Always great service with smart automotive experience. I am old guy with some smarts but not a gear head so to speak. They come out to my old jeep and explain how to replace things I can do myself. I really appreciate the help with this stuff!! If they dont have a part I need they usually have it in less than 24 hours.

Stopped for new windshield wipers. They were on sale, how great. Clerk was very helpful and installed them. Very happy with this NAPA.

They guy was quick to assist in my needs.

Typical auto parts store. They have a good variety of products and replacement items (wiper blades, lights, etc) out on the floor and are helpful with any questions you may have. They also will come out to the parking lot to assist you if need be

Not the most knowledgeable auto parts store around. Improperly installed the wiper blades on a friends vehicle. This was after an improper installation at the Fargo NAPA originally. Blade flew off in the drive north on I29 at full speed. Wiper arm ended up cracking the windshield in the process this time. Upon further inspection, the other wiper was also not installed correctly and pulled right off when inspecting it.When the issue was reported the Assistant Manager Ethan was great. He took down our information and said the manager would contact my friend the next day. He then went out to the vehicle and installed them properly. He also mentioned the original installer had mentioned he may need some help on these as he is only used to J hook wipers, but never went back in for assistance...Upon discussion with the Manager, Mike, we were told that nowhere in the store is it advertised they install wipers. They are not a service business and just sell parts. He took ZERO responsibility for the mistake made by his employee that cracked the windshield. Instead he blamed it on either bad wiper arms or a defective windshield from Ford as they crack easy and there are people complaining about it on the web. Immediately was on the defensive and seemed to have no intent on making this situation right. I told him that the insurance companies can fight it out I guess and moved on...So lessons learned:1. Dont let NAPA install your windshield wipers if they arent J hooks2. This NAPA will not stand behind the mistakes of their employees3. Shop at OReilleys instead as they will install your wiper blades and stand behind their installation, free of charge.

Drove down from Canada for some transmission fluid. They sell it much cheaper. They gave me the wrong oil even when I asked the clerk if he was sure. Didnt realize it was the wrong oil until I got home (my bad). Drove back down the next week to exchange it. I enquired about a discount for my trouble, got laughed at! Not going back.

Went in to napa got a starter wrong starter brought back live 40 miles away got right starter put in my car cranked over starter would not shut off took it off brought back guy at counter said I hooked it up wrong would not warranty it he pissed me off went over to auto zone got different starter put on worked just fine napa in grand forks can kiss my ass

I had trouble putting on one wipper blade they came right out and put it on for me
