Ordered a Dacor range as New online. Was told by shipping company not to uncrate until ready to install to protect, shipping crate was completely unmarked- looked fine. Finished home remodel and uncrated Dacor for install, very damaged. Sent an email with pictures to the company, would not resolve since did not inspect upon arrival. If you order- OPEN EVERY BOX and inspect thoruoughly to ensure there is no damage and return immediately.

These folks are amazing. I bought a slightly discounted but NIB refrigerator trim kit from them on eBay for a kitchen renovation but didnt end up needing it for several months. When I finally opened the package, I found that the item was severely damaged and unusable (the metal was bent significantly). I contacted the company in the off chance they had a replacement in stock and/or decent customer service. While they didnt have a replacement, they DID offer me a full refund to my original payment method. I was so impressed with their customer service - it was personal and attentive, and its so refreshing to find a company that actually stands by the items they sell. I would buy from Interstate again based solely on this customer service they provided. Thank you!

Ive shopped at Interstate Appliance for years. The wide and varied selection available here is almost unbeatable. I love the fact that you can save thirty to sixty percent and pay no sale tax outside Colorado. The sales people are also incredibly well informed on their products and actually help you pick out the best products for you, not try to just push sales.

OMG !!! I have ALWAYS got my appliances from Sears BUT NOT ANYMORE... I had a knowledgeable and kind man named Joe K that sold me my new washer/dryer combo . He even told to make sure to check the dryer outlet for the correct dryer cord, etc...- it was the little helpful tips that I wasnt even thinking about ( going through a stressful move) that made the purchase simple. The company even price matches with no hassles. Then comes the delivery... WOW again. I believe the delivery mans name is Israel and what a great job he did. He called and delivered when he said-not the waiting game like the other appliance store.
