I had no clue this beauty supply store was here in GP. I always do searches for hair stores and see if their black owned and found this one! I will continue to make all of my purchases at this store. They have braid hair and hair supplies that I need. I didnt get a chance to check for wigs but I will next time. This store should be filled with us. Hopefully they can get the word out that theyre open, maybe FB. The guy at the counter was nice.

I was sent over to this place from Sally’s beauty supply on 360. I was looking for a particular type of toner. I spoke twice to the heavyset black woman darker skin with the braids. She said nothing. I told her I was sent from another location I was looking for something specific she rolled her eyes after responding what is it you need. When I told her what I needed, she had no idea what I was talking about. My experience there was horrible in the 3 short minutes I spent in the store. TERRIBLE customer service, and she was rude and unknowledgeable!I will never return again!

I love this beauty supply store. It is Black Owned and I was treated like a customer and not a criminal. I was greeted by Khia at the door and was able to shop in peace. Khia was able to answer all my questions with no attitude. I will be going back to obtain all my beauty supply needs. Please start supporting your black owned businesses in your community.

Very neat beauty supply store, everything was well arranged. Its smaller and limited in terms of beauty supplies. But, the lady was very helpful; she helped me find what I was looking for. The young man at the register was very polite and professional. I was very impressed by the customer service. I will definately shop here again. And if I cant find what I want, Ill just let them know so they can take note and maybe stock that item.

First of all this store is black owned. It is really rare to see a black owned hair store. I encourage all people of color to continue to generate your money to people who look just like you. This is the first hair store that makes me feel at home. The music is mainly R&B, African, and etc. She always is eager to help me, and I dont feel uncomfortable when I carry my backpack, because I ride my bike. I dont constantly get followed in the store. She has a variety of different products, and I cant wait to see this business grow.Check it out for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

Excellent customer service! Warm and inviting greeting when you enter the store. The products on the shelves are ORGANIZED, CLEAN and DUST FREE!...AND..when they ask Can I help you?.., they dont sound like ROBOTS!I highly recommend a visit to the store.
