Be careful of their delivery and return policies. My wife bought a refrigerator and had it delivered. Because of the double depth door on the model she liked the fridge door wouldnt open in our kitchen. They set it up anyways and did not test it before leaving or they would have realized the door did not open. They would not allow a return or exchange for another unit even on the same day as delivery. Only option provided to us was to return it for a 50% refund same day unused. It was the correct size for the kitchen, the door design just needed more clearance than other models. We purchased a better refrigerator at Lowes.

Nothing but attitude from the bearded jerk in the back ..no manners or respect for the customer. I will not be back for anything in the future.

I would never purchase from them again. I originally purchased a $1600 new stove from them. When it was installed the stove did not work. I had the call the manufacturer to get the brand new stove serviced and was without a oven for 3 months. The service man told me it was not a new stove and someone had already taken it apart. I bought the extended warranty. That stove was finally replace after 3 years of issues. The replacement stove from appliance factory was supposed to be new. We got that installed and it also did not work. The manufacturer service person came out to fix it and again told me the board was installed backwards and it had already been taken apart with missing screws.

Jay worked really hard to help me get the appliances I needed to finish a kitchen remodel. With factories flooded, or production and shipments slowed, it was nice knowing they were looking out for my order. Im really happy with the end result, and the transaction with Appliance Factory, including the delivery, made it work!

I spent just over 11,000 dollars after taxes on appliances for two housesOne of the gas range stoves was missing parts. I went in to see if I could get the parts so that the range could be useful. I was told that I would have to wait three days before I could talk to someone that could help me AKA the salesman that I worked with. Salespeople there must work on commission and I wasn’t worth the time for figuring out a few parts

We bought a dryer and of course had to buy the vent kit, because why would they come with all the parts they need? The kit was $25 dollars and consisted of 2 two-dollar hose clamps and an 8 foot hose that tears if you look at it wrong. I could have made a better product with a box of aluminum foil. The hose is junk and is getting thrown away; as it would cost me more in gas to return it than to buy a new, cheaper one somewhere else. Maybe someday I’ll get to use my new dryer and hope it works better than the hose I shouldn’t have paid more than $3 for.

Mr. Jay was Mar-va-lous at hookin us up with the coolest washer and dryer EVERR! Maytag Commercial Technology guys...its the best setup Ive ever seen. We had to wait a smidge due to covid but they were well worth the wait and money. Mr. Jay made sure we got installed correctly and everything. Anything you want, they can get guys. If its not sitting there in the shop right now, they can order it. Honestly~ give this place a call first.

I decided it had been over a year, and I would give the company A second chance..... went to go buy a new fridge that had a green and white sticker that says “in stock, take me home today, checked on 9/21” which is apparently a LIE! I went in to purchase the fridge today (9-24-21), as I went window shopping the other day to scout out the fridge I wanted, and I was told that I have to wait till Wednesday.... even though it says, “take me home today”.... and instead of getting personally shown the possible refrigerators that I could take home TODAY, I was told what the tags look like on them, and told the general area of their locations.... scattered through the store of course..... I politely called to speak with the manager to get a better understanding of the lying sticker situation, and try to find a resolution, but I have yet to hear back from him.... I guess he is still busy with the same customer ..... over an hour of one on one service with the manager for someone, or I don’t know what..... juts very disappointed, and really in need of a fridge that I have been without since JUNE!....I do not recommend purchasing from them..... my mom bought ALL new household appliances for her new home we remodeled. Once she got everything hooked up, the gas dryer would not work right. It wasn’t lighting and releasing gas into the house! After jumping thru all their hoops because the appliance is under warranty, we found out it’s a brand new gas dryer with a bad gas valve......they refuse to allow my mom to exchange the dryer for a electrics (paying whatever difference in price of course) but they refused!! Instead, they are forcing her to go without a dryer for more than 3 WEEKS! Because the part to repair it won’t be in until then... horrible, horrible horrible! Customer service is NOT on their to-do list, just sales and $$$$..... so disappointed....

Don took the time to speak with me over the phone, give me very specific/accurate details on the purchase I was considering and made the whole process incredibly easy to do long distance. (KitchenAid price was outstanding...) Very knowledgeable. I was expecting the used car sales routine in your store. I couldnt have been more wrong!!! My wife and I were given all the time and space we needed to look around. When we were ready, the staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. They offered a lot of great advice and had some suggestions that I had not even considered. I have since suggested to everyone that needs an appliance to go here. After the sale, we did find our fridge for a bit cheaper. This time I was sure they were going to let me down. Again, I was pleasantly surprised. After showing them the legitimate ad in the paper, they almost tripped over themselves to get me the price match credit that they advertise. Theyre delivery and installation staff was professional and extremely cautious when carrying these large items through the house. They are always getting me the best deal in town on the appliances that Im looking for, even if its not on their floor they are very quick about getting it shipped in for me. The delivery team is always professional and respectful of my house when they are delivering and installing my appliances. A+++ Customer Service! A+++ Buying experience.

