These cats know their stuff, and they wont waste time. The amount of times Ive been stuck for HOURS in a cell phone store only to not be happy with the result, is massive.Between my sales rep Ryan and the manager Dave, they made me feel comfortable for my entire visit and were both great.If youre thinking of getting away from Verizon or whatever,, these are your guys!!!!!

Wanted to upgrade my phone. Salesman was rude and acted like I was a inconvenience being there. Never got up off his chair and was on his phone. When I asked about phones he just pointed over at them. I just left because they obviously didnt need my business.

We went in the T mobile/sprint store in Grand Haven on Sunday 08/25/2020. I turned in my phone and upgrade and our 12 year old special needs daughter got a new iPad she uses it a communication device since she is non-verbal. It was taking forever to transfer our stuff over from the old devices to the new (their WIFI is super slow) my old phone kept on dying so the new phone was charging with their charger and my old one unfortunately they didn’t have another charger so they used our daughters special purple sparkly one with our cube. She wanted that specific phone charger from Target after a couple of weeks of non stop asking we purchased it for her. Well by accident we left the charger and cube there which is fine we will get it the next day since they were closed already. Because of our work schedules we were unable to make it the next day. My husband contacted the store on Tuesday to let them know and we will be stopping by to come get it. He was told on the that an employee took it home. Well of course not cool why would an employee even do this ? That is stealing from a customer at a place of business. My husband went to the store to pick it up and the guy at the door just gave the purple cord to my husband. My husband said and the cube please then you could hear a female in the store saying “really”. Ok you think we wouldn’t have noticed that the cube wasn’t attached? Again it’s a 12 year olds iPad charger you took home and then now you don’t want to give it all back to the owner. You work at a cellphone store buy your own instead of taking advantage of your customers. Our daughter was so upset because we left it there by accident in the first place and couldn’t get it the next day so getting it finally on Thursday in her world was forever. We just purchased our new devices (they weren’t cheap) they have our numbers instead of another employee taking something that is not theirs they should have called us and kept it aside. I am very disappointed with this store and what that particular lady did she should be ashamed of herself. I know where I work I probably would loose my job stealing from customers does she not know they have cameras there ? We are very disappointed And to hurt a child like that who doesn’t understand why she has to wait longer for something that is hers because someone took it.

Nothing like being a loyal Sprint customer for 15 of the last 16 years and are informed theres nothing they can do for you when you want new phones and a new call plan for your FIVE lines. Was told Id have to cancel my five lines, turns my phones in, have someone else open an account while losing our phone numbers of many years. I dont want to be on someone elses call plan. Why cant a loyal Sprint customer get some love for being with them for many years? Complete B.S.

The service we received while changing 4 phones to Sprint in Grand Haven was exceptional from Debbie. She is so knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She rocks!Plus we appreciate all the information received from Chance too.

After switching 4 lines and getting a new phone number. Sales associate neglected to tell me I had to call customer service and end contract. The phone number that wassupposed to be shut off cost ME. 500$sneaky charges bad service. Forget about customer care. I will tell everyone I know to stay far far away. I would give a zero if I could.

Either the staff is astoundingly unaware of corporate policies or they purposefully mislead my elderly father to make a commission. Either way this store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unless you enjoy wasting time, money, and patience I would not recommend this store.

Worst phone plan I have ever had still have 16 months and am dreading it not one bill has been consistent with pricing and I have service NOWHERE!!! Very disappointing and I will be very excited when the contract is up.

Very rude!! Went in to activate a phone and was met promptly by the salesman. When I showed him the phone to activate, he responded with where did you get that? very rudely because I didnt buy from him. After I told him it wasnt his concern, he told me he couldnt help me and someone else would have to. Go to a different Sprint store.

Condenseding, rude and completely unhelpful but this is sprint so we as paying customers should expect nothing less than horribly service, unbelievable complicated repair processes and worthless employees. I pay over $200 a month for the worst service Ive ever experienced. If you have a sprint service contract and are thinking of renewing please save yourself and switch to literally any other company. I hate sprint with a fervent passion they disgust me to my core. Ive been with them for over 10 years and honestly dont know why

DONT GO HERE IF YOUR SWITCHING CARRIERS. They are supposed to help you & give you a money card from sprint to pay back your old company so that you can switch and not have to pay two bills.. we switched thinking we would be fine to leave, come to find out they weren’t even working on getting me the cards. I’ve been dealing with trying to get these cards and now just went through customer service after four months of them saying they would take care of it. I’ve gone up there many times because they lost my papers. I’ve called. Each time they said they would call back. NEVER DID. Never going back.
