We have been using Sparkletts water service for over 15 years. They have a great customer service department and an easy online billing and payment method. Weve had to request special water delivery orders during the summer due to various out of town family visits, who also enjoy the water service, and they have made the extra deliveries very easy. Would highly recommend Sparkletts Water.

By far the most unreliable water delivery service Ive ever had. I switched to save a little money and I regret it. Ive been with them for 5 months, and during that time they have rescheduled nearly every delivery. Somehow they get to 5pm and realize they cant make my delivery and send a nice little email saying they arent gonna make it today. They usually end up coming the next day - meanwhile I time my deliveries properly, and am out of water today. Whoever handles their logistics and scheduling is not very competent.

Edit to previous post.I have called on two separate occasions since my initial review and call wait times were less than five minutes.I was also contacted by Sparkletts and listened to the circumstances affecting the service provided. As with many things in the current state of the pandemic economy, I understand Sparkletts is also affected.Issues with missed deliveries and account balances were resolved by an extremely competent agent. The issue with login and not being able to access my account online was also resolved thanks to the same agent.I hope your experience is positive from the start.Initial Post: NOTE - IM KEEPING THE INITIAL POST (1-STAR) since it reflects the responsiveness and care from Sparkletts - it was positive.Initial Post:So far NO good. Upcoming water delivery date has come and gone - and NO WATER DELIVERY. Bottles are still outside. I attempted to connect with Sparkletts online, but that site failed after login on these browsers (IE, Mozilla, Chrome). Last option - call; This too is a FAIL. Already on hold for 32 minutes.I recommend that you Keep looking.I do not recommend Sparkletts Water as your water service provider.

I have been using this service for six years and have been very satisfied. Dependable deliveries, great water. I am so happy that it is delivered to me and I dont have to go to the store. i liked the comfort that there is extra water on hand always. I called Customer Service and they fixed my issue in a minute and they were very polite. Similar to the delivery people very nice.

The delivery part is very unnerving. My bottle been sitting on the porch all day still no water. I am glad i can havehave my son to pick up water for otherwise i will nit have any water. I am 73 years old was the reason i want home delivery.

Didnt deliver after 3 times it was scheduled for initial installation. Had to call and was on hold for 45 minutes. When I said I wanted to cancel I was hung up on. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

I worked for the City of Celina for several years, recently I changed jobs and wanted to leave a review for the great job that Ethan who covers four (4) city buildings has done. He was reliable and worked hard to make sure we always had water. He got so good at it he often made it seem like we had endless water. He got in and out with out being seen. Thank you Ethan for learning each building and for being such an easy guy to work with. What a great experience. Ill miss this kind of professional service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very unprofessional. I ordered delivery and scheduled for Wednesday. When I looked in the app, there was no scheduled delivery for me. I called Sparklets to verify my date, and they informed me that it was moved to Friday. I wasnt thrilled, but understood. Thursday night comes, I check the app, it says Im scheduled for Monday. I called Friday to see if this was true. It was. The agaent said it got moved again. The agent was very polite and efficient. I asked why I wasnt notified, they politely apologized and said I should have been notified. I decided to just cancel the service. Clearly they are not able to handle the demand. I will find a company that can.

I would never in a million years recommend this service to anyone. We barely made it to our second delivery before cancelling. Zero communication, lies, excuses and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Our first delivery was a week late and nobody would call us to tell us when we would actually expect a delivery. Driver who was out sick causing the delay in delivery, showed up to our house without a mask to deliver equipment. Equipment was broken, hot water never worked on the cooler. Now they are going to be a week late for a second time and I only know this because I had to call and get an answer from the clueless call center in some other state. Your business practice is shameful, I couldn’t cancel fast enough this morning. I would never recommend your services to anyone. You have 1 star for a reason and I see that now.Don’t fall for the “kind words” below either. They never reached out to my email. As expected.

