I once bought a 110cc go kart from here by the time I got home it didn’t turn on we had a guy come over to make it turn on and it did it only worked for about a week and it messed up again !I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE IF YOU GO HERE YOURE JUST ASKING TO GET SCAMED !

I would give a minus zillion if I could!! The WORSTand BIGGEST RIP OFF! I bought a spider and a falcon rode both one time and they both are messed up. Bought 2 year warranties and had to have my bike towed. They didnt repair nor replace. It came with NO RADIATOR CAP and battery acid is covering the ground after parking it. I paid out of pocket over 11,000 and payments for the remainder I was offered $200 to take them back. I am suing. They want me to pay over 6,500 more and neither work Im getting a lawyer

I bought one of the 200cc golf carts and it is so loud that you cannot have a conversation while driving it. I have added an additional muffler and still only have 55 miles on it after a year.

I bought this bike on September, and I’ve used it around 3 times and ever since I got it it has had issue after issue, and now the bike won’t run and if it does it’ll stop at any stop light or stop sign and won’t turn back on, I have changed the battery already. So my overall experience so far has been bad. I’ll update if anything happens (New update) So I called and long story short told me to take it which is fine (I guess since it’s a new bike shouldn’t have any issues) but that’s not the point of the story, the new update was that after posting this review they called me to take it down, I suggest to everyone to not make a purchase here, save some money and get yourself something from someone else just not this place. That’s what reviews are meant for to give feedback to others so they decide whether to go for it or not.

I bought a four wheeler and the first 25 mins the muffler fell off and the same day the chain keep coming off and the next day the tire fell off so we put it back on and WILE!!! i was riding the transmission stoped working and i was far from my house and i had to no reverse all the way back home

Do not buy anything from here. These guys are a rip off. Spent $3,000 on go cart and it stopped working after 3 uses and they said I need to pay them $500 to fix it. It is supposed to have a 1 year warranty. They don’t give any instructions or good paper work and don’t even keep copies of the invoice they give you. Also try not to give you any invoice details.

Bought a dirt bike here before. Chinese made atvs, dirt bikes, scooter, go-kart, dual sports, and more. Pretty nice set up friendly people. Already sold the dirt bike I got from here but thinking about getting another. I broke the clutch handle on it and they fixed it for free also fixed my forks once which was in a type of warranty there bikes came with at the time had to bring it to a place down the street.

You would think it was a bit of a drive considering where I live but as it is I am looking to move to the area and could not help myself when I saw my next gift for my son. I went ahead and went for it and bought a 200cc trike from Pioneer Powersports. I cannot wait for him to use it and enjoy it, the specs checked out and it is a really nice bike. I will add I had exceptional service from Adam, I definitely recommend him if you are in store. He provided great service and parts support was not only a breeze but super friendly! Thank you Adam..

Bought a new 150cc powermax scooter from here about a month ago. This was to be my vehicle to get to school and work, so I bought something new so that it would be reliable. I have had nothing but problems. The high/low beam switch did not work from day one. The trunk fell off while I was on my way to class. The oil cap fell out and blew all the oil out of the engine. (I immediately killed the engine and was able to add more oil without issue and replace the cap). Today was what pushed me to write this review. The muffler fell off and the rear nut HOLDING THE REAR TIRE ON fell out! This went from a large annoyance to a major safety issue where I could have been killed because the thing is falling apart left and right.

Cheap stuff, after a few uses it’s no good. You be calling back to have them repaired

I recently went to Pioneer Powersports and I purchased a motorcycle. I had a great experience over here because the motorcycle that I bought my kids absolutely love it and enjoy riding in the backyard and they have the most fun time. I will definitely come back here to purchase another one for my other kid and I will definitely recommend these guys for their motorcycles. These people do not even deserve 1 star but I had to give them something! They will rip you off do not use them. They tell you they will finance your merchandise for a certain amount and then it tripled on you at the end of the term!!! Be aware buyers your better off going elsewhere. They are just trying to make a sale, BBB will also be hearing about these rip offs!

Beautiful scooters

I knew buying a cheap bike might not be the best experience, but not this bad. The owner / managers favorite saying is lets split the difference. They charge $199 for assembly and prep. My bike was delivered with zero miles and as soon as I took it around the block it ran out of gas. Obviously they never even tested it. The free helmet that comes with it is a joke. The warranty requires you bring the bike back to them for repairs and pay $85 per hour for any work. Jerry was the only positive. Seemed like a good guy.

