They met me on a day they were closed when I agreed to purchase a 166 bottle wine cooler from them. Place looks a bit dicey but I have learned thats the best place to get great deals. SUPER friendly and very responsive when we texted. They sold the unit as a floor model in near new condition and it is better than near new..I got a great deal. I arrived, they arrived on time, unlocked the store, I paid and got a receipt with 30 day warranty from them. They helped me load up and even checked a few days later to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.GREAT customer service!!!!

I purchased a patio set for about half the price that the same set sold for at Lowe’s. The set is beautiful and in perfect condition. The communication and service was great. They were very accommodating and friendly. I will shop here again!

I got a great deal on Samsung French door refrigerator that was new in the box! I paid about $750 less than those for sale at Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. They even offer delivery, and it was delivered the same day, not 2-3 weeks later like the stores mentioned above. I was really very hesitant to visit this place, of course after seeing their online inventory and seeing the reviews I decided to go ....Well they say that one should not get carried away by bad comments, since I arrived, Linda greeted me very kindly and asked me what I could help, if I was looking for a special brand, capacity (I was looking for a refrigerator for my new home), I showed each and every one, detailing the capacity, the difference between one and the other ... he knows very well what he is talking about, he was fascinated with my purchase, initially he only came for the fridge, but thanks to his prices and the discount that gave me, buy also a beautiful stove ... I will definitely come back for my dishwasher and washer / dryer ...It is a scratch and dent shop ... if we are paying much lower price, we must be aware that it will not be perfect ..In my case, Linda treated me very nice and friendly..

The best deals on nice appliances in town. They will take care of you. My ice maker originally did not work. But tony came out several times to make sure it was working perfectly.

Refrigerator quit working after 2 weeks. Paid for a warranty so I had to take it back. They wouldnt come to my house and look at it. They couldnt figure out what was wrong with it, so they exchanged it. Another 2 weeks went by and that one quit working to. So I called them back and they agreed to come to my house and exchange it again. But turned out that was a lie because they never showed up. So I called again and they said they had a delivery scheduled for my area for somebody else and they would do it at the same time. Again, another lie, cause they never showed up. So I called again, and they claimed my warranty was expired. They stopped answering my phone calls, stopped me from leaving a message by rejecting my call and even answering and setting the receiver down. And how do I know this? When I tried to call from a different number they answered immediately. As soon as they found out who it was, they hung up. I had no way of taking it back to them so I called a repair guy. Repair guy opened the back and it was infested with roaches and wouldnt repair it till they were gone. So then we had to pay an exterminator to come out. So new4less turned into used4more. A brand new one from a reputable company with warranty would have saved me time and money. I will never go here again and I would not recommend them to anybody.

I have been buying appliances from New4Less Since 2012 for all our Real Estate Projects.Always going Above and Beyond to take care of our needs. Even after ours late at night they make sure appliances are installed and ready for next day showings etc. I have never had a problem with deliveries or performance of the appliances.Always a pleasure to do business here.

This store (NEW4LESS APPLIANCES) outperformed any other appliance store ive been to.the staff is very nice and they do everything they can to help you out,we came in looking for a microwave oven combination since ours went out a couple of days ago, they had the exact same model i was looking for, for HALF THE PRICE than what i saw at best buy.I was extremely happy with my purchase!!

I am happy with my experience with New4Less. The pricing for the washer was not low, but not a rip off either. The service pricing was low and the biggest benefit was convenience - this is worth a lot to me as I was very sick on the day of installation and needed the job to just get done. They showed up with very little notice, delivered the washer/dryer, did the install and removal of the old one. They also did not over charge when the job was more difficult then they anticipated. I have only given 4 stars because I do not think it is fair that if the wash/dryer dont work properly it is up to me to remove it and bring it in, as this would mean hiring someone to do this and losing even more money, plus the time it would take out of my day to deal with it.I will say that if the wash/dryer does not have any issues in the next year or two this was money well spent and deserving of 5 stars. I will update this with time.

The part owner (Aaron) is very rude and does not respect CASH paying customers. Watch out because there are hidden charges that you learn about at delivery. THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER PLACES THAT ARE BETTER THAN THIS ONE! We only went because a family member referred us.

Brought us a dryer with no lint screen - made us drive across town to pick it up - then the dryer failed on the first load.Be aware that they dont do repairs or returns, & they dont bring the power supply, so youd better have everything you need to test it before the delivery rep leaves.

I was looking for several parts in a stainless steel 3-door refrigerator, I went to several outlets (I will not say names not to burn them) and several stores in the area (where I only found very damaged and similar prices to the new ones without bumps) and Well, I found NEW4LESS on facebook in the Linda and wow ads ... I loved it since I arrived, super attentive to those I was looking for, I showed the inventory and explained the different capacities ... I gave my time to see, send photos with my husband and take the best decision ... (although every little while, I was wondering if I had any questions lol) anyway ... I left with my Samsung french door refrigerator, the same one I had seen in the outlet with dents by $1900, I bought it for $ 1300 and without any scratch or dent !!! thats why I promised to put my experience with them ... very satisfied with my purchase and I recommend them.Thanks Linda for your help!!!

My husband and I just started building our first home, and were on the market for large built-in appliances, we live in a small town just outside of waco so there is not many appliance stores to choose from.We found NEW4LESS on Craigslist and saw they had many 48 ovens and refrigerators available, We called the number listed, Tony Was very helpful and patient, he send us all the 48refrigerators and ovens they had in stock at that time along with all the specs we needed, They have a good selection of fairly new appliances and delivery options were more than adequate. we purchased a 48 built-in refrigerator and a 48 oven range for almost half the price of a retail store.

