Mistaking this store for a place to get one gallon or so to paint a shed.It is a Commercial paint store.After 20 minutes of waiting it was clear that only commercial business was happening this morning.Two employees, one working with 3 customers and the othe visiting with some painters about jobs.I felt uncomfortable and left with ZERO contact. Not even a hello.But if I ever have a commercial job maybe Ill go back.7/13/2021 No primer available for purchase?What?Order it for $85.99 a gallon she said.What?

I first tried to match a paint color at another store and it was a failure. I took the same paint chip to Sherwin Willams and the clerk was able to get an exact match. Plus the first store made me buy a whole gallon instead of a quart. Thankfully Sherwin Williams allowed me to buy the quart size of the paint. No one needs a whole gallon for touch ups.

Sherwin Williams paint is very high quality, but you pricey.

After I sent a notification to Sherwin Williams about my experience they reached out immediately and apologized for the subpar experience and helped me get the supplies and knowledge I needed. Thank you to the SW team for helping me and turning a bad experience into a good one.*Previous Review*Didnt have a good experience. Staff seemed reluctant to help and I ended up leaving with the wrong supplies, I guess my fault, but I could have used some guidance. Smelled like cigarettes inside.

Wow! Taking advantage of a elber woman, and forcing her to spend a ton of extra money because you were too lazy to tint her original paint. No one should go here. They are only out to get your money. Then you call in to talk to them about it, and they just are too immature to deal with their mistakes all they can do is hang up. I am super disappointed that they are so selfish, and robbing our population. I am super upset, and angry that people in our community would do this to each other.
