My fiance bought my ring from there the ring itself is beautiful but I would never suggest Kay Jewelers to another person. When he first bought the ring he gave our address for a credit check and they ended up mailing the billing receipts to our house. He tried to have them switch the address after they told him that the Billings will be mailed and told him that they could not change the address. Leading to me opening up the mailbox and figuring out that he bought a ring. They should be ashamed! And now after he had proposed to me I have a warranty that makes me bring my ring in to get serviced every 6 months. So I looked up on Google what time they opened it said 10:00 and it was updated a week ago. I walk into the mall and they still have all of their doors closed with a sign saying they open at 11:00. Not only did they ruin the biggest surprise of my lifetime but now they dont even open when they say that theyre open. This Branch should be shut down immediately its absolutely god-awful. You can go so many other places and get great jewelry with no hassle. Never buy anything in here!
Ive been to at least 20 different jewelry stores and would recommend this one hands down thanks to the employees: Ryan and Lacey made this the best shopping experience I could have imagined. They were so helpful/supportive!
Very frustrated with this kay jewelers. i have tried calling multiple times at different times of the day and never get an answer. i live hours away so i wanted to make sure my ring was done before i drove but still haven’t gotten anything yet, it’s been about 3 days.
I was so unsure about going to KAY when my fiance and I picked out my engagement ring last year. I have always purchased my jewelry elsewhere in the past, however we couldnt find what we wanted at those places...so we gave it a shot.I love this store, Ryan, the store manager, is amazing to work with and everyone on the staff has always been so helpful! We found my ring! They helped me pick out wedding bands to match, this included months of letting me try on different bands every time I was in. They even had something shipped in from a different store!! We have purchased my wedding set, multiple gifts, ear rings, necklaces and more! I can honestly say I have never been disappointed!
Got my wedding ring and now twice diamonds had falling out of my ring and the store isn’t open once again!
Great customer service anytime we have been in... EXCEPT today. Ryan, the store manager, and Wanda were extremely rude. We needed help resizing our wedding rings, Wanda had a horrible attitude and laughed in our faces. Ryan stood there and didn’t say anything. Spend your money where you’re actually valued as customers.

Go and meet Ryan, the new manager at the Grand Forks location. He is a pleasure to deal with. He didnt push me into a sale like other sales persons I have dealt with throughout my shopping experiences. I could not be happier!
Lied to me about the ring quality and also when the next diamond showing was in order to trick me into buying a ring sooner. Ryan is unprofessional and so were the two women that worked the counter. After all this they did nothing to compensate me for their wrongdoings. Do not shop here.
