Waited 40 minutes behind someone scratching lotto tickets at the pump. I politely asked if she could pull up so I could use the pump and was told to F myself in front of my 2 small children. I asked the clerk for assistance he told me to F myself and go to Meijer. I’ve been going there for years, never ever again.

Due to recent circumstances there is only one person allowed in the store at a time, there was one woman there scratching off lottery tickets and six people waiting in line outside to pay for gas or other things. When the clerk Crystal (not sure on spelling) was asked if there was anything she could do to speed things up she said no and proceeded to say that she was the manager when asked and nothing could be done at all. leaving this review because this is ridiculously unprofessional and I will be getting gas somewhere else.

Usually best price on diesel fuel in town, if not all of Ottawa County! The very small gas station kiosk is not big enough for maybe 2 or 3 people, so that is the reason I did not rate 5stars. As for the quality of fuel and the price, I go here all the time. Oh, and usually the person working the kiosk is friendly in my experience.

Great fuel prices! I love stopping here on my way to work in the mornings. The manager Bridgett is always super friendly. She always helps me with everything I need. Hopefully they remodel this place and make it bigger.

I deliver fuel to this location, and I just wanted to inform people who pump gas here that you are not just putting gas/diesel in you cars you are also pumping water in your gas tank. I have mentioned to the store manager Bridgett Nico that what she is doing should be a crime. She just dumps the overflow water into the gas reservoir. Overtime the water that sits in your gas tank WILL cause permanent damage to you vehicle. I would recommend you pump your gas elsewhere. She told me she dont care, and would never pump Murphy gas into her own car. TRUTH EXPOSED!

Love seeing all these bad Reviews for the store manager!! I worked here and it was great untill she took over... it was a hostile take over, she was ALWAYS unfair with scheduling, I missed holidays with my family, because she would NEVER work them, she hated me from the start and eventually got me to the point where I quit, i couldnt handle all the stress she was adding to my life. I would NEVER recommend anyone to work here for her.

I visited this store on 09/16/2019 and purchased a soda. The soda that I had purchased was opened and I did not notice this until after I drove away. I called the store and spoke to the store manager Bridgett and I feel as if she was very rude and unprofessional on the phone. I returned the soda and asked the store manager if she had checked the other bottles to make sure that the product that she was selling hadnt been tampered with and she stated that she had not checked the bottles, she was rude again a second time. I asked for my money back due to the fact that I was not comfortable with her behavior and was overall unsatisfied with the product she was selling as well as her attitude. The store appeared dirty and unkept, the store manager (Bridgett) also appeared very unkept and unprofessional, her clothing appeared dirty and stained, hair was a mess and she was wearing these long fake nails which would seem to be a sanitation issue to me. Her behavior and appearance isnt what one would think a store manager would have. I have came in this store many times and she has been on her personal phone talking about personal business while taking care of customers and I have also witnessed her speaking poorly about other employees to customers. I am afraid that I am no longer going to do business with this company since this is what this corporation chooses to have run their store.

3 stars because gas is always the best price. i use to go here every morning but there are somedays i just cant, the blonde woman who works in the a.m always wears too much perfume and i cant breathe i have never felt so suffocated in my life. This is the only issue i have experienced here

The drinks are always sticky n warm, staff seems like they care more about being on cell phones with personal calls then working

Cashiers here are experienced and very friendly and helpfull!! Very great enviorment my only complaint is, i did not catch her name, but the blonde woman who works in the morning some days she seemed distracted and kinda came off rude

I love the gas station always best price for gas, but i dont really care for the store manager, bridgett i beleive her name is. i feel like she could do a better job running the store i go here often but she has kinda lost my buisness will not go here if i notice she is working

Went here yesterday and Bridgett, the Store Manager her nametag said... denied me service because she said im black and that she will not serve a black man i am very angry and im going to see that she is fired that is racist!

If the price.of gas goes up during the day, thy keep the prices the same until the next day.
