As a stylist I don’t shop at Armstrong often, but I was in need of a product that they had so I stopped in. They charged me consumer prices for a bottle of shampoo. I noticed once I got to the car and immediately went back inside to return and they refused to return it to my card and only offered store credit. Like I said, I never use this supplier so offering me store credit was basically giving them money for free so I wasn’t going to do that. I’m really annoyed and frustrated that they are charging licensed cosmetologists consumer prices. Not cool. I will never step foot in this location again.

I had bad experiences about this businesss locations. Especially the managers. Horrible ladies (the black lady in the front )! It looked like they had to pay money for their smiles, or liked we owed them somethings. Bad business ever!

I’m so greatful for the knowledge staff at Armstrong McCall. I moved to Texas in January 2018. As a stylist, not knowing anyone in the state; I went to a safe place; (a beauty supply store). I was so thrill that to walk into an unfamiliar place and received a warm welcome. I was made to feel comfortable enough to ask questions about the area. Thank to Bri, I’m now employed as a stylist for 2 year. They have made me the color specialist. And again I have to thank Bri. Always there to give expert knowledge and suggestions on any product in the store. I’m greatful to have found this business

I am really starting to dis like this place especially the hispanic lady with the glasses who’s always there she’s so rude and unprofessional i don’t know why she even works there .... each time i go in they are always staring at me like if i’m fixing to still something mmm baby girls if i want i’ll buy the whole damm store they don’t even let me look comfortable at the productsand when i ask them something they don’t give me the right information i don’t recommend going herei will look for a different location i dislike putting up with girls like her don’t got time for there faces

I bought a Rusk CTC flatiron from here and it was defective when I plugged it in at my house the wire had a short and would cut off.So I took it back and she plugged it in and said its not shorting out now so she called whoever and acting like I was lying about which Im not and gave me store credit instead of my money back. Even though its only been two dayS I would have liked a new flatiron but she said shipment would be here in four days to exchange it.Why would I wait that long by that time I can go to another Armstrong.So instead of my money she did store credit which I didnt need.

The lady on the front is so rude, I wish they can changes that lady to the old sweet lady just to be in front desk. Worse experience I have ever had.

I come to this place twice time.the Spanish girl nice but the black woman is rude.i been waiting at the door and she come to the door.i try to say Goodmorning.she don’t even look at me.that make me don’t want to get inside the store.why you be rude with the people ??

Very such do not buy any tool at this place because you cant reture even after you try and not perfect or strong enough to use for your customers . As the hair stylist or barber if you dont trying how should you know

They have the worst customer service than any other armstrong I’ve been to. The Hispanic girl always has an attitude with me. If I ask for something she says “I guess I can look for it” “I guess...” this and that; And takes her time going from what she’s doing to something else. If you don’t like your job go find another! I don’t recommend anyone shop here!

Worst experience ever, as soon as I got to the store a store associate named “Rolanda” (the black lady in the front ) kept following me and my daughter around . When I asked what was the problem, she said “I’m just making sure she’s not tearing up my products”, very disappointed at this place and management should look into it
