After years of working with this company and being consistent on payments. They have disappointed me today. My washer and dryer is going to be picked up tomorrow because I am clearly struggling through the pandemic while transitioning back into work and as a pregnant healthcare professional it can be tough but I’m sure they wouldn’t know much about that given the fact they sell furniture all day. They showed up at my house and threatened my fiancé with legal action while I was at work and given the current events in our country it was a bit frustrating. It seemed as if he knew he was a black man and that would strike fear in his heart. When I called I was told about the several times I needed help like I was some charity case and that they could no longer help me which is cool. We all have a job to do but when it comes down to it I have been with them almost 5 years and paid off items with them and was treated like pure trash so I thought I would come and review it they were great until I needed help during a pandemic that I have been struggling through. Thank you Masters for everything you did you were great while I had money but since we are here it is totally fine I will be going to pick up my new washer and dryer tomorrow from Home Depot that my fiancé paid in full tonight. Thanks for pushing me to stop renting to own and just owning.

I Love this place!!! I have been purchasing things from these guys for quite some time now. These guys Rock!!! The current manager Mr. Jason he is The Bomb! Thank you Masters for having someone like him working for you. He is by far, one of the best managers youve had working there. Just like Dex and the other 2 before him... I strongly recommend this place!!! 😉
