Be careful with the price, there are hidden fees: building the bike, handling, documentation and delivery. At first I rated them 3 stars, but after speaking with Shaun, he really delivered. The delivery driver communicated excellently, was patient and kind. Yes! I had to call many times, but they were very responsive. Shaun, Sam and the team...thank you delivering my bike and for the experience. Much appreciated. Love my ⛑️....

I would give them a no star rating, if I could. They are scammers and horrible at customer service. They are somewhat friendly to get you in the door to start a buying process. Once you sign for a purchase their true character shows. They will make promises but won’t honor them once it’s time for them to. Their service fees are outrageously high. One of the guys who works there told me, “I just work here, but I’d never buy the brands we sale”. What does that tell you?!?! RIGHT! Never again....

Bought my son a bike from here less than a year ago. I called for engine issues and was told they went out of business so they couldnt honor the engine warranty. Looking online now, shows that was a lie. Beware. They will sell a running bike but wont honor the warranty. Never again.

I wish I could go ZERO stars. Exactly one year ago I purchased a 150cc scooter and for the year we constantly has motor and charging issues. On 10/27/2020 I decided to junk the scooter and get a new one. I bought a new (0 miles on it) 150cc scooter. It has crapped out 4 different times in the 2 days. It has lost power in mid ride and died. With a jump start, it will turn over good but it still took 10 minutes for it to catch. I’ve had it. It’s not the battery because it turns over but will not start. I called DFW Scooter and they said they would fix it for $85.00 an hour labor. It only has 27 miles on it but that say “Not covered by warranty”. I am enacting the Texas Lemon Law and returning it tonight.Also, they advertise a scooter for $799 the charges up to $650 additional for tax($70),Title($250), assembly($150), Dealer prep(175). I watched them assemble a scooter in 25 minutes while I was waiting for my bike.

Cant give 0 stars so will have to give 1. Price quoted in store $899. Once we made our decision price in store is now $999. Online was $999 + tax. Total walk out the door was a little over $1500. They charge $299 for mechanic inspection, battery, oil. After reading online it says that the assembly etc needs to be passed on to customer but it was not clear that it was an additional charge. If I checked out online there wasnt a $299 fee. Sketchy!

Bought a falcon 250cc from this company less the a week ago we are at about 300 miles and already having engin problems. Be sides that they forgot to put key safety features on the bike and never did.Will give them an option to fix it in or outside of court.

They advertise their prices very wrong. I asked them about their posts on Facebook and now that same exact atv is double its price. When I asked why they price something online wrong but then when you walk in they price it up way too much, they say they just run out of those and they only have the ones that cost double. What a waste of time. The worst place! Don’t waste your time and money with these people.

This place is NOT honest and I will NEVER do business with them again. They list one price and tell you another. After putting a deposit down for a bike that NEVER came in they were actually trying to keep my money. I can’t think of a more dishonest way to do business! They actually tried to tell me that my deposit was Non-refundable. I guess they thought they were going to force me to do business with them, wrong again!!! Long story short .... through MUCH red tape I FINALLY got my FULL REFUND which took about 2 months. Very disappointing experience, so glad it’s over. SCAM ARTISTS. SHOULD BE ILLEGAL EHAT THEY DO.They patched stator cables with MASKING TAPE. Left screws OUT.Someone call the cops on them because this is horrible what they did to me. Greedy people who just want your money and lie left and right.Gave me an estimate of 85 to fix something charged me double when work was done. This was after trying to take my moped home after their initial estimate of 430$ I might as well have bought a new moped for that price.Mechanic left some screws out in seat trunk after replacing some?Don’t bother going here for anything but a tuneup, even then I’d be wary because i got my tune up here a couple months ago and they told me only the coil should be replaced and this happened.No warranty or guarantee on their work either.Update:The business called me after hours asking me about this review and told me they didn’t understand why I left a bad review and why I wasn’t satisfied . I feel I have stated my reasons as to why.Update:I just found out they patched my stator cables with masking tape...this should be illegal.