2 Stars. This company used to be prompt, on time, and courteous every visit. The last time they came, however, we had 3 containers of water left (out of 9) and he told me we had plenty to last us and left. That was 6 weeks ago. We have constantly called them trying to get them to deliver some water, but all they ever say is they will take care of it. Then everybody here is left buying water at the gas station because Sparkletts cant keep up with their end of the deal. This is pathetic. They may have hired a slew of incompetent employees recently that are damaging their reputation, but looking at the google reviews, perhaps their reputation was already damaged.

I’ve been using Sparkletts Water for about six years now. I live in a small town growing community where I’ve referred many neighbors to this service. As far as I know, they’ve all been satisfied with Sparkletts because I still see the delivery trucks stopping at their homes. In six years I’ve had 2 dispensers that started having issues, and when I called customer service they had a new dispenser brought out the very next day! Customer service has always been great and my delivery guy has always been friendly, courteous and professional! The water tastes great, the prices are reasonable, and the online ordering and auto payments are very user-friendly & convenient.

This company has provided the absolute WORST customer service. I have been trying for WEEKS to get a problem resolved. I have gotten hung up on TWICE, transfer without my permission or even telling me that they were transferring me. Then transferred to a department that was already closed only to be given another number to call that was DISCONNECTED! I have been transferred back and forth so many times my head is spinning. I even sent and email...no response. PLEASE SEEK YOUR WATER SERVICE ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

I used primo on-demand water delivery, they were bought out by Sparkletts apparently who called and left a message saying in two days you can’t order any more water unless you sign up with us. I went online ordered three bottles, it was supposed to be 25 bucks I was charged 50, OK fine...Assumed it was a deposit for the bottles even though I still had the primo bottles I was expecting to get picked up. Was supposed to have delivery today, no delivery, no bottles picked up..tried to log into account to see what happened and my account was no longer there. Money was refunded and my order was canceled as was my account, no notice, warning, call, email, nothing. Needless to say, if this is how business is done I am glad my money was refunded.

I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone. hold times are beyond ridiculous, like 3 hours with no human being answering. We have a business account and no one has delivered our water in weeks despite having a credit on the account. They inexplicably do not deliver water on schedule then you call one number, it has a continuous busy signal, you call another number, no one answers, you call another number and wait on hold for hours. unacceptable customer (dis)service.

I used to use Sparkletts for my business but after much hassle, switched to Samantha Springs several years ago + Samantha gave me a great deal per bottle($5). Everything was good until a few months ago Sparkletts bought Samantha Springs and took them over and all of a sudden they are missing deliveries(get 8 bottles every 2 weeks), being 1-2 days late on delivery without informing us, and without telling us, went up $1.50 per bottle. I had it when they told me 2 days in a row they were gonna make a delivery and failed to show. To top it off the 5 gallon bottles are only 4.5 gallons since after I cancelled them, I bought my own water machine and 5 gallon bottles, and take them to fill myself at the store for .50c and the old bottles would overflow when they were filled with exactly 5 gallons. They are a shady company, their customer service is non existent, they miss deliveries or are late, and go up on prices without informing you. Will NEVER use them ever again.

If I could post zero stars I would. The water is fantastic, but the delivery process (or lack of) is absolutely horrible & unacceptable. Out of 8 delivery dates, theyve missed 6 with no proactive communication on why, & when I can expect a delivery, etc. Ive spent more time inquiring about my delivery than actually enjoying it, which is quite sad. In addition, I had my delivery schedule changed without notification and when using their website, its great in theory, but never works when you manage your delivery dates. For example, if I wanted to obtain an additional delivery, etc., as each passing day, it changes then ends up being back to my original delivery date. These folks are on the verge of losing a lot of business if something doesnt change quick.In the end of the day, I truly believe it comes down to not being able to keep up with the demand due to the tremendous growth. Instead of accepting NEW customers, they should pause for a bit to better understand how to first address their issues with the current customers. They are losing many customer quickly as with me after 3 painful months. With that said, all this is fixable and not sure if anyone is really taking a proactive approach to understand the why. If you read all the reviews, which I wish I did, theres a consistent trend.Some recommendations that I believe in my humble opinion would turn it around. Good luck..1) Add more drivers / trucks > Improve route coverage2) Review product (water) availability > Ensure demand met3) Proactive communication > Reduce frustration4) Create a proactive / shift left approach minimize downstream risk5) Roll out a few meaningful metrics measuring the above

