They are always so friendly and helpful there. I just had surgery and they help me out to my car its great. I love the Asian produce I can get there. Sometimes things are out of stock if you go at certain times but thats everywhere now. Overall very good place to shop.

Always clean and majority of time find everything I need, especially low carb items. They had enough lanes opened and employees helping at the self checkout, which is always nice. So youre not waiting forever when the self checkout register tells you to wait for assistance, or its unable to scan an item. I was able to purchase a Honeywell humidifier with an essential component to it here...they had different sizes, love that. This meijer has a Starbucks, which I love...I laugh because theres a Target down the road that has a Starbucks inside and then theres a stand alone Starbucks across the street from Target. This one and the one inside Target actually make better tasting drinks.

They have one checker on in the middle of the day, and 16 self checkouts open. It shows you where their customer service focus is.

Couldnt order a birthday cake because it wasnt a 2 day notice. They didnt even attempt to accommodate. Its okay, Sendiks was able to deliver and will be where I take all of my business from here until I die. Good bye Meijer.

The $5 sushi Wednesdays are my favorite. You can find pretty much anything you need here. Its like Walmart but higher quality and not trashy.

A wonderful store that is like an upscale Walmart. I enjoy the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store and staff. The products are very fairly priced shelves are neat and orderly. The addition of a coffee shop is a great touch. A must visit to avoid the walmart crowd

Meijer is amazing. They can be a bit busy sometimes, but such is to be expected with the vast selection of high quality items they carry. You can find things you wouldnt even expect - my fiancee once found a rare TV series on DVD there that he had been looking for for ages. Not to mention their clothing, jewelry, and cosmetics sections are impressive, especially given that its a big box style discount type store.

As a grocery store, I dont care for the lay out or produce. However, they have a Very Berry Pecan Salad that is awesome! The employee are great and very helpful. The prices are not very competitive in my opinion. I do shop there about twice a month.

I just left the Grafton WI location with $200 worth of groceries that I was forced to scan myself. Terrible service- believe it or not not, everyone wants to scan groceries or bag 50 items themselves. An associate offered to scan for a woman with 3 items. I said oh nice, can you help me? and she cringed and seemed so flabbergasted she did not answer me. Later, she could see I was upset and offered to bag my groceries. If you can afford to employ workers to hover over me to make sure Im scanning all my stuff and clear errors every other item, then you can certainly keep one fully functional aisle open for those who expect the level of service that grocery stores should offer. Your prices are high enough to compensate for the open register. I wont shop here anymore, especially with other stores down the street who will scan and bag.

The Sheboygan Meijer is wonderful with lots of helpful people...the Grafton store is TERRIBLE. Trying to get help finding one item was impossible. When I did find someone, they said they couldnt leave their post and help me because they were too busy helping people at the registers. What a joke! I went around the aisles for over 10 minutes looking for someone to help. Finally, when I did find someone she was nice and did help me but it took so long to find one Clerk. Ridiculous! I will never go there again.

I cant get over the variety in Meijer. Everything from food to plants to clothes seems to be made from higher quality materials. The store employees are pleasant. The location is convenient.

It was clean and orderly from the staff. A great selection to choose from. The employees were very busy, but they were helpful when I was looking for something specific.

Isles cluttered. I fell at this store. Hand truck that was empty and in the isle. Not safety conscious. I had reported incident to manager on duty. I had scrapes and bruses up and down my right leg.

One of the best produce departments out of all the big box stores, including other Myers.

Ive used shipt many times from this store but have never been in it. I was very impressed. Organized, exceptionally clean and brightly lit.

Only one deli employee running the entire deli, cutting and hot food. Only one checker open and his machine was glitching

Its organized and clean. I like that it has varied food choices and products that you dont see in other stores. One product that I know I only see in Meijer is the Land O Lakes honey butter but I didnt see it last time I went though I discovered a new one which is equally good, the cinnamon sugar butter. Its like what Texas Roadhouse serves with their dinner rolls just more brownish in color. It was a great find at Meijer. I also saw some food products that might make me come back to try next time. The self checkout was always a breeze for me though its available in a lot of other stores nowadays.

Good store. Not sure if it is because everything is going online now, but the store does not appear to have as many selections as the early days. Store is usually clean and well kept. The employees often greet and ask if we need help, which is something that is becoming more rare this days. Definitely a good place to wonder around later at night when everyones asleep. Peaceful Shopping :)

Check out is awful. I forget why I dont shop here often. Its not set up well for large purchases. Almost always at least a 10 to 15 minute process. Prices are ok. Like other stores if its on sale its a hood deal, when not its marked up pretty far.

Nice store, very clean, abundance of products. Much larger than most Meijers.

The shelves could be stocked better, the shelves look a lot like Walmart shelves nothing on them. Prices in aisles could be better marked. Wanted to by paper towels and toilet paper but there were no prices. The meat department is well taken care of.

Meijer is by far my favorite grocery store. I have a grain free diet and they carry a lot foods, including snacks, that work for me.

