVs stores but sometimes (many times) they are out of stock of something we came looking for. Other than that, it’s a convenient location.
Not too bad as small town pharmacies go. Complaints:1. When its obviously very busy and the line is long, they dont seem to be willing to temporarily add someone to wait on customers. Ive waited a LONG time to fill prescriptions on more occasions than Id like.2. This one really annoys me: Ill get a text message stating my prescription is ready, go there, and its not! Then I have to wait 15 minutes for them to actually fill it. Has happened more than once. If youre too busy and cant get to my prescription today, thats fine, but dont message me to come in for it when you actually dont have it. Thats a total waste of my time. What makes it especially aggravating is that now that Im there, it doesnt make sense for me to leave and come back, so Im stuck there waiting. Fix your system.
My insurance company will not cover my medicine so I typically pay out of pocket for it. I always fill my scripts at CVS and I am typically charged $40-$45 for this medicine. This month, I decided to fill my script at CVS Grafton instead of the CVS I normally go too. When I went to pick up my script at CVS Grafton, I was told the total cost would be $84. When I asked for an explanation for the price increase, I was told that the cost had not gone up. I even showed the pharmacist my CVS prescription history which proved I had never paid more than $48 for this medicine. Despite being shown the facts, the pharmacist continued to try and swindle me. I started to feel like I was at a sleezy car dealership. If you do choose to use this CVS for your prescriptions, check what you are being charged.
If you need a prescription filled go somewhere else. Their staff is slow and frequently makes mistakes. Ive stood in line for twenty-eight minutes at one point, with only four customers in front of me.The pharmacy staff has got to be high, they are completely dense and unable to even have a conversation with someone. I had to repeat myself multiple times, I thought the woman was having a stroke.
Normally not bad. I utilized the corporate coupons and email receipts, and find those a huge plus as an incentive to shop for using the few items I rarely need.Pharmacy needs to get better on protocol: 1. Pharmacists should not be discussing ANYTHING about clients meds!! Overheard one out locally talking about a clients meds being a certain type when related to a local news issue, 2. In no way should my prescription somehow be entered incorrectly with the wrong insurance as it never changed, and somehow whoever entered it, labeled it with an insurance carrier I have NEVER had. Not sure how that could happen.Otherwise its a quick fix convienence shop.
Nice small town pharmacy, good service but you have to wait for medications especially when it is newly prescribed. Otherwise, it is a good small pharmacy with lots of stuff you need for your life.
Place is so terrible. Always mistakes!! There the only cvs in the area that makes you wait 45 min to fill a prescription. Also they list that there open till 10pm. Well There pharmacy closes at 9 and it dont lisr that. THANKS FOR THE WAISTED TRIP AND GAS!!!
By far the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to!! Im 20 weeks pregnant and was in the ER due to some complications. I was perscriped medication and it was sent to this cvs. My prescription was suppose to be there on the 29th of December. They never called me that night so I went in the next day. They said it wasnt ready and that the needed my actual prescription so I went home and got it. They promised me it would be ready the next day. I called them the next day, the man over the phone told me yes it was ready and I could go pick it up! On my way there I get another call from them saying that no it was a mistake and my prescription was in fact not ready. Its day three and at this point Im in sevire pain and discomfort. They said theyd try to find it in another cvs in the area but they never got back to me! I called them the next morning (on New Years Day) and they said that a special order was put in but because of the holidays it would only be there on Monday. Again, Im pregnant and expreincing extreme discomfort and I depend on this medication. I spent the weekend in bed in pain and missed work because of the lack of medication thanks to them! Now come Monday I go to pick up my medication after they assured me numerous times that it would be there and ready for pick up. Not only did I have to wait half an hour for it but they ordered the wrong prescription!!!! I have never been more outraged and dissatisfied! Its been a week and Ive yet to get my medication. Putting the pain and discomfort aside for a minute, their lack of professionalism and their inability to effectively do their job is completely ridiculous! I cant begin to express how negatively this experience has not only impacted my view of cvs but also how negatively its impacted my day to day life this past week.
Ive never had any issues here.
Always a hassle with this CVS. It takes me atleast 2 days to get my prescriptions ready for pick-up. Half the time they either give me the wrong prescription or they try to give me my emergency back up prescriptions when I didnt even refill them. Also, I signed up for email notifitactions but they still manage to call me almost everyday
Great photo development!
I was told my medication was done . When I arrived 6 hours later is was not ready and I had to wait an extra 40 minutes.
Very slow and don’t go between 5 and 7
Found all I was looking for. -1 because their staff is not very friendly.
Pharmacy is always crowded. Call ahead to make sure your prescription is actually ready for pickup.
Minute clinic is the wrost!!! Staff is slow
Terrible pharmacy. Always late. Never have prescriptions ready. Full of suck. Dont go here find another one.