After seeing the great price on Facebook marketplace for a 150cc Gokart. i call them and asked for availbilty.after call i reached at store 2470 W Pioneer Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX 75051, i see they have everything in stock. highly recommended. they beat any market online deals. Worst experience ever. They are liars! Spoke to “Harry” for almost a week getting details and prices and all of that. What he offered seemed to be a good deal. Drove 1.5 hours to get there only to find out “harry” wasn’t in. I showed the other guy all of the messages back and forth from harry and I stating the prices. They argued with me and told me they would not give me the price I was offered. Even had proof of it. Then when I tell them I would go elsewhere they didn’t seem to care. Went maybe a half mile down the road and got the same exact atv. Better and outstanding customer service and one hell of a better deal that you just can’t pass up. This place is a living nightmare and I would never recommend them or ever step foot back into their door!!! DO NOT waste your time here!

Only had one color, not the one i wanted. Absolutely no gas in the bike. The bike was having problems starting after getting gas across the street. I was told one price over the phone, but a bigger price in person. And missing the tool kit. Gave 2 stars because i made it home without it messing up on me.

Called the store from an add I had seen on line. 49 cc dirt bike helmet and gloves. Spoke with a sales rep about what I was looking for and what color, I was told we have all different colors. Drove an hour to the store to find out in fact the bike I called about was not available in stead of a automatic start four stroke it was a pull string start two stroke. The free helmet for kids was just a scull cap style helmet and they didn’t have the gloves. But for an additional 79 bucks I could upgrade the helmet. Don’t waste your time find a legit dealership to do business with.

Hello, we purchased a 150 cc go kart and there was no info other then read the little paper book they provide. I had to do my own research and YouTube things about this go kart. Before I purchased the unit service was ok. We paid cash because the if you finance it doubles plus extra on the price. The go kart it self after an hour of use needed to have some screws tighten up. Iam currently have an issue where the tire wobbles so it seems something bent but I will be doing my own repair since they told me the cost of repair would be $85 an hour. I was told everything would be covered under the warranty thats a lie. These go karts are not your name brand trail master or hammerhead. I strongly recommend to research on brand and also the place where your purchase your next atv go kart etc. With that being said iam ok with what I have but I will purchase my next unit somewhere else.

I Went to a namebrand dealership that sells Honda, Suzuki Yamaha’s, just to find out that my 10-year-olds dirtbike would cost almost $3000 until I discovered Pioneer Powersports who are selling a similar bike not a name brand but for a fraction of the price. I got my son his 70cc dirtbike everything out the door for less than 700 bucks compared to spending almost $3000 at a Yamaha dealership thank you Andy. I appreciate all your help and that free helmet was amazing.

I was passing by the scooter shop today and was just browsing through the shop. I was pretty impressed by the scooters they had and I even bought one. The scooter looks very good and they even gave me a free helmet. I used to ride my bicycle to work but now I can I have a scooter and I didnt even had to pay a lot. I would definitely recommend my friends to go over the shop if they need any scooters or bikes.

I was looking for a go kart for last few months, i was passing on pioneer street for my dentist appointment and saw this really nice store, went inside to see what they have, i felt like i was is my dreams when i walked in, had no idea i could walk in a store that could have that many variety of selection, i still cant believe it. So after looking for about an hour or so decided to go with the spider go kart it cost little less than three grand, i was thinking about how i was going to pay for it but it was such an easy process i filled out an application for financing i got approved for the whole amount i paid my first payment and took it home with me payment our set up on auto pay so no hassle whatsoever, what to thank a few people kevin help me find the go kart that i always wished for and cant forget Mr. Andy that help me with finance, Im so happy i wish them all the best people only write review when they are not happy i want to write an honest review for them so people know and employees at Pioneer power sports get encouraged to keep up the good work, will definitely refer them to all my friends and family.

Sean in service is excellent! I highly recommend him when thinking about purchasing your atv or go kart. I bought an MB 200 mini bike from here the day before Christmas. Since I bought it, the carburator was bad and the bike did not run right. I took it back to them 2 weeks later and they replaced the carburator under warranty. I was not charged a dime. Im am very happy with the service I received and would definately buy from them again. Thank you.

I recently bought a couple of ATVs for my kids and a Dirt Bike for myself. They have a very huge inventory and I got all the colors I needed. They cranked it up and let me ride and they showed me how to the regular maintenance also. They worked with me on the price also as I bought 3. One of the 4 wheelers hasnt ran since day 5. Weve replaced clutch as well as other minor parts trying to get it running. No luck. 😕😡

I called Kevin and we were able to arrange shipping for the atv and made the process extremely easy for me. Check the fine print and fees before you purchase. Little jeep went from 1767 to 2402..... i dont think so! If you advertise for 1767. That should be what you pay. Stay away.

