Meat selection is horrible at best. Self check out is a disaster. 4 out of 6 checkouts needed assistance

Bottle return center was unexpectedly well kept and machines maintained in good time. Saw no other patrons between 4-5pm.

Only 2 stars because its expensive. I go here for quick grocery trips. What i do like is you can scan your groceries as you shop, pay at self check out and not waste your time.

I mean, it’s a decent grocery store that looks nice and clean. Not an “experience “ like Whole Foods and others. But they have what I need 95% of the time and no long checkout lines.

Good small full service store for town. Prices a little higher but convenient. Pleasant employees. Good service.

Great neighborhood store. Good prices and selection. They were there for us through the worst of the Covid19 pandemic and for that I will be always grateful.

The deli was great service the store was slow only two registers open. The worst thing was pricing not competitive with otherMarkets in the area. Your store is 10 to 15 percent higher on most name brands and takes to much time to cash out .staff helpful and friendly. Adjust pricing and youll see an increase in revenue. Thanks

To who it concernsYesterday I first went to CVS to get my vaccine shot and my mom was shopping at CVS and I got my shot and waited for 20mins and then I went to your store and do grocery shopping with my mom and when we got to the deli it was quiet no one was there so we were going to order another woman almost cut in line and she was nice to let us go first and deli girl take us and then comes the deli guy and we ordered a half silce of turkey and she ordered roast beef and she was done and the girl was done for us!All of sundeley the guy said this to my mom: Hey lady this is not decorated store!He said that and it hurt my mom feelings and I would creme the guy even yes I know my mom should use the machine to get a ticket to wait in line. But no one was there and my mom did went to the front desk and explain to the girl on the lottery place to play lottery and buy lottery tickets too!I hope the store manger read this!A customer who shopping at stop & shop.

They dont have everything you want. I was told their warehouse didnt have a lot in it because it still wasnt up and running pre COVID. My main purchase was a spiral ham. I was told that was not even in the warehouse. I understand now this is the way theyll continue to operate.

Pharmacy is great. and they are keeping a close watch on what people are buying so thst there is enough for all to buy what they need.

Not the neatest or cleanest store I have ever been in.

Clean store, selection could be better. But the employees here are some of the friendliest within an hours drive all around-I rotate around about 6 locations because theres not one right near me. I enjoy this location the best!

Great rotisserie chicken when you can get it. It always seems to be cooking when I go. I cannot stand the worthless robot that beeps all the time and has almost run me down or I almost walk into.

I always find what Im looking for. Has a lit of seasonal things with each holiday.

Prices were high and I did not see a good quantity of fresh organic produce. Overall, it was clean and the cashiers were friendly, but the robot was creepy and unsettling. They should employ live people to do the robots job!

I did stop shopping at the store1st of all expansive. Stopped on several occasions to pick up something warm for dinner,0 products found. No warm soup, it happened already few times. No matter what time you go am, afternoon,pm no homemade warm soup.No roasted chicken or other...The sale items not to be found, for example Perrier is on sale this week, you will see sign sale and no Perrier.That also happened few times.If you go with child, there is never cookie to taste,empty box. Please fire the manager. The bar with food next to deli is not healthy at all. Poor variety of products. Will not go there again.Prices highsky other store warm chicken is 5 dollars, Stopand shop6.99, nothing healthy.Even the salads are horrible Staff is not friendly .Lottery closed most of the time,flowers horrible, small dying.Try Market Basket or else, more choices, better quality friendly staff

I use stop and shop almost daily for the meat and produce in dairy product as well milk butter that being said I was severely disappointed they dont have my coffee cream and I want the three different stop & shops looking for it Im sad at this fact

I can usually find what I need without a problem. The employees generally go above and beyond to help when needed. Its a bit pricey but its convenient for quick trips between major shopping trips.

Absolutely love stop and shop. The store has wide variety of products and there Natures choice is great.

Used to come here all the time whenever I go grocery shopping. Nice employees, good service and good products. However, market 32 is now my primary grocery store as it is nearer to my house. Overall, if you live in south Grafton, go to Market 32, otherwise, go here for grocery shopping.

SS couldnt find the single red basket and it ruined the whole trip

The employees are friendly with everyone. Bakery, deli and seafood items are fresh too.

Nothing about this one makes it stand out or be better than any other location. As of late I much prefer Market32 over this because I have much more luck with better employee customer service.

The store is great but going with your own muffins was a big mistake bought 2 blueberry ones tasted like glue I could of made a ball out of the half when I took it apart.

I typically do not shop at Stop and shop. I usually go to Price chopper on rt 20. I only come to this store because besides Walmart they are the only ones who carry the formula my son drinks. I have wic checks which I know are a huge pain in the behind so usually I warn the cashier and the people behind me that I have them and that I am sorry. On this day I had a girl I thing her name was Renee (not positive) Told her Im sorry about the checks and she went on to say that she does not mind they are there for people who need it and not to think it was a hassle what so ever. She was very polite and very friendly with my 2 sons. I will look for her every time I go there because she does do a great job!

Not enough registers open for large orders. This causes people using self checkouts for these orders to hold people up who have less than 12 Items. I also noticed that you raised your your prices again!

It has been too many visits to your Grafton MA Store, #0057, as today was, (5/8/17), that shelves were not stocked, some empty. Sale items were low stock and pulled to the front, I assume, to make way for new product. (1) cashier on duty at 10:45 AM. Aisles were blocked by crews stocking shelves and their carriages blocking the aisles. The milk case had empty rows and no stock for the kind I use. Meat case stock very low. I could go on and on. Being in Retail Management, (Corporate level), for 27 yrs. I find this store a disgrace. Sorry, Stop & Shop no more shopping at your store.

What can I say ... there are 3 of them near me. So many Stop and Shops .... so little time. I get food for people, cats, dogs, friends and neighbors. Im there 3-4 times a week.