I have had trouble since day 1! I ordered 2 -5 gallon bottles of water, but got 4 instead, the next time I ordered some tea with the water order, but the driver didn’t bring it, the next time the driver put the water (5 gallon bottles) next to the storm door which prevented me from exiting the front door, and, finally, the driver delivered 4 bottles instead of 2.I gave them the benefit of the doubt and several chances to correct the problem, but I have come to the conclusion that they simply don’t care.

Product pricing is fair (market) and, with the exception of a few instances, delivery is as scheduled. Every now and then, theyre off a day or two, but for the most part, its on point. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I have no major complaints regarding Sparkletts Water.

Disclaimer: I am rating the service I received in the last six months I’ve lived in Arlington, Texas.As other reviews have mentioned, the water truly is amazing.In six months I’ve only had two incidents of not being served. I would’ve liked to receive a phone call, however delivery was promptly provided the following day, with an explanation that satisfied.

Wow, if only I had read the reviews prior to signing up for water delivery from this company. Initially, dispenser and first order of water was delivered as scheduled. From that point forward nothing but inferior intermittent, and totally unprofessional service. It took several phone calls (and several no shows on delivery) and one month to get my next delivery of water. After that, delivery schedule was frequently changed without any notification, number of bottles delivered (when they did deliver) were consistently incorrect. Dispenser began malfunctioning so I contacted the company to have a replacement delivered...and after waiting all day, they were no shows. The route manager rescheduled this delivery for one additional week later, again, no notification. I called after this incident to cancel account and schedule pick up of equipment, AGAIN, after waiting all day, they were no shows. Again, route manager had rescheduled this pick up for another day without notifying me. Needless to say, this is one, if not the, worst companies I have ever dealt with. DO not waste your time, money, or the frustration.

I live in a smallish town and I signed up online maybe 4 years ago. Other than some delivery problems when drivers changed there has been no issues. This is one of the only water services that carries distilled water. Highly reccomend them.

Ive been a customer for 1 year and the service is just one problem after another. The sales people at the state fair were great, the initial delivery of my cooler went smooth, that is where the greatness stops. Every time I get or not get a delivery I have to call them. All I asked for was replace the empties with full ones that is all I wanted, once a month and they couldnt even get that right. One time I put out 1 and they gave me 4, another time I put out 4 and they gave me 2! Customer service on the phone is decent, meaning they apologize for the issue, claim they will place a note on the account and next month I will have to call in again. Only silver lining in this whole process is when they have to come back out to deliver on their screw up, I dont have to pay for it.

If only I could give this company no stars and the middle finger. Ive been waiting to have my water delivered for 2 months now. Fortunately, I have friends in the building who have given me bottles of water until mine arrives. Problem is, DS promises and apologizes to deliver but THEY NEVER DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISES. I signed up with this water company through COSTCO. I cant wait to send my letter to COSTCO headquarters letting them know that they screwed up by allowing DS Sparkletts to be a vendor in their stores.

Absolutely horrible. Every. Single. Delivery. has a problem. Only had the service for 4 months and had 2 leaking bottles. Delivery drivers dont knock for the empties and just leave more bottles and charge more bottle deposits. Then they cant even bill you correctly or properly refund bottle deposits.Dont even get me started on the $50 promo that they offer when you sign up. That wont happen.Every month, I am emailing or calling and cant get anything resolved. It is such a joke. Dont do it!

We just canceled our service with them. They have not delivered any water to our office in FIVE weeks. No explanation why, no attempts to correct the situation. When i canceled they asked if they could fix it, i said Ive already tried to fix it multiple times. They showed up immediately after we canceled to pick up their empty water bottles with no apology or remorse.