I put a deposit down on a atv, I came back to pay off the balance they tried to increase the amount due to it being close to the holidays. I had proof of receipt that showed what I owed, and they didn’t honor their prices that they came up with. They were really snobby, and rude I wouldn’t recommend them to my dog.If I could give 0 stars I would. I forgot to mention how dirty and unorganized the building is.They had me waiting around for over an hour for my refund. This is by far the worst experience I’ve experienced.

I’m extremely irritated due to the fact that they don’t check their own products before selling it, it’s very disappointing. The atvs look nice and everything but I’d make them check it and tell you if something is wrong with it before swiping your card, cause this was extremely inconvenient. We had to get a “repair” because the bolts that hold the cargo base were stripped. And since the guy had “no time” to fix it we had to go down the street to get it fixed. I would’ve loved to have known that before purchasing. And not to even start on their customer service, to be honest I’d take my money else where.

Called and inquired about parts and I got We might have that, I dont know. So I asked to clarify if I need to call back or go by he responds with You can. Like what?

Not a very good experience. I try to give any business the benefit of doubt. When we initially went to purchase a 4 wheeler we notice return customs complaining about the service and problems with the equipment they purchased. Unbenounce to me I became one of those. Purchased a 4 wheeler with no back brakes installed. Had to return it. Later we found screws on the front wheels was loose, some missing and the mounting bolts had rimmed out the hole. Nobody there seems to have a clue. Continuing to blame the parts manager who is never there. They never call back as they promised they would. I have to drive an 90 minutes each way to try to get answers. The sale was good but the service sucks big time. We are purchasing another but it wont be from there. Im wondering how they stay in business.

They are $150 higher than Dallas power sports I normally go to Dallas Power sport but they dont have what I wanted this time. DFW scooter tells you one price then at cash out its a another price . They wont throw anything in or make a deal if you want more than 1 and I caught them trying to weld the exhaust on one of mine so I raised hell until they put a new exhaust on very poor customer service

They are quick to get you in and finance you and let you leave with something but the service is bad. If your bike ever needs service youd be better off taking it somewhere else.

Beware whatever price they give on any item they are going to raise it by $200 and they are going to tell you they sold out of free helmets and try to make you buy one. Very shady, its literally been like that for every customer.

My experience with them was horrible in the beginning but, they very quickly turned that around. I put a payment down to hold a particular Go-kart in a certain color and was told to call the day before I was ready to pick it up. I called a couple of days before and they assured me that it was ready for pickup. I even called the morning of and was told the same thing. I get there to pick it up and they tried to sell me on several other colors not even mentioning the color I wanted anymore. All of a sudden, there was an issue with that one. After about an hour of back and forth, they assembled a brand new one and replaced the plastics to make it the same color I originally wanted and threw in extended warranty for the inconvenience. Ive referred several others to them since then and will do business with them again.

We kinda had a few issues during our visit but they worked it out and the kids left happy

I would not advise purchasing from DFW Scooters & ATVs. There’s more than enough reviews that agree their customer service is horrible and while they advertise lower prices online, you will admittedly pay double the price when it’s written up. First 30 miles bike was in service 3 weeks out of the first 4 weeks of purchase. Managers are condescending, rude and no one remembers what they said from one day to the next so get everything in writing. Only concerned about the next sell and up selling you on a two year warranty when they can’t even honor the one year.

This place was pushy...my wife and I went to get a go kart for the kids. Didnt get a good deal. They say free helmet and gloves but we didnt get either of those. Also expect to load whatever you buy..by your self. Good luck with this place.

I bought a scooter with them and it has seriously improved my life, because its gotten me mobile and able to go where i want and its been very reliable. The service was really great and the people that worked there seemed to actually want to help get me the right scooter to fit my needs. I actually plan on going back for some regular maintenance and possibly get a new modification done so i can charge my phone while i ride. Thank yall so much i love my scooter.

I wouldnt recommend these people to fix a skateboard.. I paid 750 to have a trike fixed a month ago and I had to take it back twice. The 2nd time it cut off on me at a stoplight 3 minutes after leaving their shop I only made it about 4 blocks and it just quit on me and I called them to let them know what happened and the lady told me to push it back to their shop which was 4 blocks away mostly uphill and my trike weighs like 400 lbs. I just got it back 2 days ago for the 2nd time and its still doing the same thing but I refuse to take it back to them again. I wasted $750 and my time with these guys. I wouldnt recommend these people for anything so do yourself a favor and keep looking. Make sure you read the reviews before going to any place...I wish I would have before I went here I could have saved some time and money....

