My husband and I bought a Zodiak 400 from the Detriot boat show from Chuck. What a great salesman! He did everything he said he was going to do, communicated regularly and followed up. Spent time going over the boat with us upon delivery. He delivered the boat 2 days after we requested delivery. Cant say enough good things about Chuck. Love our new boat!!!

Take your business elsewhere! Bob Lunt is extremely rude and unprofessional. I own multiple businesses and was blown away with the comments that came out of this guys mouth. Transaction took a bit longer and he tells our nice sales lady No more sales after 3:30! Makes sense???! His actions have lost the sale of a larger boat in the future,

I purchased a used hard bottom inflatable from Reed Yacht Sales this past autumn, sight-unseen, but with assurances it was in immaculate condition. Upon taking possession of the boat this spring, I was excited to see it was as clean as was represented. After putting the boat in the water for the first time, something was amiss; It was taking on water. I consulted with the folks at Reed, and not only did they help me find the source of the leak, they reimbursed me for the cost of the repair. It can be challenging finding honest and honorable businesses these days, and I can assure you Reed Yacht Sales and its people are both!

Bob was unwilling to inconvenience himself for even a few minutes to make a sale. Really unheard of in sales.
