Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!!! I have bought several item from them. I called to pay off one item and was told by the manager that he needed a code and would return my phone called. I waited a week and no call. So I called again same thing. I have now called 5 times and he says the same thing but never returned my calls! Im trying to pay off an item!! Its ridiculous that place is so unprofessional!! Its been 3 weeks now! I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM.THEM AGAIN.

Try to pay your things down as quickly as possible and get a same as cash price. Credit low, thisll work.

Was really pleased with my last purchase so I got a new washer and dryer (specifically asked for brand new not used) and the dryer wont heat up and its got scuffs all over the top so I know its used and they are charging me for brand new...dont think Ill go back...very disappointed in the dishonestyUpdate: the manger at this store was awful to me on the phone and accused me of lying about the condition of the items sent to me. He also stated that he has sent me 3 sets because of my complaint but it was his mess up because he sent me 1 that didnt work and another that was a opposite of the color I ordered and finally sent me what I ordered in the first place...took 3 months to get it right then tried to charge extra for his mistake . When I tried to terminate my rental he called me personally to yell and intimidate me. If thats not bad enough he came to my house personally to supervise the pick up to intimidate me more. I will never recommend this store to anyone ever.

Worst service I have ever received. Talked to the same person for 5 days on a desktop computer...went in to buy it not the same one I have been asking him about. Then he proceeded to treat me like my money didnt matter to him. Will never go to this location again hope this guy loses his job.

A lot of paperwork involved and their not very flexible. The customer service was a little odd....

Called them on September 4 th and asked a ?. It’s now September 13 and still have not received a call to answer my ?. Nice customer service this place has. Went to Aaron’s and got my ?answered and got the tv in the same day.

Did not get to pick what kind of fridge, asked for a 20ft. got a 18ft. then it was a non working fridge which took them weeks to fix and still wouldnt work and must have been pocketing are money cause on the payments it shows i gave 100dollars but only put 75 on the bill and many more. just overall a bad place

Went inside and looked around at what they all rent.its a good idea being able to rent something on short notice but I would never do it again .
