This store is always welcoming, clean, and well kept. They have an awesome assortment of Tanks, Coils, Mods, and accessories. Their juice lineup is up to par with other shops in the area.

Had what I needed at a fair price. The gentleman that waited on me was not very friendly. Made me feel like what do you want and get out.

They know what theyre talking about and are very capable of getting you what you need, 4 starts the because theyre often low on supplies for the hardware

Staff here are fantastic and are always helpful. Lately it seems theyre kinda low on supply in some brands and higher in others but thats to be expected considering world events.All in all, this store is fantastic and the only store I buy juice at. It will probably stay that way as long as Im living in Grand Forks.

Visiting family around the area and have been here 3 times in the last week and a half for different needs and questions. Super friendly staff, super helpful! I know NOTHING about vaping and back home staff at places are not so helpful. Definitely gave me a good jump start here!

Me and a friend drove from Fargo to Grandforks because the Fargo location closed, when we got there we were not greeted, didnt feel welcomed, felt rushed, and when I got juice never asked me about how many milligrams of nicotine, and rudely corrected me about a product I had, and most of all never gave me or my friend a receipt. I have been going to infinite vapors for almost 2 years and this by far was the worst experience I had.

I absolutely love going into this Infinite Vapor. It could have been a one time stop just to check it out, but it turned into a place that I MUST stop at now. Kat is absolutely fantastic. She always helps me decide on what the best solution is for me, and gets me to try new things. Kat is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about product. If a certain product isnt in, she will try to order it, or she already knows when it will be coming in. If it wasnt for Kat I most likely would have checked out the other local Vape shops. However, I am now exclusive to her and will not even order online; I want and need her advice, expertise, and presence.

5 Stars all the way! This place is great and welcoming when you walk in. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. I came from a vape shop that set me up all wrong for a starter in Colorado. The manager here helped me get on the right rig and because of his help I spent a lot of money here. Always plan on coming back! Thanks Infinite Vapor! :D

I was asked for an ID for a purchase on my credit card. The person in front of me was not asked.I am 52 years old with a gray beard. This wasnt an ID for age check.The employee has no business verifying my ID for a credit card purchase. BOTH Mastercard and VISA prohibit this as a requirement for purchase.Look it up...they prohibit this as a requirement for purchase.It was just plain rude.This was my second purchase at this location. The first purchase was almost as bad. The sales help are rude, they arent friendly.I will look to take my business elsewhere.

The guy was not informative and I felt rushed deciding what mod kits I wanted to buy and vape juice, after I drove all the way there from Fargo since that location closed.

Never going in again. Dude had a poor attitude, just go to Dutchman vapors, theyll walk you through what you need with a smile.Id give 1 star, but they had my coils, and the juice tastes good.

Staff didn’t seem super knowledgeable as was critical of the mod I had telling me it was old when it’s only and year old and works great. Not a pleasant experience, they didn’t have the coils i wanted and the one they sold me didn’t work with my mod. Won’t be going back.

The guys that work here know their stuff and are my go-to for vape stuff. Only problem is they often get kinda pushy with selling you stuff and try using confusion tactics to sell you something you dont need. But they also have really good discounts and prices

My coil burned out and was tasting like hell, so I pulled in to get a new one. The young man behind the counter (I wish I could remember his name for this review) cleaned my piece and everything! He was very knowledgeable ad very polite. This is my new favorite vape shop

I love the place, definitely have a great experience but, the only downfall is the attitude of the manager, Blaine I think his name is, has been rude to a few friends of mine and me as well, otherwise Infinite Vapor is a must stop, also wish they still had RDA and RTAs which they stopped selling.

I went to this particular vape store twice now. The store is well kept and maintained. However, the customer service has been anything but satisfactory! This one particular individual enjoys bragging about how much he vapes. The guy will not make suggestions or try selling the product. Instead he treats people like dogs and is only there to stretch his neck and tell people about how he goes through a hundred different flavors a month. The man does not understand proper respect. He also wears his cargo shorts below his cheeks probably knowing that his crack is showing (Needs to shower too). If you want the worst customer service you will ever receive go to this place.

I am changing my review. After I made this review I got an email from their regional manager (?) I think...their was Anjel and they had the manager from the Fargo shop call me. I guess one of the employees had over slept and that was why the phone wasnt being answered. He said hed mail me the juice I wanted at no cost. Unfortunately, we had just gotten the call that we were being transferred out that day n I didnt know what our new address would be. When I got to the shop they were apologetic and nice and the manager told me he was planning to just bring me the juice. This company works together to make their customers happy and thats a company that has my business.Was willing to make the one hour drive if they had my juice in stock but they literally refused to answer the phone...so yeah I guess they dont want my business, which is really aggravating because apparently they decided to pull one of their most popular lines without telling anyone...including the employees

Good prices, great selection of juices, but the in-stock hardware selection is lacking.

Terrible. I went in there with a faulty vape on break from work, within the 30 day return policy. Instead of allowing me to make the return, the two associates insisted on giving me the run around. After wasting my time, I left with no refund or replacement. I was mad enough I didnt even take the faulty vape with me.

Good selection good variety good employees, a bit over priced on some items cheaper on others. Not a bad store at all, just not the best in town.

My gf and I started in the Twin Cities in Burnsville and discovered Infinite Vapor through a friend that lives there. With both the Burnsville and Grand Forks, Ill point out their similarities: The name of the building, a great selection of fluids, and fairly reasonable pricing for fluids compared to other brick & mortar vape stores and online. Another similarity? Both store have very significant price increases on hardware than vendors online. Not slight... but nearly double at points.Heres where GF differs from Burnsville: No promotions for new customers.You can not test samples in the store in GF. ND-libretard nut job tobacco panic which is nothing but ignorance. You have to walk outside the building, etc.B-ville was fairly informative, GF was more opinion over fact.Being carded the moment you walk in the door like youre trying to sneak in to Borrowed Bucks instead of greeted like in Burnsville. Not even a Hey there, it was a blunt, instant, I need to see your ids.I was unable to buy the specific hardware (a tank) without buying an entire package. The package was simply a starter kit that online vendors could have had to me for $50 in 3-5 business days... or $90 + ND tax rate to have it there in hand. If you dont mind waiting... then wait. A basic google search will take you to a US based store (not a slow boat from China.... beware!) that will save you up to 50% of the cost for hardware. You can hear the You get what you pay for -> Its the same thing. You dont get the customer service -> Actually, you do with several... actual customer service too. And the all famous, Well if you dont like it, go somewhere else -> Can do, easily.Fluids? Infinite is home to Unicorn Poop. Dont laugh... its real. Its for sub-ohm vapors, and its great. If youre a cig smoker looking to find a close to smoking as possible, Id recommend their Charles Dinsmore. The prices are very reasonable and competitive to many online retailers, and the fluid is quality. One major drawback to some online fluids is lack of sampling (which ND f**ks you on anyhow) and/or quality.The Burnsville, MN store stresses their ISO certified etc etc when it comes to fluids, prepackaged & in-house.Grand Forks: Its on the shelf, you get it.All in all, I do like Infinite Vapor: elsewhere. For fluids, or emergency/gotta have it right now situations, there are other vape stores within GF that are not going to charge you DOUBLE for gear, and have better prices on fluids. If youre new to vaping, do some research first or else dont and spend too much just trying to find what suits you best. But vaping, all in all, has taken a 2 pack a day smoker of 22 years to a non-smoker in barely one month.Experienced vapors will enjoy I.V. for their flavors, but also have learned their lessons as well both brick & mortar and online.