Terrible company. I had water delivery with Samantha Springs. When I learned theyd be sold to Sparkletts, I canceled the account. Sparkletts somehow got my information from Samantha Springs, decided to bring me water anyways, and then billed me for it.All forms of Customer Service have been lousy. When I called to tell them the mistake, I spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone but finally was assured that theyd cancel the account and charge me for their errors. Did that work? Of course not!Sparkletts continued to bring me the water I never wanted and to bill me for it. Ive spent time on the phone, filling out web forms, and emailing customer service. Theyre still trying to get me to pay for the service I never signed up for.Sparkletts is trying to cheat me into paying something I didnt order.Tapwater never tasted so good!

Started out good with the company then maybe 2-3 months in, they made mistake after mistake. They missed my delivery, without an explanation why, so I called to reschedule. The hold wait says 3 minutes on the phone and its more like 15 minutes. Rescheduled and they missed again. Called back to cancel and they didnt show up again. They have very poor customer service and all the info the recorder is saying about quality customer service is BS! They still have not picked up the bottles and equipment. Keep pushing my dates back every time I call. I asked if there was somewhere I could drop it off, no. if I could, I would also give a negative amount of stars. stay far away from this company! We just cancelled our service. took 2 weeks for them to come and replace a bad water dispenser I had to pour from bottles for over 2 weeks back breaker. they said they couldnt get message to driver or they would email and request for driver to text...never happened. folks were noce, but they have no control or communication with drivers, supervisors, etc. they told me nothing they could do. booked several delivery times all no shows and no phone calls. we were with Alhambra in another state, they were awesome. nothing like this though the water itself was good.

Absolutely the WORST Customer Service in Texas, needed a new cooler in September, said it would be here the next week, never saw them, tried calling Florida for help in Texas, Ha Ha Ha, those people cant get anything done. I have a broken cooler sitting in my break area, they still want to charge me and were supposed to be here yesterday, October 19, for their regular water delivery, no sign of them. Pitifully lacking in customer care.We had been customers for 20 years...not any more. If I dont hear from them today, the cooler is going in the dumpster!

I have read reviews of them not delivering water. Well they have changed something. Now we get deliverys all the time. No rhyme or reason to when they delivery or come to pickup bottles. I am up to six full bottles and three empty and one in the despencer. I am glad they do deliver but why so much? I think buying my own bottles and dispenser is the answer. I ran out of water on August 18th and called for an additional delivery for the month. I was told Id have it on 8-22. On 8-22 no water was delivered. Today is 9-15 and I still have had no water delivery. Ive made 9 calls and requested a call back or a water delivery and neither has happened. No one admits anything is wrong and customer service agents are like robots. They repeat the same words over and over with no action. Ive called so many times that Im starting to talk to the same agents Ive spoken to previously. Ive had this water company for 18 years and in August it fell apart. I will not recommend them!!I am getting a new water delivery company today. If there was a rating less than one star that is what Sparklets would get. Their CEO and shareholders need to know about this disaster!!

Service was absolutely horrible...and this is prior to actually having them come out to set up the water system. I received a phone call a week ago stating that they were coming out on Oct. 11, 2016 to bring, and set up the water machine. I called the same day at about 11 a.m. to see if there was a given time frame in which they would come to set it up. The woman on the phone stated that the set up was actually scheduled for Oct. 12, 2016 and they would show up any time between 8:00 A.M and 5:00 P.M. Not once was I notified of any changes, but I figured it may have been some sort of mistake, so I went ahead with it. Today is Oct. 12, 2016. I waited around all day and finally decided to call at about 4:30 P.M. Long and behold...the woman on the phone stated that the set up was scheduled for the next day (Oct. 13,2016). Waste of time and money. I went ahead and cancelled before they come out, as Im sure it would foreshadow more issues. Should have read the reviews prior to signing up. Stay away!