I love Meijer. I do all my shopping here. In my personal opinion it is better than Walmart.

Moved from the South to the North. My Meijer is open 24x7 which is nice and offers Walmart quantity of products. It reminds me of HEB in the south. Only issue has been price tags not being updated but use their app and it will have updated prices and more with their Mperks rewards.

Dang Meijer! My daughter wanted strawberry milk so I told her to grab some, I get home to pour her a glass and the milk is expired. Check your stuff people, this was pretty annoying!

My wife and I enjoy shopping at Meijers. The problem we have is we saw a number of people without masks. If its the companys policy then enforce it.

As a retired couple we spend between $400 to $500 each month at Meijers. Bottom line, Shelves on many aisles are empty. Most of the can goods you need to buy are Meijers or forget it. Like who runs out of Milk!Quality of fruits and vegetables have gone down hill. It is not the same store as it was last year, even during the pandemic.Who ever is managing their inventory control should be terminated. We plan on shifting our shopping to Pick and Save, Sendeks and Pigly Wigly. Tired of not finding ever day items, and more name brands disappearing off the shelf. several of Meijers can goods are sub-par.

We like Meijer and the idea of Meijer. The one major problem is they are always out of the things advertised for the week! For a large, one stop shop, they should be able to better keep up with demand!

Good luck finding an associate in electronics most times of the day. Tried calling and was put through to the DELI after I was on hold for about 10 minutes. Deli said for some reason their phones do not transfer and to call back again. Did that....another 10 minute wait.....then the line went dead and back to dial tone. Nice that there is a Target and Costco just up the road who would be happy to compete for my business. Sorry Meijer, but you are really missing the boat when it comes to showing you actually care about your customers and we are not just a number. I will on their behalf say that when actually in store and finding a rep in that area they are generally friendly and willing to help. Too bad corporate tries so hard to block you from actually talking to these associates.

Asked someone where something was and the worker didnt even know. Dont know why not but I found it by myself.

The markup on their cards and other products is unreal.

I only shopped on the grocery side. Good low prices. Cheaper than Pick n Save but a tad higher than Aldis. It really depends on what youre shopping for. Its worth the trip to see for yourself. Lots of choices!

Yesterday (March 13) I went to this store with my friend looking for a certain pokémon set that at the moment, is very hard to find. On our way to the pokémon aisle, we saw the box that we had been in search of for WEEKS at a retail price. Inconveniently, there was a group of teenagers a couple aisles down that were playing with a bouncy ball. One man that worked there started screaming at what seemed like the top of his lungs for them to get out of the store for from what I could tell was just bouncing a ball. He then looked over at my friend and I because we are also teenagers and yelled at us too. We had not done anything except be in a similar age range as the other group. He then escorted us out, right before we could get the set (Champions Path ETB) we were after and told us that if we came back he would call the Grafton Police. I would like some sort of compensation for this experience or the pokémon set that we had been looking for as some sort of compensation for that experience. Unluckily, I did not see his name so I cannot say who was responsible for this but if you are reading this you know this was you because my friend specifically said, “ We didn’t do anything man, we were just looking for some pokémon cards.” Which the employee replied with, “I don’t care, get out of my store.”

I am not sure what they have changed about their curbside pickup but they used to have designated parking spots and shipt did their shopping for them. Today I placed an order and got a notification 3 hours ahead of pickup time that my list was ready for pickup. I got to the store during my pickup time there were no designated parking spaces for curbside pickup and when I called the number to let them know that I was there I waited 20 minutes on hold. I went across the street got some coffee came back still within my 1 hour pick up time and again called and waited on hold for another 20 minutes finally just leaving without my stuff. This used to be a great service especially when I was shopping with clients who stayed in the car or when shopping with my grandchildren. I wont be doing that again!

We use the app and curbside pick up. Very friendly service. If they have to replace they let you know. If they something is left of your order, they make it right.

Its hard because I want to like this store though whenever you leave there is always something ruining your trip in. The checkout lines are always are long or broken. When I need emplyee assistance getting products I generally have to walk half the store or go to the front to get someone. I would say go to a grocery store for a wider selection but this store does have a good produce department.

Go to Target instead. Every time Ive went here, only two checkout lines open of the 10 or 12 others they have. Whats the point of having that many checkout stations if your only going to use two of them? Service is usualy friendly, but often slow. The selections here are good though, and the prices are average.

There were people in the store not wearing masks. Young boys like 17, just walk in buy their items and not one person says a thing. If that is the store policy then No problem they should post that and I can shop at another store.

Shop at Meijer are the time. Love the sale prices and the quality of the Meijer brand products are as good as or even better than the name brands! The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is the last couple of times I bought their delicious fried chicken some of it was dry and tasted as if it was there too long! Also if I go after work usually between 5:30-6:00 pm they dont have any more! Or if they do they are out of sides! When the fried chicken is fresh its great and a terrific value.