I was in looking for a new set of washer and dryer, and NEW4LESS came up on my facebook page i decided to go to the wharehouse, since is conveniently located close to my house, I was Surprised I found the exact set I was looking for A lot more affordable than I expected, Staff Was Very friendly explained all features of my washer and dryer and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this family owned business!!!

Buyer beware. I usually dont leave bad reviews but customers should be made aware to mentally prepare themselves if they decide to conduct business with this place. I have a strong feeling this happens here often and the owner knows exactly what hes doing. We bought a refrigerator here and were told its sold for 3000 dollars in store and is a brand new model. In fact it was a discontinued model that sells at Sears outlet for 40$ less than what we paid them. Sneaky tactics and I feel like they do this to people alot, they count on you NOT knowing everything there is to know and being up to date on most current models and prices.So do your home work.They will try to get you to pay very fast telling you someone will snatch the item up fast, but get the model numbers and do your research. Dont trust them on their word of the product

New4Less Appliances specializes in good quality functional appliances which are blemished in some way. We were looking for a difficult to find stainless steel Kitchenaid warming drawer which had an old style handle to match our existing appliances. They had it new in the box for a good price. When I arrived at the store they opened the box so I could inspect it and we were surprised because it was panel ready but didnt have the handle and stainless steel front panel in the box. They told me to wait while they bought a new panel and handle from Kitchenaid. Within an hour I had the drawer I was looking for, fully assembled, and brand new. They covered the extra expense for the new panel and handle and sold the drawer to me for the original price.

This will mostly save you on an expensive fridge or stove from the selection I saw. So great for that but not for basic level appliances.

Complaint has been filed with BBB and will be taking them to small claims court. I purchased a total of $4,871 worth of appliances from New 4 Less. Communicated via text with the sales person who assured me there were no visible scratches or dents. When I arrived to load the appliances, they were already wrapped up for transport so I was not able to see the damage until I arrived back home an hour and a half away. Once home we noticed that the microwave and oven both had scratches all over the doors. The dishwasher had been dropped and the interior stainless steel tub was completely dis-formed. So much so that the racks would not roll in and out. I immediately brought the damage to their attention and they assured me it had been tested and worked just fine. Even though there were zero indications that it had ever see a drop of water (the dishwasher) they maintained it was tested and would work fine. They had to spray black rubber sealant around the bottom the damage was so bad. So I insisted that they misled me and I wanted a refund. They proceeded to tell me that the terms of the sale clearly state no refunds. They offered in store credit but they dont have anything close to the item I bought which was a high end Jenn Air. After numbers back and forth conversations I was told they would try and locate a replacement for me and to NOT install or use the dishwasher that was damaged. So it sat in my garage...for 3 months. After periodically checking to see if they had found a replacement I finally was put in touch with the boss. He said he had another Jenn Air but it was a much nicer model and I would have to pay the difference. After being without a dishwasher that I had already paid $1,190 for over 3 months I was desperate and I agreed to pay an additional $433 for this model. I later found out that this model sold new for this same amount before it was discontinued, so the savings that I was getting for getting an open box was a complete lie. I was told, in writing that this was simply an open box and there was zero wrong with it. This time I was able to negotiate a partial delivery so I didnt have a 3 hour round trip. Again, I didnt undo all of the packaging at the point up the transfer because I had been assured, in writing, on the receipt that there were no visible scratches or dents and it was simply an open box buy that had been tested to ensure it worked. Once home we noticed that the front door was indeed damaged as was the handle. So we started the dance all over again. The back and forth continued for a few days until it became evident that the company was going to do nothing about their lies even though we had the guarantees in writing. At this point we entered into our travel season where we were out of the country twice 45 days and following our return I finally decide to just accept the fact it was damaged and install the unit. It was at that point that we discovered that in addition to the cosmetic damage the drying mechanism on the dishwasher did not work. I reached out to the company and was told, per the terms of the sale our warranty is 30 days. I sent another 3 or 4 messages to the boss to make sure that I was understanding them correctly and they would not be honoring any type of warranty even though I had all of the documentation of their lies and deception. After giving them all of the outs I could, I was forced to take my issues public. At this point, any option to repair (which I dont trust their repair department based on reviews I have read) or replace will not be acceptable. They will have to refund my entire purchase price and pick up the unit at their cost (Im not traveling 3 hours to return their defective item).

Sold and installed washer with a broken drain tube cap. Water flooded into my hallway and damaged my carpet and padding. Wouldnt do anything to compensate for the damage.

I like that they give you 30 day warranty but the appliances are kind high on the price.

Dont buy from them. The appliance that I purchased broke the same day. Owner did not honor the contract. I had a repair man come out. It turned out that the Serial # plate had been removed from the interior indicating that the appliance was sold illegally.

I wish that I could give 0 stars. I drove out to this place and arrived at 4:30PM on a Monday. Signs flashing in the window said, Open. There were cars in the parking lot (all with temporary tags on them). I called the number and left a message. I have received no return call. I am going to buy a gas range. I wanted to see what this place had. Unfortunately, I wasted my time driving an hour all together for this big LACK of simple customer service. Be open when you say you are going to be open. And why was the place lit up with Open signs in the window? I have tried to call since with no answer. I am not leaving another message. VERY disappointed.
