Careful, the clerks at this store charge what they want for sending a fax. I sent the same document (6 pages including cover page) 3 hours apart to the same area code (same building!) and was charged a different price each visit. When I mentioned it to the second clerk (one with the higher price) she disappeared into the back. When she came back her response was the the earlier clerk had charged the incorrect price, but offered no compensation for the difference.

Went in when they opened at 7:30am on a weekday. Already, there is a line. After waiting for a couple people, the person in front of me goes to the counter. The clerk announces to everyone that they’re opening a mailbox and this will take 15 minute. If it takes 15 minutes to help someone and everyone in line has to wait this long after already waiting, processes need to be changed. The one star is for the clerk being considerate enough to let everyone know about the wait so I could leave and not be wasting anymore of my time. Seriously—go anywhere else.

It was convenient and no hassle, the people who work there were very friendly people, and it was cheaper, and faster than if I did it myself.

I have been to this store many times and the service has been amazing. Brionna thank you for being so sweet and on top of things..I will continue to take my services to this store.

The here for an Amazon return drop off. It was a busy day, but the line went fast. Staff was very nice and professional.

On Oct. 27, I visited the UPS store on Patterson Road in Grand Junction, CO to send a large package across the country. The sales lady (her name is Jessie) noticed I was struggling with the transaction (it was an eBay sale through PayPal, the buyer kept adding more demands and kept trying to rush the transaction, etc.) and after discussing the situation with the sales clerk, she warned me about being aware of possible fraud. After checking the PayPal site about previous fraudulent sales, both the UPS clerk and I were openly uncomfortable about payment, the buyers repeated rush, etc. Because of other concerns, I eventually canceled the eBay sale. I appreciate the care and assistance UPS sales lady offered me, as well as her valuable time, and I sincerely believe she saved me a lot of money and trouble.. (In the end, I would have been in the hole for more than $1,000). I would hope all UPS Store customers receive the same excellent customer service. Sincerely, Dave Buchanan

Spoke with a worker named Brionna although she had a training sticker on acted incompetent and was more focused on flirting with co workers rather then helping me other then that the store was very clean and the young man who helped me after was very kind

I am not really sure what to say at this point. One star is one start to many. The past two times I have visited this location it was to return an Amazon purchase. Each visit, THE STORE, not amazon has charge me additional fees! Rest assured that I have returned lots of Amazon purchases with zero fees or issues at many UPS and Kohls locations. Todays they wanted $4 to print a label and the last week they charge me $17 for a box in order to make a return! My mind is truly blown. If this store is a franchise, the owners should be ashamed. If it is corporate, they need to revaluate managements interpretations of company policies. The store its self is a disorganized disaster. Like I said before, one star is one star too many.

They are always polite! This store can get busy but it doesnt take long for the line to move everytime I have been here. Last time I went to return my Amazon stuff. Usually Amazon gives you this little square box code that you can screen shot and they scan it in the UPS store. This time Amazon sent me a label I had to print and they printed it for me in the UPS store for free! I just had to email the label to them. So convenient! Ill keep going back to this location.

I recently had to have some forms notarized and I was absolutely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy extended. Also, the notary was only $5.00. Very affordable!

I rent a mailbox at this location, so I go here regularly. As far as that service is concerned, I can highly recommend it. They receive mail and packages for me (from all carriers) and hold on to it safely in the back of their store until Im ready to pick it up.For other services, you want to go here because the service is not disinterested or uncaring, which unnerves anybody trying to ship or receive something. Their counter service has always been well-mannered and speedy. Owner Therese minds her store, her employees, and her customers with courtesy and professionalism. Shipping prices have always seemed fair to me, what youd expect from a UPS retail location.They also have copy/print/fax/PC services and theyre centrally located at 12th & Patterson, southwest plaza. Its a good location to keep in mind when you have paper/post/parcel needs.

Very professional and helpful. I had to pull up an old tracking number from a shipment and they were able to find it with my phone number.

Drove over with two heavy boxes as they were closing at 6 pm. The courteous UPS employee (slender woman with long dark hair) was locking up and asked if I were going to their store. She took care of me, taped the heavier box better, and even asked if I had an AARP or other discount card. Shipping isnt cheap, period, but they were open and provided good service tonight and other times I have used them.

HORRIBLE. I live in Clifton Colorado and I know have had 3 packages delivered to my neighbors building. EVERYTIME I try and complain they do nothing. Luckily Amazon returns it. Today (#3) I saw the driver stop at the WRONG APARTMENT but got delivery updates so finally saw what has actually been happening.

If you need a simple print job done, say for a page or 2 or 3.. then DO NOT go here. Save your money and go to the library. They over charge! I paid $2 for ONE PAGE to be printed out when I would have only paid .15¢ at the local library! Rip off!

I think the people here are great. I stopped through in a hurry one day, and the staff was really good to me. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and thats rare these days.

Sent my son in and they charged him three dollars to print one sheet of paper. He did not even TOUCH their computer. Kind of a rip off!

Needed a Notary Public and was able to book an appointment for the next day. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful.

Its a busy location, but everyone is very friendly. I have a box there and they know me by name and face and always get my mail for me. I like having my Amazon Prime or any delivery sent here for secure delivery rather than sitting on my doorstep while Im at work.

Oh my goodness! I had two boxes shipped back to TN, and it cost $120.55 for normal ground UPS. I thought it was high and even said something to the lady who worked there. She just looked at me like it was not a big deal. I get home today and decided to check our UPS rates shipping the same 2 boxes back there. Our cost was $35.83!!!! Total Rip Off.

Horrible service they take my packages to local post office so they can do the delivery and that takes an extra 2 day never using this service again. Go fed ex!