I have a friend who purchased an Ice Bear from these crooks put down $1200 which now theres no record of the down payment. Not even 300 miles and not running period. These guys need to be stopped as theyve gotten away with ripping many many people off. Its time for a class action lawsuit which thats where I come in. Never buy here my daughters 4 wheeler lasted 2 days brand new. I took it up there and they gave me problems and do not want to fix it. Tried to charge me 85 an hour. Lasted two days and the back wheel fell off, took it back up there and now after a month of them going back and forth with me, Sean finally ordered the parts to fix it. Bike only had 75 miles on it, rode it last night for the first time since I picked it up Thursday evening and the Sprocket bolts fell out while riding and lost the chain. Adam promised us a great deal on a Four wheeler and so I drove 2hrs to come and pick it up and at the last minute when I was in their office about to make the purchase he couldn’t respect the price he had given me. Was talking to Sean Braids about a scooter I was interested in purchasing and he responded and told me the final price. I asked for more pics so that I could make sure that was the one I wanted, and he said sure he would send more pics as soon as he got to work, then never heard back from him. I sent another message the following day to remind him that I never received the pics and 24 hours later, no response. I live 4.5 hours away, so wanted to make sure it was worth the drive, but to not follow through with what you said you would do and then just ignore my messages is just bad business. Makes me wonder if you would get the same treatment when you needing help or work on your purchase with the warranty.

Over the last couple years we have bought 5 four wheelers, 2 motorcycles, and a side by side. The service is outstanding! Very helpful! We will be taking in the side by side for repair soon. The lights quit working (no big deal) I would highly recommend this place!

They didnt have gloves and the scooters have a very small amount of gas in them. You have to be 14 or older to drive.

$1,000 go kart starting falling apart within a few days. my son has only drove it twice before we had to take it in for repairs because it would not start, payed 800$ for repairs and it broke down again after 1 ride.

Couldnt ask for a better experience. Went in to buy my son his first dirt bike. They were very knowledgable and helpful in picking the right bike for him, the 110cc. We took it home and had a lot of fun on the bike. Then the brakes locked up. Gave them a call and they immediately said bring it in and we will take care of it, no problem! I let them know I wouldnt be able to come for a week and they still were willing to fix it. I brought it in and right away they found the problem and were willing to fix it at no extra charge. I tried to buy a hawk 250 from them and kept getting the run-around. I had cash in hand. I called and they told me theyre be open at 10, so I got thrtr at 10:25 and there was nobody there. I Bought an apollo pit bike for myself a couple of weeks ago from this location, had a good, fast, easy experience. They paper work was smooth. Havent had any issues with it thus far and absolutely love riding it.

They are accommodating and courteous. Sam was extremely helpful with helping me find the right bike that suits my needs and purpose. I had a bit of a problem with my fender and side panel and they assisted me with no issues or BS. I dont understand the one stars and feel bad for their negative experience but I do not feel that way about this business I would recommend you see for yourself then go from there, as for me I am a satisfied customer and will continue to do business this this company.

Sean in service is excellent! I highly recommend him when thinking about purchasing your atv or go kart. I bought an MB 200 mini bike from here the day before Christmas. Since I bought it, the carburator was bad and the bike did not run right. I took it back to them 2 weeks later and they replaced the carburator under warranty. I was not charged a dime. Im am very happy with the service I received and would definately buy from them again. Thank you.

I called and was told out the door prices for what i wanted. Went to go get it, they did not have it brand new like i was told. Did not have the color i wanted. They were trying to charge and extra $450 from what i was told on the phone even though they did not have anything that i wanted. I ended up at their sister shop buying a used bike (color i did not want) that was defective and because i didnt pay the the surprise $450 they voided my warranty and sold it to me as is. I will not be returning.

Expensive financing doubling the price, not worth it for a chinesse product

They got me a off road vehicle fast with a warranty. They gave me a better price than I could find online. They assembled it in front of me and it still works great. My next buy from them will be a hoverboard. Highly recommended.
