I think this is a very good company that has a new tracking system that is real time from time a customer orders online it updates into the delivery drivers phone. I know because I made changes 15 minutes before he arrived with my delivery. I know that their system is used friendly and their customer service reps are now well trained. I had to make several changes from our business billing to delivery address. I couldnt change the billing address from the delivery address online because of security reasons - fraud. Therefore, a customer service representative assisted me, and this I am thankful for. DS Services is Sparkletts and where we purchase bottled water and the 5 gallon jugs of Sparkletts great tasting water.
I have been a long time customer of DS Waters in two different states with great service - recently; however, I had an issue with customer service in one of the offices. The corporate office was contacted and immediate action was taken! In fact all offices reached out to me and customer service went above and beyond to correct the problem!!. Though the company has grown, I can affirm that the current CEO, Tom Harrington, really cares about his customers and making sure each customer is treated fairly and is satisfied!
Great service from the deliver y people. Were an elderly couple and Im 100A% disabled. The delivery person brings the heavy 5 gallon jugs of water in for us. We can slide them to our bottom filling cooler when we have to change water. The water is fresh tasting, and the quality of the water is so much better tasting than Fort Worth water,
Worst delivery services. I had my regular delivery schedule for last Wednesday which they missed despite of having the delivery confirmation. Upon calling the customer service, I was assured to get the delivery on Monday. But upon checking the delivery route manager is saying that he will delivery by Thursday. How am I supposed to do it without bottled water for more than a week??
We love this company because of their excellent products, outstanding services and the attitudes of all the staff, from the people on the phones to the delivery drivers. Our order changes from month to month any where from lowest, 8 - 5 gallon bottles to 12 plus several cases of small bottles. Our driver always calls about 10 minutes in advance because I am handicapped and it takes me a little time to get to the garage. Carrey (not sure on the spelling) our driver, always goes above and beyond what you would expect to make sure we get everything we wanted and needed. His kindness and professionalism makes us glad we chose DS Service.Rita CJustin, Texas
A really good company. They have sooo many beverage options for your home and office, with simple plans and simple, straightforward, service. I like water, if you like water, youll love what they have to offer. If you see those big blue and green trucks, stop the driver and ask for Tony. He WILL take care of you!
I have had several missed deliveries. I keep getting the same response when I call saying they will make sure the branch manager gets the water delivered. Guess what? Still no water. Im having to run to the store to get water. Im canceling service!! So disgusted with this company.
Horrible services. I ordered the hot and cold water cooler with 5 gallon water bottles. The servicemen left the cooler and the bottle inside my apartment but did not turn it on. Later when I plugged the cooler on, I found it was only delivering cold water. I called the customer service and the person on phone told that all their water coolers are refurbished so lots of times they get these calls and then transferred me to another department who takes care of replacement. I waited on phone for 30 min and no answer. Cancelled the services and was charged rental for the defective cooler that they did not care to replace. When I called for the rental charges, the customer executive said that I should have waited on phone more and eventually got helped. Are you serious?? As if the customer doesnt have any other work to do then to wait on phone for your crappy customer service. Worst services ever.
CONSUMER BEWARE and read other similar teviewsI was a customer for appx.5 years. When hot water feature broke could not get someone out for replacement.Was receiving too many deliveries so adjusted my schedule.They still delivered water until after many phone calls they got it right.My use went down even further due to travel so I suspended service.Didnt realize I was still being billed for cooler rental (my mistake). When I contacted to release suspension discovered they had sent me to collections. I had not received any correspondence or phone calls from them the whole time. They simply turned me into collections. Ive taken care of the issue with collections but have a +800 credit score and am so afraid this will reflect badly.Just dont use them. Horrible customer service and communication.
Too bad there is not a negative star because thats the type of delivery and customer service this company provides. Plus there is NO mention of local management contact names to complain to - I will never do business with this company again.
They are not reliable. I signed up with them through costco and my price was suppose to be 6.49 and they charge me 6.99. I call them every month and they tell me that they have fixed the issue but they still have not fixed the problem. The company seems like they dont value customers.