Horrible customer service and extremely long wait times. Sparkletts has missed our delivery two times in a row. This was right after we called and complained when they missed us the first time! We are an insurance agency and rely heavily on water for our employees and customers and this is horrible. How could they do this during the hottest months of the year?? We are immediately switching to Ozarka. I would rate them 0 or -0 stars if I could.

Buyer Beware - Service is horrible and the delivery timing is very poor. I have had this service for over a year. They charge you for empty bottles that is not picked up because the delivery person never shows up. I have not had a delivery sense Nov. but I was still being charged for the empty bottles. I was billed 10.58 on my last bill and it was sent to their collection dept. for non payment as of 01/22 but I talked to someone on 01/19 to cancel the service and told them that I had just made the payment in the mail, but no notice about the payment was every placed in their system. If has been a joke the entire time I have been with Sparklett Water. Because I was not getting deliveries I had to go to HomeDepo and by water and bring one of my bottles so that it only cost me 6.99 per bottle with return, I had to do this more than just once and a call to Sparklett about delivery was never addressed just the bill never stop for empty bottles, what a joke.

Sparkletts is possibly the worst run company ever. They make commitments and promises and then fail to follow through. They lie to you about picking up bottles. They deliver bottles of water months after the account has been closed. They jerk the customer around and treat them like an enemy.The reason Sparklets will not pick up empty bottles when an account is closed is so they can keep the deposits.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The service was so bad that I finally cancelled. They picked up the cooler and empties. Thank goodness I had the delivery person sign a document showing when and what he picked up and stating that we were cancelling. They owed us $$ for the empties. I finally (after holding longer than an hour) spoke with someone who said we would receive the refund in 6-8 weeks. Ridiculous. However, 6-8 weeks letter, I got ANOTHER BILL for water that was never delivered . . . and a cooler that had already been picked up. Avoid this company.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Each time I called I was on hold over 15 minutes with not being told there was a long wait. They have 3 gal bottles of water but you can not get them delivered to your home on a delivery plan unless you wish to pay several dollars more than the 5 gallon bottles. Therefore elderly, handicapped, disabled, pregnant customers can not receive service without paying twice the amount. They could not answer questions, but just keep rereading a statement card. We are tripping over 9 empty bottles and bone dry. Sent an email to corporate a week ago telling them we were on our last bottles. Called customer service yesterday (8/25) morning knowing their website projected delivery that day. (btw get real comfortable before you call their customer service and listen to their loop pushing coffee). I over-emphasized our patients need to insure delivery. We were/are bone dry and last delivery was july 28 on a TWO week schedule. We made another call to customer service later yesterday after no delivery. STILL NO DELIVERY!!! Our patients get sick with bad headaches without water to flush toxins after their treatments. I give Sparkletts two stars only because their delivery guys have been great with customer service and hard workers. Sparkletts upper mgmt deserves 0 stars for blaming poor delivery on deficient delivery worker terminations and for creating a communications barrier with their frustrating automated system.

Tried to get water for over one month. Contrustion Job site with no water for over one month. NO help from costumer sevice. We always got the answer we will be there tomorrow. Never happened. Bad experience with home delivery service and cooler rental.These guys were in Costco and lied about the service schedule and fees. We kept getting additional deliveries of water we didnt sign up for. They admitted to the error of an extra delivery when contacted but did not refund the charges. We ended up cancelling.

HORRIBLE! Im so sorry I chose them to deliver water to my Mom, who is a senior citizen. She has had to go without clean water for days at a time. Doesnt matter if you call and call or use their online system. They never show up. I am canceling service today.

Worst customer service possible. Missed 3 out of 5 deliveries without any explanation or communication and invoiced me for 1 of the non-deliveries. After 5 phone calls Im done and canceling my service but want others to know what youre signing up for.

I will and would never ever recommend this service. Poor Costco has its name attached to these idiots. Ive had to call every time our water did or did not get delivered and always promises. Supervisors are just as bad. We will be cancelling our service with them and go back to Ozaka Water. I dont even want to give them a star. The worst company ever. Do not use this service!!!!
