Great service with no wait. I have been to this facility twice and both times helpful, courteous, and prompt service.

I have had to put a case in. It was over a week ago! I am thoroughly frustrated! Doesnt seem Im the only one either! This needs handled professionally!

Excellent customer service. Had a small issue with a package and Dawn and her coworker took care of me promptly. I rarely have to come in to this location but when I do I am always taking care of with kindness and a smile. Thank you :-)

I have used this center a couple of times. I have been pleased with the service and the efficiency of their process.

Couldnt find my package even though tracking said it was there, wasted trip. On top of things, the staff were unfriendly and made me feel like even though the package was there (somewhere) they didnt care.

IF I could give them 5,093,453,567, 596,695 stars I would! I was here from Chicago staying at the Gateway Resort for a Sales retreat I was planning November 17-21. In all my years I have never in my life experienced outstanding customer service like I did here! Saying they went above and beyond is an understatement! I was here organzing this meeting alone and there is no way I could have done it without the team here! Theres so much I could say but, I will not bore you with the details. Absolutely disgusting service. I had the displeasure to talk with a lady named Carol about them losing my package. To my surprise she refused to help me & told me the courier delivered the package to my house which was simply untrue as I was there all day. She made no effort to help me & was an absolutely disgusting customer service rep the entire time. Im lucky the man who they actually delivered it to way down the road was honorable enough to bring it to my house. Abysmal service. I will NEVER use FedEx for my purchases or ecommerce business ever again.

The employees are nice and put effort into solving any problems and making shipping easy. The only downside is during busy times, there is no parking! Very tiny lot.

I’ve had packages not even delivered and the website says it’s delivered. I have security cameras, so I can prove I’m not getting my packages. It’s a joke trying to reach customer service. Each time I get a hold of someone, they are cutting out and I can’t hear them! Horrible experience!

I live in an apartment building. Three separate occasions now the delivery driver from this center has failed to deliver when I am home waiting for them. When I call to see if I can come pick the package up I am told that only the shipper can adjust the delivery. FedEx has terrible terrible customer service and from my perspective are being lazy. Somehow UPS never fails to deliver to my door, but fedex can only leave a door tag on the outside door.Do yourself a favor and stop using Fedex

Fast shipping. Very thankful for the truck drivers that risk their lives on the road to get everyones packages to their destination on time.

No phone call to find my address, no communication whatsoever. they have to deliver to Moab i think from this one and i cant for the life of me wrap my head around the fact that if they cant find my address why they dont call the number i leave for any business that ships through Fedex. its on the shipping label aint it? why is it so hard to pick up a phone and be like hey i am having trouble finding where you live so i can successfully deliver this package ALSO DONT LEAVE PACKAGES IN A YARD WITH DOGS. HAD A DELIVERY ON SUNDAY 4/18/21, LEFT WITH 2 TEETHING PUPS AND MY PACKAGE WAS CHEWED UP WITHIN SECONDS.

I went here, put my package on the counter top and promptly got the cops called on me. I guess being a nudist is not OK at Fedex

Terrible service, slow deliveries, openly lie to customers! This location will say they made a delivery attempt when they didnt even put the package on a truck. Dont trust these lairs with your package!

Absolutely horrible service held my package for 4 days before sending it out i don’t know what that is about but when someone pays for shipping you get it to them not hold it for 4 days how pathetic of FedEx
