I could not have been more pleased with my visit and hopefully getting to do business down the road when my divorce is over. They were wonderful! Especially the kindness and genuine caring the Dr showed when I shared how destitute my financial situation is. His kindness will never be forgotten! Well I arived 12 min early to do paperwork I can not commit on there work, as I was neverSeen . I sat there till 35 minutes past my apt timeNo one said a world to me .The provider as she was called, was still with her client b4 me..She came out and finished with the lady b4 me25 min past my apt time.At 35 min past my apt time I got up and walked out. The provider never once said anything to me.Nor did I receive a call from them after I walked out.This was my first and last visit there

I just got the 2400’s, and I can’t believe how amazing they are. I feel like I have brand new baby ears; I am hearing better than I have in twenty years or more. I have had hearing aids for over 10 years, but never have I heard this well. The very best part is that I can now hear what my grandchildren are saying to me. It’s priceless!! And all the extras are wonderful, as well. I can clearly hear telephone calls without an earbud! And there are still so many things that I haven’t tried yet. Thank you, thank you, Lisa and Advanced Hearing Solutions!! I am over the moon happy!! Oh, and I’m noticing new sounds that I didn’t even know were around me. Yippee!!

Advanced Hearing Solutions is a great place to get your hearing assessed and if you need hearing aids, they work with you to make sure that happens. They are lovely ladies and a joy to work with. I highly recommend them and their office.

My experience is a bit mixed. My last appointment I was early in arriving and was able to get right in. They took my hearing aid to be cleaned and then returned and cleaned my ears. This is always painful but necessary. I asked my questions and asked the Thrive Hearing Control program be reinstalled on my cellphone. They were not able to get it installed and stated that they were out of time and their next appointment was there. Thus I was without the program being installed and no suggestion on how to get it installed. I went to the Starkey website and they sent me an email with help. It took the tech there about 15 min to get the program reinstalled.The staff at Advanced Hearing Solutions is friendly but I felt a hurried during my 15 min appointment. I forgot to ask an important question about my units use. Also, they stated that the hearing aid had not been paid for yet?? I did not understand that statement for I had given them a check for several thousand dollars 4 months ago. So that statement remains unexplained.The staff is helpful and friendly when I can slow them down to my speed in asking questions.

.Scam scam scam!!!! They offer a free hearing exam just real you in like buying a timeshare. They have you watch a video and then they have a “team” member Skype with you who is a sales person trying to sell you a $8400 hearing aid!!! They try to tell you that you can get Dementia if your hearing isn’t perfect in both ears. RUN!!! I feel bad for elderly that go here because I am sure they fall for such nonsense...

Would not let me book an appointment for a hearing exam because I have an insurance they dont except. I asked 12 times of I can just pay out of pocket cause I need an exam and still would not let me make an appointment.
