Cute local place serving hot donuts and fresh coffee. The children approve of the donuts and the adults of the coffee! With a Starbucks right next door, Im unsure how well they do but the staff was hardworking, attentive and the place was clean. It also seemed to be a gathering place for several elderly groups on this Monday morning which gave it an odd nurturing ambience and character. Support quirky, local businesses that work hard for your dollar and give it a shot!

I ordered donuts for my twins to share in their class. My order was perfectly made, ready right on time, and individually wrapped just as I needed. My twins were delighted to share with their classmates. They tasted great! I would highly recommend this shop. Thank you so much for making my twins birthday extra special.

The staff is really awesome even though we literally pick each donut we get specially, even down to details as small as what sprinkles are on each one. We go get 1 dozen 1 day every week as our donut day and my kids and I are very picky. It is great that they have a card they punch every time you get a dozen and after so many punches you get a free donzen. The staff are always polite, energetic, and patient every time. There is a good size space for you to go sit and enjoy your food and coffee and there is always such a good selection of donuts to choose from. We like going every week and will continue going for a very long time.

So I think I reviewed the wrong store at first. There is a amazing southern women at the north Ave location, I have never had any place make my coffee perfect, she did it! Absolutely best coffee Ive ever had, and the donuts she picked the perfect assortment for my family!! They are always so sweet and thankful for our service. I saw some comments about how they run out there out for the day...coming from a restaurant that makes everything to order, some people dont seem to realize making 1 or 2 things for that 1 person takes so much product the amount of product loss would be more then your profit, some small local business dont have the extra thousands to throw away for that 1 guest. But they have plenty of delicious other options, maybe a good time to step out of your comfort zone and try something new. Could be a blessing in disguise. I appreciate all these local business that have stayed strong and are still there to serve me, my family and friends!!

Parking is a bit tight, and can get really busy and slow inside. But the donuts are amazing and well worth the wait!

Awesome. The older guy at the counter 2as so nice to us. The bathroom was spotless and the sitting area was very clean as well.The doughnuts themselves were outstanding, like gourmet almost. I would highly recommend it.Note to the owner: I apologize for my 2 year old smearing her hands and face on the glass counter.

Doughnut holes are always perfect. They are SO FAST in the drive thru, even with complex orders. The Chai tea is perfect

No one at the counter for at least 5 minutes, just to be told they were out of donuts...at 10:55 am Saturday.This was our first time here and it sucked.Really disappointing to travel 15 mins to the store for nothing.Oh! And while we were inside the building, someone from the back of the store put an out of donuts sign in the drive-thru... Wtheck? Nothing out front. 🤬

Best service and best donut shop in Colorado. Open very early, 5am, closes at 1pm so haul butt. Cha Cha gives it an annoyed look, but loves the peanut sprinkles.

This is the best place for donuts in grand junction... donuts are fresh, amazing and done right.... the only disappointment is the lack of a true chocolate covered old fashioned (happens be be my favorite fat pill).... the closest you can get is a chocolate drizzle.... none the less.... still has the donuts and the variety that are top notch.

Bright and clean inside, coffee is decent. Good selection of donuts. Looks like a lot of folks come to sit and enjoy their breakfast inside. Open on Sunday morning. They also have a drive through.

The first time I went to this place I ordered six large donuts and they stuffed them into a small bag. By the time I got home they were ruined. I do think a box would have been nice.

This location has gone downhill fast. If you show up at 8:30 expect very little selection and it just does not taste fresh. The one in Orchard Mesa blows away this location, you can tell the owners at the OM one just care more about their product.

Every Friday Im there with a co-worker before work. They remember what we like. The owners are nice and donuts are always perfect...

So I decided to buy coffee from this place as it is right behind my house. I usually buy coffee from starbucks which is right beside this place actually. So I bought a 20oz Black and white mocha with an extra shot( yes I know that means 4 shots ). I also bought a caramel Macchiato . Both drinks were amazing. And It was very nice to finally get a mocha where they didnt burn the milk!!!!! Top Marks for Daylight Donuts!!!!! There is no competition when it comes to their donuts.

Thank you to the people who are working today 4/16/20. I came in very upset about a personal issue and was needing these perfect donuts to help feel better. I didn’t catch the names but I hope the manager will look into who was working and tell them how great they are. The gentleman that was mopping and the girl that told me I smelled like gas, probably saved my life as I was in a dark place. They were so nice to me and the girl that grabbed the donut holes told me “ we are here for you”. And was so nice. This really gave me hope in a bad time. Needless to say service is top notch. And the donuts are the best I’ve had. Thank you Grand Junction Daylight Donuts!

My daughters birthday is today. Clean, wonderful service. They give the birthday boy or girl a free donut with song and candle. So fun!

The only thing wrong with them is that they havent built more stores! We order ahead & drive from Fruita, I would drive across the country for their donuts! The donuts are delicious & their Bavarian Cream filling is perfect! Love the owners & the staff! P.S. Everyone try a glazed donut with Bavarian Cream, without the chocolate stuff on top, Its out of this world!

Really nice local doughnut shop. Super friendly and very accommodating staff. They have a drive up service that is super convenient. Oh and the doughnuts are delicious!To access the drive through, you need to be going West on North Ave and turn into their parking lot just before the building.

Donuts were delicious and fresh. Came in around 6am and there was so much selection I was overwhelmed, in a good way. All three workers greeted me, all were happy with smiles on their faces. Two donuts were around $1.80, not bad at all! Wish they stayed open late like California donut shops do but hey, itll keep me from eating too many donuts. Will definitely be back when I feel like being an early bird.

Almost too many choices for an indecisive person like myself. The best apple fritters in town though. You actually get nice pieces of apple in each bite, and the apple flavor comes through.

Always fully stocked and ready to go by 5:00 in the morning. Always the nicest lady at the counter as well:) Although-on the flip side, went in around 9:30 AM-3.5 hours from close and they were down to less than half their selection. It may be the goal to sell out and not have extra but you would think if you are running out this early, need to make more!😁 The Orchard Mesa location definitely has a better selection later in the day. They seemed a bit more prepared for peoples wants.

The family that runs this outfit are incredible themselves not only to say the donuts are delectable easy to enjoy and inviting to the eyes the only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because they need a better coffee opportunity their regular coffee is fine but theyre expressos and lattes are something to be desired thats the only thing that would be holding this place back from being a five-star if you havent been there you need to go and try the bacon donut or even their sausage biscuit breakfast dogs

I thought I left a review for this place before, but I cant seem to find it, so making another. This place is great, yummy donuts. If I were to complain at all is they seem to run out of donuts kinda quickly and once they are out you are SOL hahaha. We went there a couple weeks ago and they literally had like 5 donuts remaining. My daughter, who is picky as all hell wouldnt eat any of what they had left, so the owner, gentleman there working took one of the plain cake donuts that was left int he back, heated up some chocolate and other stuff and came back with a stunning delicious looking chocolate sprinkled masterpiece just for her. Knowing that she wouldnt have eaten anything without him doing that, i super appreciate him and his kindness.