Love this place I have bought 3 bikes from here and quads for my kids ..... we have bad a blast since we got them and love riding anytime I have ever had an issue or wanted anything from tire to plugs they have taken care of me to the t .... and quick with an answer if your looking for a toy go to them

Please read. My original review was a 1 star. However, they refunded part of what I was owed. Im thankful for that. I purchased a 110 atv for my son which he loves, but I was sold since I was paying cash the assembly fee would be waived. When I got there I was told I had to pay it. Then I was suppose to get a free helmet, goggles and gloves with the purchase. However, they dont sell goggles and gloves there. The helmet offered wasnt DOT approved and something no child should wear. So I was sold a real helmet for an additional fee. Go on ebay and for 50 bucks you can purchase and combo pack. In addition, the battery, battery charger and tool kit is all included in the detailed packing list from Tao Tao. Thank you for the refund I received after my original negative review was read. I appreciate the understanding. hope this helps.

Thank you harry for the exceptional service, came for a trail master 150cc utv that i saw on offer up, he helped me with the purchase and it was loaded in my truck in a few min, couple months later it works just like brand new, will be back next year for another one for my wife thank you once again for guiding me so i can get the right unit .

6 months of usage dirt bike still runs like new followed the instructions that were given at the time of purchase by jerry, he is really knowledgeable person, he walked me through everything i have been using it almost every other day its a lot of fun, will be back to get one for my son when i get my tax return.

I drove from 4 hours away with my 16 foot trailer wasnt sure what kind of inventory they had in stock, but came with the plan to buy 3 full size go karts for my family, when we walked in lot of inventory to choose from we picked out the 3 kart we were going to get paid with my apple pay fast and secure transaction, but they do take card payments aswell, been a week and we ride it almost everyday and its been running great.

Very shady. We asked about an extended warranty on a moped and we were told they could only give us that info if we decided to buy it.

I was referred to pioneer powersports from another dealer because they didnt finance 250 motorcycle. Then I contacted Kevin he made the process real simple for me I left with the motorcycle same day with very reasonable down payment. Thank you Kevin 👍🏻

Huge selection of street legal scooter got an orange vip 150cc, figured it will be easily be seen on street because of the bright color its been 2 weeks and I have not even spend $5 on gas its amazing and with a year warranty its a peace of mind thank you for helping me find the right scooter now I dont have to walk to work.

I was looking for a helmet and the price was super expensive for a novelty helmet. It wasnt even DOT. Salesman was very aggressive.

Me and my brother were passing from the pioneer st and saw the motorcycle shop passing on the right side, I think they just open we bought a Tao 17 dirt bike for my brother he loves it, its a full size big for a very low price and got a super nice helmet with it too, Pioneer Powersports rocks.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE: I would not buy from this place. They lie and take advantage of customers. They tried to sell me a plain basic dirt bike helmet thats worth $30- $60 for $120. They also tried to say that a bike priced for $799 would be almost $1000 with tax. They are pocketing the rest of the money after they over charge the customers. Then when they are questioned they try and play dumb. Do be the next victim they take advantage of. I WOULD BUY ELSE WERE.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Whatever youre looking for DO NOT do business with these people. They lie and try to over charge for services not rendered trying to squeeze more money on top of the final sale price. The manager will start with a SET UP FEE of $300, which becomes $149 after you question the set up part and price and he has no valid reason to defend the $300. They receive these Chinese ATVs directly from a factory in China in pieces and assembled there in the Grand Prarie shop. Remember, your child will ride it. I discovered my sons bike with a bent frame and steering colum completely loose. And after taking the bike back because the chain wouldnt stay on they tried to bill me 3-4 hours of labor time at $85/hr. When confronted with the watered down 1yr warranty the excuses and runaround kicked in. Lesson learned: you get what you paid for. Youre better off spending more for a real brand ATV from a dealer and even safer from Craigslist. Again, the advertised price is nowhere near worth the headache, your money and definitely not your childs life.

Jeep 125cc go kart i came with my neighbor to get that for there kids ended up getting a scooter for me too for work, atm 50 im getting 100 miles per gallon its been few months now its been running really great its my only way of transportation, im so happy kevin help me with that, i will recommend all my friends and family to come here and get bikes from them.