Have been having issues since April to get deliveries figured out. Issue was sent to customer escalation many times. Route manager was supposed to contact me to discuss delivery issue and not once since April have I heard from he or she. Leo my wonderful delivery guy talked me away from the cliff persay... but company gets one star. Leo gets 5.
This company is an absolute joke. Their Tulsa, OK location (Sparkletts) has been charging us monthly to rent a coffee maker that doesnt work and has promised to come out to replace or fix it on three separate occasions and missed all three promised days. They never run their route on time and the service is absolutely EMBARRASSING.
Service is terrible!!!! The card I used for auto pay expired and they didn’t notify us, instead sent us to collections and I’ve spent weeks fighting them.
Been a customer for years. They delivered one day early and shorted my order. Didnt pickup the empties because I didnt have time to put them out. Called many times to customer service but no one could solve the problem. Cancelled my service and still have 10 of their empties in my garage that they say will be picked up whenever. I dont recommend DS Waters for anything but trouble.
Service from this company is extremely terrible!!!! My delivery for water has been rescheduled for the past week and a half. Looked online today and it has been rescheduled for tomorrow! Also, I cant talk directly to the branch and customer service keeps giving the run around! At this point and I am ready to cancel and save myself the hassle and just buy my water from the store again!REALLY TERRIBLE!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!
This is the second time that I have had a relationship with this company in 10 years. I should have learned the first time! I would like to point out where this company excels before I leave the negative review. First, their salesmen, the ones that come out and try to sell you their services, are GREAT Ive gotta say. I already had a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended) from years before and was SUPER RELUCTANT to sign up for their services again buuut like I said, their salesmen are REALLY THAT GOOD!!! 2nd, the delivery guy we had (I wish I could remember his name) was very nice! He was cordial/friendly and always had a smile!Annnnd thats all Ive got! Our account was put into collections less than 7 days after I received my first notice of being PAST DUE. The reason our account was past due was because we had not received a delivery in almost 3 months. We always pay the driver with a check. Well, no deliveries, no payments! We had resorted to refilling our 5 gallon jugs at HEB. Anywho, we didnt find out we were in COLLECTIONS status until waiting on hold for nearly 15 min on the telephone with Sparkeletts/DS Services/Sierra Springs. When they finally picked up the phone, they ask for the account # and upon providing it, the young lady says oh, your account is in collections I cannot talk to you. I laughed and said Well, I want all of your equipment out of my store please. She responds with we hate to hear that sir. Will the 9th be okay with you? To which I respond with Perfect! thank you Then she immediately places me on another hold while my call is re-routed to a 3rd party collections company. I proceed to explain what is going on and why, and even the kind lady, Bernie, explains to me how silly DS Services is for placing my account in collections when it is barely past due and the past due amount is only for $140! Then she asks if I am going to return the equipment or pay an additional $440 dollars for the water cooler and the Keurig Coffee machine (darn salesmen came back months later and strapped me with that machine! I DONT EVEN DRINK COFFEE!! Did I mention how good their salesmen were?) Anyway, I explain to her that I already set up an appointment for them to come and pick up their equipment on the 9th. She seemed a little puzzled by that but tells me to make sure i get a signed receipt because Sparkeletts/DS Services/Sierra Springs has a bad habit of misplacing the equipment and their receipts and then the customers are left holding the bag.Fast-Foward a few days, I receive a hostile email from the 3rd party collections company about avoiding the embarrassment of legal action blah, blah, blah $440 is seriously past due. So I pick up the phone, give them a call, provide a case #, as well as a confirmation # indicating that I had paid my past due balance and that I was waiting on Sparkletts to come and pick up their equipment. The nice lady proceeds to tell me to MAKE SURE I get a signed receipt.....................! As soon as I hang up the phone with her I call Sparkletts to verify that we were still good for our appointment on the 9th. I am only on hold for 20 min this time waiting for someone to answer. When the lady finally does she says sir I cannot talk to you HERE WE GO AGAIN!! I politely ask her please, before you transfer me to the collections company, I would like to talk to your manager or supervisor please She then transfers me. After I am on hold AGAIN for nearly 10 min, the supervisor picks up and asks How may I help you? I reply I was just making sure you guys were still coming on the 9th to pick up my equipment She responds with Sir, once it is in collections, we no longer have anything to do with your service or the equipment. You have to call the collections company and they will arrange the pick up. There is nothing even on your account that indicates we are coming out on the 9th Now I am LIVID!!!!!! Guess what? I finally find out that I have to return the equipment myself to their closest branch office 40 miles away!

Their service is a joke.Had to switch out cooler several times because of malfunction and they keep bringing refurbished/preowned cooler.Tried cancelling service and their time of window is anywhere between 8-5 and they want me to stay home all day with no text notification. Even cable companies dont do that these days.I emailed them I cant be there while Im working and they emailed not to worry because theyll contact me. Still they didnt keep their promise. Costco should stop selling their product

Terrible. One issue after another. Going on 3 weeks of trying to get an account figured out. Check cleared the bank but being told they dont have the check and no way to track it down without a copy of it. BS!