Very friendly but they need to complete training on their systems, communication and follow through. Ive ordered 3 items here and 2 of them had issues. I ordered a hood that I specifically stated was on quick turnaround but I could wait 2 weeks. When I CALLED 2 weeks later to see where it was, they stated it was drawn up in the system but the order was never placed. We had to go elsewhere to get the hood. The 2nd item was a dishwasher that I ordered. After 2 weeks I CALLED to find out where it was and they said that they couldnt get the part number we ordered and had to get a different model. We ordered the lesser model. After 2 weeks I CALLED to see where it was and somehow it kept missing a shuttle. 2 more weeks later, many I CALLED and now some weather and my dishwasher finally showed up and we scheduled a delivery the next day. They have all my delivery notes but then failed to put it on the delivery schedule the next day and after talking to the store manager, the salesperson is denying we had the call 2 days prior. Weve had calls almost daily for the last 2 weeks and an entire conversation about the delivery with detailed notes in the system, but denies a delivery discussion. But thats not all, when I talked to the store manager who went back to validate the dishwasher was in the store, ITS NOT EVEN THE RIGHT DISHWASHER THAT SHOWED UP. 6 weeks later, Im still awaiting the dishwasher. Nice people but super inexperienced.*****UPDATED*****After I worked with the store manager, I was able to get the correct dishwasher within 2 days and a credit of $100. Thanks!

Bought a stove for my mom’s birthday and it was one of the easiest purchases in the store for us. After the purchase, it’s been nothing but a nightmare. It was supposed to be delivered a week later and here we are, a month later, and still no stove. They have “lost” the stove in the warehouse multiple times and keep giving different excuses as to why it still hasn’t been delivered. They said they would take off the delivery fee if we wrote a good review while purchasing and I did but I don’t feel right leaving the good review after the stress we’ve been though.

Our business requires that we purchase a lot of appliances and everything was fine until we hit a lemon last year with a dryer. We started having issues immediately with it not working. Though we purchased it in store, and they installed it- when there was a problem we were told to talk with someone else ( whirlpool warranty) this is literally the opposite of customer service. We’ve had whirlpool warranty out four times, with many shenanigans and it’s currently not working.At the end of the day Appliance Warehouse doesn’t take responsibility for what they sell.When there are new faces every time you visit a store, you know that the store and their policies are awful and it is managed poorly.I needed another washer/dryer set to buy today but how can I buy from them when they refuse to take care of the people in their community.Update* Lowe’s and Home Depot are a very low standard to measure yourself against.

Brittany was extremely helpful in helping find a replacement for our front load washer. I wanted to go back to a top load washer and she explained which one would best suit my needs. Also took the time to explain all the features of the top load. Only interested in buying the washer at first. But soon decided to buy the dryer too. We purchased our full kitchen package from her as well. Again, very knowledgeable with the product she sells. Beings all of our appliances are new, we shouldnt need anything anytime soon. But if we do, we will be sure to go back to her and also recommend her to friends and family .

I originally placed an order with (Park City) Home Depot, but then learned of Appliance Factory in Grand Junction. We canceled the HD order, then worked with Jesse (store manager) on the purchase. Its rare for me to find such a fantastic business, but the team at at Appliance Factory, from Sales to Delivery / Installation, are truly world class. There was no pressure to buy, just pleasant support. And the two guys who delivered and installed our appliances were very personal and professional. We love our new kitchen appliances. We dreaded shopping for a new washer and dryer but Appliance Factory Outlet made it easy to decide what we wanted. Everything from sales to delivery, they were on the ball! He moved refrigerators to the wall to plug them in so we could see the lighting and the overall look of the refrigerator standing alone, to better get an idea of what it looked like. He spent a great deal of time with us as I could not decide. We did not realize that the store had closed and he stayed past closing, we did not feel pressured to leave because his shift was over. He spent almost 1 hour past closing to let us decide. Our experience was a enjoyable one, he made us laugh we felt we received outstanding customer service and would recommend Appliance Factory in Grand Junction to anyone who is looking to make any appliance purchase. Oh, and the price was outstanding. We got a great deal on a very nice refrigerator.

We went looking for washer and dryer, and found the best selection, price and service here. Ask fo Sam, he is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. No big sales pitch, just friendly business. We also got a great deal on a scratch and dent dryer, still has full manufacturer warranty!

My wife and I went into the store looking for a new dishwasher. We spoke with Art and he was very helpful with narrowing down exactly what we wanted! Every dishwasher we considered, Art answered questions for us and found the going prices from local stores to compare! Art was very knowledgeable with the details of each brand and answered all the questions we had! We liked that he was not pushing us to buy.. and, with his help we were able to narrow down exactly what we wanted, that was within our budget! We let him know we needed some time to talk and make a decision. He walked us to the door and we left. I came in about noon the next day and bought the selected dishwasher, a very nice KitchenAid, with all the bells & whistles ! We decided to get the additional warranty coverage and the no interest for 6 months financing that Art told us about, for which we received the paperwork to get a $50 gift card! We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend this store to others!

After checking several other businesses in town, we went to Appliance Factory and were impressed with the knowledge and help.
