Brought my phone in with a cracked screen. Came to pick it up and it was disabled but the screen was working and the guy told me everything was fine with it and it would unlock after the disable was over. Phone finally turned back on and the home button didn’t work anymore (it did when I dropped it off) took my phone to twisted iPhone in Mansfield and the kid there had me in and out in an hour with a new screen and the button worked. Terrible services . When to get my screen fix, worked for about 5 days nd after that I had to tab my screen multiple times just to go back or Ill tab a word nd it tab a different one . Day 9 I when back told them the problem . The owner was saying I had to keep over 20% so my screen could work properly bt come on that dont make sense. They told me they couldnt do anything bout cause I couldnt prove it ( which I did ) . Spend $60 just for a bad screen that hasnt been working right . If I was ya Ill just go somewhere else . PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT....STEER CLEAR...Paid to repair 2 phones....120 for 1 and 50 for the other....the screens that were replaced were not flush.....so one has a loose button...the other had a loose ear piece cover...lgg2 ...120.00 to replace the screen cracked and fell out after pushing the power button ....thats located on the back....spoke to paul and he said that the phone was dropped...has any one seen an entire screen come off from being dropped....ive owned many phones have children who break them all the time....i have never seen this before....out standing manager paul offered a solution.He would replace the screen again for 90.00...according to him thats the cost of the screen labor would be free...i googled lgg2 screen....i can buy it with tools to repair it for 30.00...so i over paid for absolutely the worst workmanship in this state....and rather than take ownership....was offered to only pay 3 times the cost of a screen.....save yourself time, aggrivation and money....do it yourself...at least youll give youself the respect of accepting responsibility.....you would not charge yourself 400% markup...you would not insult yourself by charging 300% markup if you had to replace it again...

This place is trash! I took my note 3 in for a simple cracked screen I had to return my phone 3 times that day they for got to connect the home button then they forgot to put all the parts back on then the phone then it started getting hot and the screen would black out and the digitizer would not work! They said the phone was bad and refused to check the problem. Do not waste your time with this place foreigners getting over on American people!!!
