Worst gas station. Won’t take American currency. Management is a joke. DO NOT USE

Today i experienced incredible act of Kindness from two lovley ladies that tried so hard to assist me in using my Google pay as i was in a bind due to my wallet missing. After doing all they could, i kindly thanked them for all their help and apologized for the confusion in trying to help me. When Carolyn told me to hang on one second while she tried hers as she has used it successfully in the past and without hesitation she tricked me and ended up paying for my purchase without giving me an option and all she asked in return was to pay it forward 😇 i was speechless, in such a time of need as so i was just in awe. Those ladies you have are pretty special employees & I can only pray it comes back around to them tenfold

Why did I walk in there and see three people not wearing a mask?

Cashier just decided to make the pumps prepay because shes worried someones going to drive off. So either put up signs or straighten out your employee. I dont need snotty attitude because shes making the rules up as she goes

If I could give this disgusting trash heap and its owners zero stars, I would. I would also like to know which manager thought it was a good idea to put a sign in the window requiring Service Dog owners to bring their paperwork in with their service dog. Not sure if the special, special little people that run this store are aware, but that is not only discrimination but also extremely illegal. There are TWO questions a business owner or cashier is LEGALLY allowed to ask. Paperwork is not one of them. I honestly cant believe Shell condones this sort of behavior, and encourage people to never spend their money somewhere that treats its disabled customers in that way. Awful place staffed by awful people. Condoning discrimination isnt cute, Shell, and if the sign goes back up expect calls from ADA lawyers. Gross.

Place sucks I paid for gas on credit with my card I went outside took the nozzle and put in in my car the button accidentally hit Diesel fual so I had to put the nozzle back into the holder because I had to start over and push regular but because I restarted it my prepaid card I onlyhad my twelve dollars I was going to put in my gas, The machine wouldn’t let me put in my gas so I went inside they said that because I hung the nozzle up the transaction got Meaning that because it was Fourth of July my card wasn’t gonna have the $12 on it until tomorrow so even though I was in there and I prepared an approved my $12 it wouldn’t let me pre-pay my gas pump it anyways I was so upset I left try am Meaning that becaus it was Fourth of July my card wasn’t gonna have the $12 on it until tomorrow so even though I was in there and I prepared an approved my $12 it wouldn’t let me pre-pay my gas pump it anyways I was so upset I left try crying A gentleman right next to my gas tank reached out to me and said yes my wife was in here a couple days ago and a similar thing that happened to her she wasn’t able to use her card or pay for her groceries or anything stop to do with pre-paying her gas just like me with the credit card them people that work there they need to figure out a better way I’m doing this have a manager there that knows what she’s doing my experience in the store today there are three people behind the desk and they’re talking about a workers wallet they were so low and talking amongst the three and maybe a Customer was involved a little bit but it was very very very loud and egg nationals you could not think in there if you were working in there them people were way flighty sorry for saying that I’m sure they are good people just I get a little upset when I’m dealing with my money such a bummer I get no apologies nothing from the lake I do believe one of them was a manager still no apologies for anything that happened Very unsatisfied and

Very overpriced and you have to pay for air but I guess you have to do that everywhere so thats not really fair to grade it down for that. I would go here only in an emergency. If I needed gas I would drive a little farther out of town and get it at Walmart or preferably Meijer where I get $0.10 off per gallon with mPerks.
