There extremely rude and hateful people running that store... left and went to sams nail supply and there very nice and helpful over there. Will never be coming back to salon tech nor recommend this place to anyone again.

The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. She wanted to sale item for cash and didn’t be responsible for the sale item. Terrible customer service, don’t go there, I can rate 0 star if I can.

This place is disrespectful yelling at their own customers, they promised an exchange but when you go to exchange something they want to argue with you.

This store is the best for all the basics. It is by far my favorite!

I had a good time shopping here. The people were really nice and helpful and the prices cant be beat. I do wish they would clean up the boxes make it a bit cleaner and have the prices clearly marked but other than that its cool. It will definitely be my nail supply of choice.

If I can rate 0 star I would, the supplies were horrible plus the owner was not responsible for what they sold, they never let you return or exchange the items. I own the nail salon and had been very good customer with them but from now on I never come back again and alot of my friends had the same opinion with me

Dont ever go to this supply store. The ower is rude, disrespectful, didnt want your business and bad customer service. The products very old or expired, be careful when you buy your nails supply there.They didnt even care to provide me an answer when I asked them and they gave me an attitude.

Shopped here for years and every time I drop quite a bit of $. They sold me a $10 OPI gel color with a bad curled brush, manufacture defect. I don’t open up every single bottle to check if the brush is good or not. So I brought it back for an exchange. They refused and tried to give me another brush from some random brand. Excuse me! In the nail business, you’re buying a certain brand because of their brushes, it has ease of usage. After that $10 ordeal, I decided never again, because I didn’t expect a refund, I just wanted a reasonable exchange. And if you can’t own up to a $10 defect, then you sure as well won’t own up to anything pricier than that. Spend your hard earn money where they stand behind the quality of the products that they sell, and give you a guarantee or ease of mind when you buy from them.

This store has an amazing selection super friendly and nice mom and pop shop. Their clearance aisle is a go to spot because they always have gels and dips on sale

Great prices, you can find kupa, gelish and a few other online kind of only brands. The owners though I dont know their name are nice. If you look sketchy then they will treat you as such.

Normally face mask is between $5-7 per box, but recently went up to $35-50 because of the virus and people purchase more. So I’m curious, the reason for increasing the price is because of they try to limit people to purchase it or is actually for their own benefit ??

I love this place. I travel from the suburbs of Denton Tx. Just to shop at this location. Great prices and all the latest equipment for nail technicians.

During this crazy corona thing, they increase the price from $8 to $35-$50/box/50 pc. This is so illegal, can someone report them.

Great place to shop for nail items but it sucks there not open on Saturdays and then u have to me careful with your gas with them on there open days there closed alot

Pretty disappointed!! Called and told them I was 1hr and 30min away from them, I was on my way and my estimated time of arrival was 6:30 (they close at 7) . Got there at 6:30 and the store was closed.THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME!!

Place usually has what my wife needs at a great price. She is a nail tech and most supply stores only let you buy if you are a tech so the public cant just go buy here.
